This was the worst service moment that I've ever had in this restaurant. Usually the food and service is good. I'm very disappointed after this visit. The food took over 45 minutes to come out. The rolls took 15 minutes alone and we had to ask 3 times for them. One of the dinners was not cooked right. When we raised the unusually poor service to the "Mgr" on duty, she gave us attitude and acted like she had somewhere else to be. She crossed her arms defensively and leaned back when we raised the concern to her. This was not the gem of customer service tonight. #epicFail The manager needs to take customer intimacy training. Me and my dining partner visited this restaurant on 4/27/19 . This was a weekend with a 20% off coupon on the internet , so unfortunately for us the restaurant was very busy . We had great difficulty getting into the restaurant as my friend is handicapped and in a wheelchair and this restaurant is definitely is not handicapped friendly . We were told there would be a 25 minute wait and the actual wait time was over 50 minutes . When dealing with handicapped individuals it is very important to accurately estimate the wait time . When we were seated it was at the worst table in the restaurant , in between the Emergency exit and the kitchen door . We were seated at a six person table even though there was only two of us dining . This made it difficult for me to help my dining partner with her meal or to even look at her . My dining partner was seated directly in front of the kitchen door where every person coming out of the kitchen passed directly behind her and in close proximity to her (some bumping her wheelchair) . The first menu I picked up was sticky and had food residue stuck to it . We were also treated to an employee dragging the full trash can from kitchen not once but twice . We were then treated to the same trash can ( twice ) on its return trip to the kitchen . The trash can passed within a foot of my handicapped dining partner on 4 occasions . We were seated directly below a speaker and the music was so loud that I could not hear my dining partner as she has speech impediment . The waitress was very nice and cautioned us that the steak for two that we wished to order , when cooked Medium Well could be tough . We ordered our steak medium , unfortunately when it arrived it was cooked well . I would of sent the steak back , but the waitress never came back to ask if it was cooked properly . The waitress was efficient and prompt but never once asked us how the meal was . The atmosphere was so terrible that we could not wait to finish our meal and leave the restaurant . The wait staff did not take into consideration my dining partner being in a wheelchair or how seating a handicapped person at the worst seat at the worst table in the entire restaurant would make that person feel . My dining partner couldn't drink her drink as she would not be able to get to the rest room if she needed to go . This restaurant is definitely not handicap friendly and unfortunately neither is the wait staff . This visit to this restaurant was definitely not worth the 20% off saving that we got from the coupon . I am very upset with the way my friend was treated and feel that the wait staff would benefit from retraining on how to deal with special needs handicapped patrons . Should be zero stars but the system won't allow it... Out for a casual dinner with my family and couldn't have had a worse experience. We arrived at 7:45 with a party of five adults and it took over an hour to be seated. Service was slow to get orders in once we were seated. An hour later before the food comes out, some dishes not even warm let alone hot. Three different cuts of steak were ordered, all three were improperly cooked... the medium rare was well done; the two medium wells were rare to medium rare. They did manage to get the one salad order correct. The half rack of ribs order was cooked alright but was served with the wrong sides. Believe me I get the fact that this isn't Morton's or Ruth's Chris and am not holding them to that standard, but... this was just outright poor management and worse customer service. Manager was sent over and validated all the issues we had with our orders, offered to recook the dishes and one was sent back. At that point there was nothing that was going to fix my dissatisfaction at the entire experience and I sent my dinner back to be thrown out. Terrible 3 hour long experience. After being told there was a 5-10 minute wait, it wasn't unitl 50 minutes later that we were seated. We were told that they had a very limited option of tables that could accommodate a high chair. This was a cop out as these table became available but they decided to sit other parties first. As always, I write my reviews as I'm here so let me start from the beginning of our experience. Our waitress was really nice and provided good service and very accommodating. FYI - my family is here somewhat regularly and we have had problems but come because service is always excellent. Anyways, we came as our family with my two year old niece and as usual we order her food first, however, when it arrives it's cold and tastes old. We sent it back and got a fresh bowl within a few minutes. Was even nice enough to bring her a better macaroni dish. Our food as always, the country style buttermilk chicken was perfect. For some reason our sweet tea tastes like watered down Coke. Not our best experience. Not our worst experience. One dinner arrived cold - was returned warm on the edges and hot the center - they chose to microwave instead of doing it right. Well done filet was charred. Medium rare filet was well done. I had never been to a Logan's Roadhouse when I first moved to the area, so my husband and I decided to give it a try. The first time we went, the food was good, but the service was a little lacking. We tried it again a few months later and it was excellent. Food was great and was ready in no time. The mixed drinks from the bar are great too, not watered down like many other places. Today I think I would've had the worst dining experience I have ever had. I'm never a person to leave a bad review but it's really needed. It started out that we had about a 30 minute wait to be seated, honestly not a problem at all because it's 6 pm on a Friday night, a busy time no worries there was obviously going to be a wait. Once we ordered our appetizer came out in about 10 minutes which was great. We put our order in at the same time as our appetizer. 45 mins went by and we hadn't received our entree. Mind you 2 tables around us arrived 15 mins after us and already had their food. So I went to speak with the manager which I hate to do. She told me our order was on the house and apologized about the situation. We ended up getting our food to go and i am here eating my food now and our steaks were cooked under done, our shrimp is dry, and we maybe got a cup of rice to split between the 2 of us. We both ordered the surf and turf Sirloins so we barely got enough food for one person and are still quite disappointed even though I can't complain over free food but I'd like to think with the time it took to get our food that it would be prepared with a tiny bit of care. read more

