This is my first visit ever at Logan's and to be honest it was OK. Let me say the atmosphere was what you would expect...sports bar type of establishment. Our waitress was nice and on top of everything we asked. The onion rings were way too big, my wife's steak was super thin and while the rolls were good I would rather have honey butter over regular butter. The menu had plenty of options, but you can find the same items at Texas Roadhouse, Outback or Longhorn. I would not drive out of my way to visit Logan's, not because it is bad...I would rather go somewhere else read more

The food is great The service was horrible. I did not know my waitress name because she never introduced herself. Me and my son's ordered our food. My son did not receive his sweet potatoes until it was time to pay for the check. It is essentially the pit stop if America with a lot of tasty American cuisine entrees and a sectional bar to quench your thirst. Somehow the appetizer arrived before water and coke, not that it mattered because the cheese sticks are disgusting. The alcohol drink I got tasted like just frozen lemonade, no alcohol. Oof we typically like going to Texas Roadhouse but this location has some really bad, grumpy, rude servers. As regular customers, we've always enjoyed their food, but our recent experience was far from ideal. Our waitress left midway through our meal without notifying the new waitress, causing confusion. When we notified the new waitress, she seemed completely unaware of where the previous waitress had left off and had no clue about our order. Additionally, our appetizer arrived well before the entrées despite the request for all the food to arrive together. Additionally the ribs and chicken tenders were served cold. After returning them, we had to wait quite some time for replacements, which meant we didn't get to enjoy our meal together as requested. I love me a good steakhouse and I was so excited to come to Logan's because it's been a minute since I have been to one. It took a minute to get seated and even to get drinks. I ordered a steak (rare) with baked beans and a baked sweet potato. The steak was over cooked and was chewy and just wasn't seasoned too good. The baked beans and the baked sweet potato were ok. Her service was top notch. I wish we were locals because we'd visit weekly. My husband ordered the prime rib dinner. He exclaimed it is the best prime rib he's ever had. Better than Lawry's Prime Rib. He let me try a piece and he was right. Melted in my mouth! I don't know their secret but it was amazing. This was one of the nastiest experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. I found a baby cockroach both in my food and crawling on the booth where we were sitting. This is absolutely disgusting and shows a total lack of cleanliness and food safety. The photos I've attached speak for themselves. When I told the manager, they offered a pathetic 10% discount and claimed their staff agreed it was a "gnat" instead of a roach. Let me be clear--it was definitely a cockroach, but honestly, any kind of bug in food or the seating area is unacceptable. The fact that they tried to downplay it instead of taking responsibility made it even worse. This place is filthy, and the staff clearly don't care. We met our Grandson and his wife there for dinner last night (3/3/26). We were a party of 6. My husband is disabled on oxygen and needs a walker. We were taken all the way to the outer edge of the restaurant where no one was seated and it was extremely cold in the room. We passed by many tables that would have accommodated us. After waiting for 15 minutes for someone to come to our table our Grandson went to the podium to see what the problem was. My wife ordered the Cheeseburger, which came with waffle fries that were over salted. I ordered the 16oz Smokehouse T-Bone with a side of Mashed Potatoes and a Caesar Salad. I also asked to add on a side of grilled chicken. The T bone was okay, kinda bland with no flavor. The mashed potatoes were good. The chicken came on a bed of rice and a sauce on the chicken (which had I known that I would have gotten without the sauce). The sauce was garlicky and salty and a strange flavor to add to the chicken, the rice it sat on tasted like the bottom part of when you cook rice and it gets all hard and you wonder if that was rice or a piece of your tooth chipping off. We finally got what seemed to be a manager walking by and explained how upset about the service and food we were and she said she'd comp some of our ticket (which wasn't what I was looking for); I wanted another beer but I was just ready to leave honestly. I never get upset at restaurants honestly but I was very upset. The manager brings the check and cashes us out. As we are walking out, our server has the audacity to walk by and say "sorry the food took so long" as we are leaving. I don't think he understood what the problem was as it wasn't the food but the lack of service we received from him. My wife even said I don't want to drink my Diet Coke so fast because I'm scared I won't get another one. As I used to be a server and understand maybe it's busy or maybe the kitchens backed up but I communicate that to my customers so they're aware and it takes it off there mind to think what's going on or did I get forgotten. Our server was polite but incredibly slow. We ordered two 12oz ribeyes and potato skins--over $50 just in food--and it all came out cold, including the extra $1.99 crispy onion topping. I let the manager know. He apologized and offered to reorder the food... but only at the end of the meal when we were already done and disappointed. For a $76 bill before tip, that kind of service and response is unacceptable.
