My son did not receive his sweet potatoes until it was time to pay for the check. It is essentially the pit stop if America with a lot of tasty American cuisine entrees and a sectional bar to quench your thirst. Somehow the appetizer arrived before water and coke, not that it mattered because the cheese sticks are disgusting. The alcohol drink I got tasted like just frozen lemonade, no alcohol. Moving onto the food, which is the only reason I gave 2 instead of 1 star. The sirloin I ordered.... Wow, I don't think I've ever had steak so tender. It could've had more seasoning, but it still had a good taste and again, I've never had steak so tender. The fries were alright. My wife said her meal was good. Before even getting our food though we could've used refills but we really never saw our waiter again. We finished our meal and waited about 15 minutes before he ever showed back up. By this time we were upset because it solidified never making it to celebration for the snowfall. As regular customers, we've always enjoyed their food, but our recent experience was far from ideal. Our waitress left midway through our meal without notifying the new waitress, causing confusion. When we notified the new waitress, she seemed completely unaware of where the previous waitress had left off and had no clue about our order. Additionally, our appetizer arrived well before the entrées despite the request for all the food to arrive together. Additionally the ribs and chicken tenders were served cold. After returning them, we had to wait quite some time for replacements, which meant we didn't get to enjoy our meal together as requested. I love me a good steakhouse and I was so excited to come to Logan's because it's been a minute since I have been to one. It took a minute to get seated and even to get drinks. I ordered a steak (rare) with baked beans and a baked sweet potato. The steak was over cooked and was chewy and just wasn't seasoned too good. The baked beans and the baked sweet potato were ok. One of my favorite things to get at Logan's are the famous rolls with butter, that day I had asked for rolls and it took after my meal to come before the rolls came out and they just weren't as good as they were before. read more

Better than Lawry's Prime Rib. He let me try a piece and he was right. Melted in my mouth! I don't know their secret but it was amazing. This was one of the nastiest experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. I found a baby cockroach both in my food and crawling on the booth where we were sitting. This is absolutely disgusting and shows a total lack of cleanliness and food safety. The photos I've attached speak for themselves. When I told the manager, they offered a pathetic 10% discount and claimed their staff agreed it was a "gnat" instead of a roach. Let me be clear--it was definitely a cockroach, but honestly, any kind of bug in food or the seating area is unacceptable. The fact that they tried to downplay it instead of taking responsibility made it even worse. This place is filthy, and the staff clearly don't care. Came in late on a Friday night (and Valentines Day) and were sat quickly, and served just as quick! We opted for some steak bites, wings, burgers etc. Everything was great! We met our Grandson and his wife there for dinner last night (3/3/26). We were a party of 6. My husband is disabled on oxygen and needs a walker. We were taken all the way to the outer edge of the restaurant where no one was seated and it was extremely cold in the room. We passed by many tables that would have accommodated us. After waiting for 15 minutes for someone to come to our table our Grandson went to the podium to see what the problem was. A server came over and said how sorry she was, no one had told her we were there. She offered to move us, but my husband was already worn out coming to that table so we declined. She turned the heat on in the room which was helpful. It was not a very pleasant experience. The only thing positive was the server was very good. Our server was polite but incredibly slow. We ordered two 12oz ribeyes and potato skins--over $50 just in food--and it all came out cold, including the extra $1.99 crispy onion topping. For a $76 bill before tip, that kind of service and response is unacceptable. The steak was medium well to well done on some bites when medium rare was requested. The steak was tough, dry and had no signs of grill marks. It was gray all around. Almost like the boiled it. Another person at our table had the same issue. Once the server dropped off the food, we never saw them again until the very end to give us the check. So we were excited to try this place, but I understand why this place isn't ever busy when we drive by. We called ahead to see if they were busy and they weren't, so great! We arrive and parking lot wasn't even half way full, great! Got sat in the back corner with what seemed like every other family with strollers(12:55) Not a big deal. Waited at least 5 or 6 minutes for a server which when he arrived we gave our full order to because we were ready! Got my Caesar side salad not even 2 minutes had passed by. Got our Diet Coke and beer after the salad, and was told sorry the bar was backed up ; finally got our server again and asked about our appetizer and he said they should be out, so went to go check (1:15), came back to tell us the kitchen is backed up, that we wanted to cancel said appetizer and he said our food would take another 15-20 minutes so we said nevermind(1:20) finally got said fried pickle appetizer (1:23). Food followed as soon as he walked away (1:24) The place isn't even half way full most of the tables around us already have there food and have started, after the waiter dropped the pickles he never came back to the table. My wife ordered the Cheeseburger, which came with waffle fries that were over salted. I ordered the 16oz Smokehouse T-Bone with a side of Mashed Potatoes and a Caesar Salad. I also asked to add on a side of grilled chicken. The T bone was okay, kinda bland with no flavor. The mashed potatoes were good. The chicken came on a bed of rice and a sauce on the chicken (which had I known that I would have gotten without the sauce). The sauce was garlicky and salty and a strange flavor to add to the chicken, the rice it sat on tasted like the bottom part of when you cook rice and it gets all hard and you wonder if that was rice or a piece of your tooth chipping off. We finally got what seemed to be a manager walking by and explained how upset about the service and food we were and she said she'd comp some of our ticket (which wasn't what I was looking for); I wanted another beer but I was just ready to leave honestly. I never get upset at restaurants honestly but I was very upset. The manager brings the check and cashes us out. As we are walking out, our server has the audacity to walk by and say "sorry the food took so long" as we are leaving. I don't think he understood what the problem was as it wasn't the food but the lack of service we received from him. My wife even said I don't want to drink my Diet Coke so fast because I'm scared I won't get another one. As I used to be a server and understand maybe it's busy or maybe the kitchens backed up but I communicate that to my customers so they're aware and it takes it off there mind to think what's going on or did I get forgotten.
