The food was good, but ..... I feel like our server would disappear for long periods of time, and I don't recall her telling us her name so I couldn't ask for her. But the worst part was that my husband found a shard of glass in his beer or on his beer mug. It was about an inch long. The server wasn't around for several minutes, so he went to the bartender and told him what happened. The bartender was extremely apologetic and exchanged his beer for him. He then came to our table and said that he spoke with the manager, and he would be coming to talk to us. While eating, I saw the manager ask the bartender who it was, and he pointed to us. The manager didn't come over right away... he walked around.. to the hostess stand.. back around the bar..... The server brought us our bill... the manager still didn't come over... he waited until AFTER we paid the bill. Then... when he eventually does come over.. his only concern is whether my husband got cut bc if so, he would have gotten in trouble or something... he then told us that the glasses were breaking in the cooler and they are working to fix that. NEVER ONCE did he offer any consolation... didn't even offer to pay for the $4 beer. when he walked away, all he said was "Ok, well I just wanted to make sure you didn't get cut." read more

Arrived around 1:30 on a Sunday. We were told the wait would be about 15 minutes which was fine. It appeared as if they were short staffed. We were taken to a section where no tables had been bussed. Food was all over the floors (not just peanuts, but lemons, guacamole, salad, etc). There were tables in other sections that were clean. I asked for them to clean the floor around our table. They swept it into a wall right next to the table and I had to go around it to get to my seat. I wouldn't have eaten there if they paid me. We walked out and I won't be back. read more

Great Service. ILENE was my server and when I tell you she is on point she is on point. Your drink never goes empty, and she attends to you as if you were her only customer, although they were packed. The food was good my steak didn't need any steak sauce and cooked perfectly. Nice portion of food but the service is the key. At least 3 people asked me how was my experience. I got a chance to speak to the manager on duty name Phil and he was just as professional and great. Went there right after it opened & while I expect inexperienced servers with a newly opened place, I do expect them to have at least a little training! Food was typical, good Logan's quality, service was...I don't even know what to call it - our waitress had no idea how to take an order, the menu or anything else - so her coworkers had to do it for her - she looked like a deer in the headlights & I almost felt sorry for her, managements fault for even allowing her to do anything but buss tables! read more

If your server's name is Corey, expect to sit there waiting on drinks, as well as for him to take your order. You will see him running in circles, scatterbrained, talking to himself, while forgetting all about you. If you have Catherine as your server, expect excellence! She's very good and attentive, and is the best server in there. When she's not there, my food always comes out wrong, but the managers do make up for it. My only issue here is that the food is usually messed up. read more

While I completely understand how hard it is to operate during a pandemic seeing as I work in a restaurant myself, I don't really think there's any excuse for how bad my mom and I's food was today. It could've just been an off day, but it's still very upsetting. We both ordered loaded baked potatoes, and I wish I had taken a picture of it before I added all the condiments it was missing. There was barely any meat, little to no sour cream, and maybe half a teaspoon of cheese. Furthermore, the meat was incredibly salty, as were the hushpuppies we ordered (hushpuppies were also burnt). I haven't tried my ribs yet, so I'll remain hopeful for them. My mom also ordered some barbecue rice, and to put it simply, it was one of the worst things I've ever had lol. It tastes almost sour? My mom called the restaurant and couldn't get in touch with anyone, so do with that what you will. I should add that we did order it as takeout, so maybe you'll get better quality if you dine in. read more

Sidekick of ribs not the best ive ever had but good. Loaded baker average. Caesar salad good. Bread excellent. Peanuts stale why the 4 instead of 5 stars. Was thinking a nice alternative to Texas Roadhouse and longhorn. Oh No. Steak had flavor but sides were dry and over cooked. Corn was like feed corn awful. Sweet potato was so over cooked the skin separated and was charred on the bottom. Dry. Etc... Our daughters chicken tenders tastes like fish. On the up side the staff was really nice. This is the worst run Logan's I have ever been to... I work close to this location in Madison, AL. I have been here a couple times with family and several just by myself and I have even bought my office lunch from here a couple times... We have always had to send something back and wait too long for food. 2 weeks ago I order online and pay for it online.. Just a grilled chicken Caesar salad.. I choose the time frame to pick up the salad and I wait for the end of the time frame to go pick it up... it is still not ready and I ask the asst. manager about it.. She says my order got lost and they are making it now... took about 20 min to get that salad.. so I decide I won't order online again.. I call in my order today at 11:05... Steak roadhouse cobb salad Medium rare with no croutons and no tomatoes.. they tell me 25 minutes. I get to Logans at 11:35 yeah... still not ready... I wait till 11:50 and talk with the same asst.. manager who is working behind the bar.. and tell her I am waiting on my salad.. she says I will check on it.. I don't see her again.. Now it is 12 noon... and they bring out a salad... but it is one with corn, beans, tortilla strips.. etc... not the right salad.. now the manager comes out and tells me he has taken care of it, that my order got lost and they are getting my salad ready and they are paying for the salad.. I said ok at least he is trying... well... 12:15 I get this salad that I did not pay for... It has the steak cooked correctly and has some cut up pieces of egg but no avocado, no bacon and it has tomatoes (which I asked to leave off and it has carrot strips( not supposed to be on the salad) and cheddar cheese( also not supposed to be on the salad) this was given to me by a waitress I guess..... I looked at the salad with her and we both looked up at each other and said that is not the correct salad... I said never mind I am just going to leave.. I decided to cut my losses and just take whatever they gave me and leave.... I own a business.. and I would have thought the manager would have checked and double checked that final salad to bring out to me to make sure it was correct. read more

Very disappointed. I would have empathy for today's services if they were busy; this is not the case. Half of my meal along with my family's meals were incorrect. The family that came with us received their entrees 20 minutes later (which were missing items) and they never received an apology for the mix-up nor the tardiness of their food arrival. They ordered salads- yes, salads. The presentation of those salads clearly showed they had been just sitting there waiting for someone to deliver. To top it all off, our server just couldn't get that check right to save her life. So, here comes the manager in an effort to save the day; she blew it. She had no situational awareness of how upset we were; or, maybe she did and but didn't care. She never once asked if we enjoyed, had any concerns, nor did she apologize for the mistakes. Clearly she knew something was wrong if she had to discount the entire bill for both parties. A sincere apology can make even the biggest mistakes better. We were a party of 7 at 8pm. The service was so slow. Our waitress kept asking for a large tip to help her and her daughter because she was a single mother. I wouldn't mind chipping in extra, but it took her 45minutes to get out dinner rolls (after we had to ask her about them). She only had us and one other small table. She had no idea about their alcohol or beer selection (her excuse was because she was a single mother...). The food was pretty good, the service was awful. read more

Madison is not the right location it is hit or miss more miss than hit. I love Logan's and used to eat at the Huntsville location and would have continued to until this last visit to Madison ruined the franchise for me. We arrived at 8pm and immediately told there were no booths....unfortunately you could see cleaned and available booths in view of front door then were seated once again with cleaned unoccupied and virtually unoccupied the whole time.....(ya they sat couples there after we were told unavailable). after that we ordered steaks and salad with extra croutons and fries as well as the other 2 sides. the reason I made mention of those were when delivered we were told out of croutons no before but as the food was delivered then they completely forgot the fries when the entree was delivered. Why didnt we tell our waiter you ask, its because he never shown back up after the order taken no drink refills, no extra bread, no hows your food, there was nothing until the check came then we were able to ask for the fries to go......also could not get them to call back when writing on the webpage and specifically requesting it....its been over a week. never will go back to any Logans roadhouse. read more
