I stopped in for lunch today and had one of the best service experiences I've encountered in a long time. My server, Katie, was absolutely exceptional--attentive, professional, and truly elevated the entire meal. It's rare to find that level of care, and she made the visit memorable. As for the food, it was impressive. I ordered the small sirloin, and it was cooked perfectly and very well seasoned. You can tell they are paying attention to the quality coming out of the kitchen. The restaurant maintains that classic roadhouse decor and atmosphere. While I wasn't specifically there for the ambiance, it provides a familiar, casual backdrop for a great lunch. Kids meals state they come with a drink. My 4th grader is taller and weighs more than me, so I understand that she does not look like what you expect a 9 year old to look like. Her dad is 7 ft tall, what can I say? What you don't get to do is discriminate and assume her age and treat her badly and charge for her kids meal drink bc you think she's older than she is. I found this to be an old and dirty restaurant. The service was mid. We had to ask for bread. I ordered a loaded baked potato and salad. The potato was forgotten. Then brought later with only butter. I reminded her it was loaded, she said she'd bring the toppings, never happened. The table was just sticky and nasty feeling. Salt and pepper shakers greasy. Even the chair felt dirty. read more

Dropped in for some salad and soup for a lite dinner, and got seated immediately. The dinner salads were good along with the chicken and rice soup. The bowl of soup was very large and bigger than we expected. Of course, the complimentary rolls were soft, warm and delicious. We stopped in after driving through bad visibility on the highway we needed a break and were hungry. Our waitress was friendly and fast. The food was great especially the fried mushrooms and my chopped steak. My wife liked her potato soup and her club sandwich. The ambiance is casual like Texas Roadhouse but is more quiet and more subdued. It makes for a more relaxed and enjoyable meal. The restrooms still use paper towels which has a negative effect on the environment by deforestation, water usage, and waste. A note to management maybe invest in dryers for hands.bottom line - good place for a decent meal in the Greenville SC area. read more

Been to Logan's many times. Came on a Saturday. 6 people. Told they only take reservations on Saturdays. Looked around, many open seats. No-one waiting to get in. Told we would have to wait 2 hours. Family left, I stayed behind in waiting area behind hostess area. Two men came in no reservation. Told 20 minute wait. They got mad after looking around and seeing many open seats. Ambience: good, not too dark not to bright. This is where the 1 start is Service: long wait for my food, was about 25-30 minutes. Food: very disappointed. Ordered a porter house 20 oz, medium. When it finally came, it was cold. Tough to cut, I don't know if it's the knife or the steak. I flipped the bottom part, there was n9 evidence it was flipped. My family of 8 and a baby went to Logan's in Greenville, S.C. on Saturday February 28 th for my nephews birthday. We got there at 4:20....4:20. We were told that it would be 8:00 before they could seat us. Aaah NO! Then asked if they could split us up 4 and 4? Sure no problem. Then they stand looking like what do we do now that they agreed. At this point I was ticked, told them to forget it we would take our business else where. Go to Longhorn. Took forever to get a manager to the phone. She put us on a wait list for an hour. Told the manager there what had happened. He told me it comes from districts management that they can turn parties over 6 away. He said they HATE large parties. It messes up kitchen staff. What? You're a restaurant that's your business. All places have been awful since Covid! Places need to up their game! Btw our server was amazing, the other half of our party got a terrible server! Always did enjoy my meal from here, but this last and I say last visit here will leave me traumatized for life. When my food arrived I was taking my silverware from the napkin that is sealed and the fork looked like someone shook food off of it and wrapped it up. Touching that dirty fork almost made me sick. The waitress was very nice and wanted to bring me another one, but I told her to bring me a plastic fork instead. Well, the food was OK, but I will be paranoid for life because of this. If i could put zero stars i would. Me and my kids went for my daughter's birthday dinner and our server Kyrsten was snippy and rude. One of my kids got chicken tenders and fries and they were rock hard. My other daughter got a medium 6 ounce sirloin. It was insanely over cooked. Came in after a Clemson game otw to our hotel. Called ahead, and while they didn't allow call ahead, they had a shorter wait than most other restaurants in the area. Walked in and was immediately able to be seated at a high top. Getting drinks and attention from the busy bartenders did take a while but we understood and got our own menus to speed up the process. 4 stars because some food (potato soups, mushrooms) was very cool, not cold, but definitely not warm. Also, steaks were a little heavy on the seasonings, especially for being rare. I tried to scrap most off, it was just applied too late in the cooking process and too heavy. Came down from Asheville for son's birthday and he wanted steak. As we got our foot the man behind us threw up. It went on floor behind us and on my purse. Several of us could not eat due to seeing this and the smell. They did mop a little. The waitress got up in my face told me it's about to get crowded. Manager gave us 50% off one of the 2 tickets we had for our table of 6. We went to leave couldn't get out of parking lot due to fire truck and we were late for our Top Golf reservation and lost our spot and money. We understand man couldn't help it but staff was not helpful and considerate. The waitress also should have backed off when medics showed up but she took over the scene taking man's blood pressure and all. I do understand that she is a medic ion another job but her job tonight was taking care of customers around and not getting in the way. We were very disappointed that we were not moved and asked if we needed anything. And now sons birthday was ruined as we have to head back up the mountain with no top golf and take home boxes of our food. read more