I am not familiar with the Manassas area, but was going to a show at JLL with some friends and they wanted to meet here for dinner beforehand. I wasn't sure what to expect, but thought since it was a chain steakhouse it might be very hit or miss. Well, I don't know about other reviewer's experiences here, but it was a hit for me. My strawberry margarita was delicious (and huge) and my ribeye steak was cooked perfectly medium rare. This impresses me because I've been to really high end steak houses that don't get it quite right. The ribeye was flavorful and tender and the mashed potatoes were a perfect side (and the right amount, I don't need a mountain of potatoes). Even the rolls were a surprise. Honestly started off great, our server, Ladonna was a great communicator. The biggest disappointment came from what was suppose to be my medium steak that came out well done and NOT medium. We checked with Ladonna present and I thought it looked fine, then again the lighting, dim with neon red lights, gave the illusion of it being pink and at that point I'm starving so I'm just wanting to dive in. Were pieces of it at medium, sure?; but it honesty tasted more dry and well done. At that point I'm just over it, hungry and was just eating to eat. The worst part about this place is that it was dirty. When we were seated, there were dirty napkins under our table and crumbs on the booth seats. The nachos were not as described on the menu, but came with a cheese sauce, which we hate. The chips were soft as if it had been sitting around awhile. I give one star for being seated promptly. After that zero stars. My family and I have dined at Logan's before but in other locations. This was a completely different experience. From the time we were seated to the time our food arrived we waited 1hr 22min, the food order was wrong for one and incomplete for another. The correct order arrived when the rest of use were finished. We tried to wait but our food was getting cold. The missing item came, after asking again, when we were all finished and ready to leave. So this is my first time ever dining here and it's not a good experience. It was a Saturday evening so it was a little busy, but not slammed. We had like ten people dining and they gave us two servers. When asking about the beers on tap they couldn't even answer what kind of Devils Backbone they had. Should've been a sign of things to come. We ordered drinks which took a while to get, but eventually did. When trying to order food our waiter was very confused about what I asked for. But we placed orders and the wait began. In the meantime we tried to order more drinks which ran empty and eventually got them. They were not very thorough about asking each one of us if we needed anything as I had to chase down a waiter to get another drink. Roughly 45 minutes later one of our waiters showed up with checks for us. The problem being we hadn't even received food yet. Another bad sign. My friend was pretty upset and embarrassed for suggesting we go here after all of the problems. She wanted to leave and so did I after the long wait and just being dissatisfied with the service. Meanwhile the whole side of the restaurant we were seated in had emptied out. Then a manager just happened up on us and several people let him have it. He said he didn't have any idea that we had been waiting for our meals for so long. Then my friend asked to cancel her order and the manager kinda argued with her saying it's already been made so why not eat it. She said she was upset about the service and just didn't want it, and he offered to give it to her for free. He didn't offer any type of compensation to anybody else. I mean at least a discount or a coupon for another meal would've made sense. Oh well, he had the chance to do the right thing and he failed. So needless to say, I will never be going back. read more

