So this is my first review of this particular Logan's. I have been a Logan's fan for a long time however the service at this location needs to be better as it has declined drastically. Our last visit we were seated in a drafty location and we asked if we could be moved away from the draft. Our server said she would need to check and upon her return she said we would have to go back on the waiting list. I counted at least 5 or more tables not including the bar area where there were other open tables available away from the draft. I asked to speak with the manager and upon speaking with him it seemed to be a imposition for him to rectify the situation without making excuses. Needless to say we left and went some place with better service. We have also ordered takeout on many occasions and the orders ha e consistently been wrong. This restaurant is so dirty, I don't think they ever clean their booths! Our server was so slow and acted like she didn't care. My Cesar salad had old brown lettuce in it! Then we got our food and our salmon was cooked until rubbery and it was more like a steak! This place is a good deal. The food is pretty good. It is comparable to other chain steakhouses, but the prices seem a little bit cheaper. The entrees include really good fresh baked rolls, salad, side item, and meat. My steak was good, and the entree salads are also a good option. They also have buckets of peanuts in the shell at each table. It is a good place for families, though it can get a bit noisy if you're looking for a quiet, romantic dinner. I had excellent service at this place last week. I visited three other places that served streak within the last two weeks and I must say Logan's was the best. Cooked just the way I asked for it. OK, this is not gourmet by any stretch of the imagination, but we go often because we stick to items that we have found to be very good. You can feast on fresh-baked yeast rolls to you heart's content, although the quality varies from "oh so good" to "meh." Most often we go for lunch and split a wings appitizer (very good and generous portion) and a salad (again VG and plenty for two). Quality - Inconsistent. Atmosphere - peanut shells on the floor, country music, lousy cowboy-ish paintings on the walls. Service - Always excellent. read more

I went here with my husband for a fun little birthday lunch, and was expecting a nice but unremarkable meal, but I was super impressed with how delicious my food was. We got the fried onion petals (had a cooler name but I forget) and they were so addictive!! I prefer these to the outback steakhouse variety because seperating the petals seems to make them less greasy and less of a hassle to pull apart. I then got the salmon caesar salad, which was also delicious. The rolls were also delicious. I need to find better adjectives than delicious. Our server was attentive and friendly. We were in the mood for a burger but didn't want to stray far from home. We ended up giving this place a shot and ordered the new fried cheddar burger. It was amazing. When you cut into it the fried cheese oozes out and gets all over the burger and trust us it's what you want. They also served us really good complimentary yeast rolls and peanuts. read more

This isn't my first time at Logan's and I love their rolls ... Their food is pretty good as well ... But this review got 5 stars because of our waiter Aaron .... He was polite and friendly the whole time ... We never ran out of drink I had my 3 year old and my 10 month old with us and I asked if they had chopped ice... He said no which was fine but went out of the way to make chopped ice for my baby :) I will ask for his service again when we return and I hope some sort of management sees this because he is one of the best waiters I've ever had read more

Thought is was a off night when we sat at the bar the first time we tried here about a month ago. Our daughter is home now from school and she wanted to go to Logan's and this will be the last time we go there. Exactly the same results as the first time we came here. My wife ordered her steak medium well and it came out well done and her baked potato was ice cold. I ordered the bone in rib eye medium rare and it came well done.The bone literally looked like a toothpick and the steak had no flavor at all. Our daughters steak was over cooked as well. Save yourself the hassle and go to Long Horn or a high-end steakhouse. If I could give no stars I would. Waste of $80 read more

Service sucks. Came here with my boyfriend last night. The wait was 30 minutes for a table which is expected for a Friday night. Found a few seats at the bar the moment we got there so decided to take the seats. Bad decision. These seats were open for a reason because the service sucks. The bar shouldn't serve food if they know they can't provide good service. We know now to never sit at the bar. The rolls were burnt. We requested new ones which were delicious. We waited 56 minutes for entrees which were also burnt. The bartenders didn't apologize for the delay or even reassure us the food would be out soon. Instead they avoided us. My boyfriend ordered a baked potato with no sour cream and of course it came on the plate with sour cream. My margarita was watered down. The only 2 delicious parts of our meal were the beer that my boyfriend ordered and the rolls he requested to not be burnt. We waited several minutes for the bartender to pick up our check because she was chatting about her ex husband/baby daddy who is dating some guys friend's sister. My boyfriend had to flag her down by waving the check around. It'll be awhile before we go back. read more

I stopped here for lunch with my mom we are visiting the area from out of town. The waiter didn't even deserve the $2 tip we left him. He brought us dirty wet plates for our bread, when our food arrived there was a weird substance on my pickles and lettuce not sure what it was... after a few minutes he brings the check and wants to know if I'm done eating while I have the burger in my hands and his tone was not appreciated. I would give them 0 stars if I could. The service was great. The food, nowhere near worth the premium price. The worst part: My daughter's friend had hair in both dishes she had and the the baby's hot dog was very cold. It is as if the kitchen staff was not there to work on cooking. Came out to Logan's on Valentine's Day with my family. I ordered shrimp (fried) sent the 1st batch back because they were extremely dry. The second batch arrived and I had the same issue. They seemed to be freezer burnt. As I sat here this evening I witnessed many plates being returned. On the positive side our waitress was absolutely amazing, in-spite of all the things that were not good she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! I don't like to give one star reviews, but this place was really bad. I don't know if it was an off night or what. This was our first time coming to this Logans. We were greeted by the hostess at about 8pm Thursday night and she seated us up in the bar area. We have two small kids and my husband was walking behind me with our two year old and before he could get a booster or sit down the waitress was asking for our drink order. We ordered two apps. The onion pedal things were okay but the mozzarella sticks were all busted open and not good. Then we ordered. My steak was good, but the mashed potatoes had an odd taste so I didn't eat them. My husband ordered salmon (BIG MISTAKE)!! He was so ill from about half an hour after we left the restaurant until the next day. He actually had to call out of work because of it. He should have never ordered any kind of fish there. The other issue I had was the table behind us. There were about 5 or 6 of them sitting in the lager booth at the corner and an older woman who seemed to me to be pretty inebriated got up with a newborn baby and came to our table during our meal. She wasn't making any sense and asked if she could sit down with us. It was very uncomfortable and two waitresses in the bar area just sat there watching her but no one stepped in. Finally her family managed to get up and have someone walk her out of the restaurant. It was just a bad time from start to finish. We won't be back. read more