First time I've been here. I am obviously a guest in Greenville as I am from Houston but that was my last dinner out after having eaten in two very exclusive spots. Parking was ok, COVID-19 impact yo this spot seem to be minimal, it was packed. It's more like a fast food chain but the service and food was good. My filet was cooked on pint and my baked potato was made to my order - I don't like it fully loaded. Manager and host / hostesses were very kind and accommodating to our large party of 20. We had called ahead and they recommended getting there at 5 to be seated more quickly. That was accurate. Restaurant began filling up quickly after 5. Our 1 server handled 20 people effortlessly and flawlessly (Her name is Serenity). Service is very good here and friendly. The food is standard fare and not much special about it. Prices are reasonable. Ordered the ribeye which was a bit gummy and 30% of it was to chewy and fatty to eat. Would have been wiser to order the sirloin here as that is more their specialty. Get the ribs!!! My husband i both got the 8oz sirloin with mash potatoes. It was ok. It could have used seasoning and mashed potatoes just needed something. My son got the rib appetizer. We all wished we got what he got. We even ended up getting an add on half rack for our youngest bc he didn't think the burger and chips were that good. Broccoli was well seasoned and fresh. House salads were quite good too. Yeast rolls and butter and cinnamon butter were amazing. Atmosphere was no bad no too loud. Kids liked the various tvs on the wall and paintings everywhere. Seating was ok. There was a cushion on the bench but really felt like sitting on hard wood. The greeter was ok. Not overly friendly nor was the lady who sat us. But our server, Chase, was awesome. Gave us just right there to order, constantly kept our drinks full and cleared the table. Really good service from him. It's a clean place with no crazy prices. I was staying at a hotel in the area and wanted a salad. I had visited Logan's years ago and I remembered having a good salad. So I figured it was a safe bet. I ordered the fried chicken salad and substituted salmon for the chicken. The salad was supposed to have mixed greens but was all romaine. BIG, wilted chunks of Romaine. The salmon was over cooked and was bland. The other ingredients were blah. The loaded potato soup - chunks of potatoes in sauce. Nothing loaded about it. I won't be back. Should have gone to Chick-fil-A atleast they are consistent. If I wasn't so tired I'd go back there and complain in. I was contacted my Logan's corporate after I wrote this review. They told me someone from this location would reach out to me. I am still waiting... not holding my breath so changing this to a 1 star experience. read more

Went to Logan on the 15th at about 6:30pm. I told my girlfriend wow the parking lot is empty but at least we want have to wait. We went in were seated quickly and orders taken quickly but it was well over a half an hour wait on the food. Then when it did get there it was overcooked. She got a chicken salad and the chicken was dry and overcooked and they had no peppercorn dressing which she loves. I ordered bbq chicken which was a little overcooked but not near as tasty as it had been in the past. Not sure what is going on cause I have been there many times and it was always good. read more

Delicious dinner last Wednesday. I got 8 oz sirloin with made from scratch mashed and perfectly cooked broccoli. Husband enjoyed chopped sirloin plate with side salad. Salad was large, delicious blue cheese dressing. Basket of warm rolls provided. Server was wonderful. She delivered my sirloin, had me check for doneness.