My parents were in town and my dad doesn't like to venture out too much of his comfort zone - so we headed for a chain restaurant. Logan's was our choice. Dad wanted some sort of a mixed and fruity drink - we thought, Logan's Roadhouse "Teas." I guess they might be some variation of a Long Island Iced Tea. My husband ordered the Grateful Dead - it didn't taste like an LIT at all - very sweet and blue in color. Large in size too. Food wise, I thought he would be happy too. Secretly, I was excited for some yeast rolls and the Onion Brewski sirloin. I'm not a huge steak eater but, the flavor of this steak - the grilled onions that it sits atop of, it is yummy. No steak sauce needed - maybe just more of the onions on the bottom (it's topped with onion straws too). 3/4 of us ordered the Onion Brewski. All of us agreed - the flavor was great - the cut of steak - all of them were a little chewy. Could go for a different cut next time but darn, the Onion Brewski preparation - yum. read more

My wife had to take the kids to the optometrist today. The appointments took a lot longer than she had expected. She sent me a text and suggested we eat at Logans. I agreed and we met up there. We were seated very quickly. We noticed that it was not very busy and servers were walking all around. Noone came over to our table. We sat for close to 10 minutes eating peanuts and hadn't even been approached by anyone. Two ladies were seated two booths away from us and immediately a server walked over to take their drink order. That's when I told my wife to get her coat and we were leaving. As we left we told the hostess that we would have stayed but no one would talk to us, and next think I hear is thank you! The manager was walking around asking tables how things were going and even he had walked past us. I guess they didn't want our 60-70 dollars tonight. We were there at 620pm. I come here every week and always ask for Cindy to be our server. She's is so nice and is always on point. My favorite menu item is their Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. The Chili is pretty awesome too. I usually get it with extra jalepenos in it. Don't be surprised when you see peanut shells everywhere. At first I thought it was strange that the guy at the next table was throwing peanut shells on the ground, but soon realized that it's allowed! Sort of surprising considering most restaurants don't allow that due to peanut allergy scares. It's a nice place to grab and casual meal though. read more

My husband and I went to this location for a second time April 30th 2017. We split a fried cheese and bacon burger...When we received the burger we tried it with the obviously processed breaded fried cheese, it was horrible, so we removed the "Fried" cheese...When we got home my stomach started hurting and turning.....I have been throwing up since leaving your establishment....and, I know it is YOUR burger that is making me sick, because I have been throwing up nothing but grease, burger pieces, and it smells just like the burger....I am hoping that this isn't food poisoning.....why would you take an already unhealthy burger and make it even more unhealthy by putting a "Fried" (and processed....it's not even fresh) piece of cheese on it.....I cannot see myself coming back to Logan's Roadhouse and depending on how much worse this gets, I may consider getting a lawyer about this food poisoning.... read more

Drinks were fine, potato skins were fine. The caesar salads were completely bland, with barely any dressing, and what dressing there was just tasted of oil. It was mainly just a pile of dry lettuce and lots of cheese, with croutons. We both hated it. His ribs were good but my steak was served on a superfluous hot cast iron sizzling plate, and was surprisingly fatty. Mushrooms looked and tasted like they were straight out of the can. This was my second time going here in the last 4 months and both experiences have been unpleasant. Let me start by saying I'm a server and know the proper order and times a guest is supposed to be served. We get there and it takes the server 4 minutes to come to the table. We all got waters and ordered. One of my friends I was with ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich, and asked what is the buffalo sauce base. He answer was ummm barbecue... She came back one time during the 40 minutes it took us to get our food to refill the empty glasses. She didn't have enough water to refill mine and told me she'd be right back. After ten minutes I had to ask someone else to refill it. Once the 40 minute meal came out, my fries were cold, the French dip was cold and the bread hard as hell. She comes back 15 minutes after we received food to refill waters and ask us about the food. I'm not the type to complain to get my meal free so I just asked for my bill and left very unsatisfied. Needless to say I won't ever be going back, and McDonald's saved the night. read more

We had an early dinner yesterday at this location. It was a great experience and our server was one of the bester servers we have ever had. We started out with the onion pedal app and my husband wanted a beer. The server actually came out with a sampler to let him try it first. So I was instantly impressed. Our appetizer came out fast and was hot. We then ordered steak and burgers which were awesome. The server was always attentive to our refills and such and asked my husband how he liked the beer. He then recommended one and bought out a sample of it for me husband to try. The server even had our to go boxes without asking. Great place to have your food sampled and licked before you get a chance to eat it, disgusting. The cooks might even put grill grease in your potato; in addition, he could come out of the kitchen and watch with the entire staff while you sample the crap your buying. read more