Yesterday was my daughter's sweet 16 dinner party at Logan's. She invited 16 of her friends and her father and I with my infant son tagged along but sat at a different table. We knew it would be busy because it was a Saturday night so at 11am that day we called and made reservations for 7pm. We arrived at 7pm and nothing had been done. It was as if we never called. I let it go because lets be real its 7pm on a Saturday and there were 17 of them. I also put my husband and I on the waiting list to be seated with no request to be near them only that I'd be given a sling for my infant I was carrying around in his car seat. They said no problem but the wait would be 45minutes. I agreed and went and sat outside with my husband, infant son, and at least 10 of my daughter's friends. After only 15minutes I hear them call our name over the intercom to be seated. That was the fastest 45minutes ever which is unfortunate for the 2 couples who came in before us and decided not to dine there because 45minutes was just to long of a wait. My daughter's party still wasn't ready to be seated so they stood outside and waited. We walked up to the hostess stand and I told them who we were and they nodded and said our table was ready. We stood there for 15minutes staring at the hostesses as they stared back at us. It was awkward and confusing. Are you ready or not? We're carrying an infant and standing in the middle of traffic. I asked again if they had called us and were they actually ready for us? They nodded and said yes and finally one who seemed in a half daze came to and apologized...she forgot to sit us...she walks us to a booth at the bar with no menus or sling for my son in his car seat. No problem. I placed him in the booth next to me and we wait thinking she's going to return with our menus. She never does but a waiter does and I wish I knew his name because this guy was amazing from beginning to end. He's the reason why this review doesn't have only 1 star. I wish I could give more just for him. This waiter brings us menus and takes a drink order then leaves to get it. Meanwhile a manager comes by and ask us how we're doing. We say fine and thank him but notice he still awkwardly standing over us. At this time I'm feeding my son a bottle and looking over the menu with my husband. He then says 'These seats are reserved for people on the waiting list'. We look at him confused. Does he really think we snuck in with a baby in a car seat unnoticed then stole a booth at the bar? My husband explains to him that we were on the list and seated by a hostess. He continues to stand there and stare then pretends to remember my husband putting our name on the waiting list. "Oh yeah I remember when you came up and put your name on the list" my husband just nods because it was me that came up to the hostess stand and put my our name on the list but I guess we look alike. I'm a black chunky female and he's a tall slender white man. The hostess then runs up with menus (oh there go our forgotten menus that we no longer need) and apologizes and tells him she sat us. He then says a bunch more awkward stuff and walks off. At about 8pm my daughter and her friends are seated but that's okay because that whole huge awkward ordeal took about an hour so we're good. After not having to deal with the manager or the hostesses everything else went smooth. Those waiter was awesome and I will find his name and notify corporate and the food was delicious (which means they must have an awesome back of the house staff). read more

I've never had a pleasant experience here, but im a man of second (and apparantly third) chances. I've never been to any other location than this one, but I sincerely hope they are not similar. I went in to order some food to go. Had my wife and the dog in the car waiting (I figured it would only take about 20mins anyways). I give the hostess my order and she goes to the back and gives it to the waitress. "It'll be a few minutes, have a seat." she tells me. So I did. 20 minutes came, then 30, then 40. At 45 minutes, I got tired of waiting. I asked the waitress how much time on was left on my order. She has the balls to tell me "The hostess got your phone order, but we haven't had a chance to enter it into the system." I told her that I didn't call the order in, and that I'd been watching her walk back and forth for the past 45 minutes. I thanked her for lying straight to my face and wasting my time, and exited. I can here the other day for lunch with a group of coworkers. When I walked in there was one person walking in at the same time. The person at the hostess station promptly greeted them and found them a seat. The hostess came back and then went on to completely ignore me and was having a casual non-work related conversation with another Logan's employee. After about 2 or 3 minutes of being ignored I said excuse me I'm looking for my party. The hostess turned around looking completely annoyed and then pointed towards the back. With attitudes like that it's no wonder this place isn't busy for lunch. Now for the food which was ok although it took almost 45 minutes to get our express food which was a couple of burgers and salads. The food servers were completely confused on who's food was whose and acted like the had never served a table before. They even started getting mad at us when they gave the wrong food to the wrong person. It was funny when they came to clear the table the Preston called the appetizer plate the little saucer thingy. My grilled chicken salad was ok but nothing about it stood out. The servers did do a very good job at keeping our drinks refilled. Overall I don't think we will be going back anytime soon. Parking lot and main entrance is strange. With the deck and pond this place could be so much more. read more

We called ahead to Logan's in Manassas to reserve a spot on there very nice outside deck. On arrival however , we discovered that the deck was completely closed and that we had driven a half an hour for nothing. This also happened on a previous occasion. Instead, we were seated in a screen porch where the table was sticky and the floor had not been swept recently. The takeaway was that the call ahead feature is completely unreliable and the cleanliness of the facility is sketchy at best. read more

Since I live in the area I visit this place fairly often...mainly when I'm too lazy to cook or if I'm waiting on a prescription at Walgreens (they're so slow at Walgreens). 90% of the time it's fantastic. The other 10% are misses. But they've always corrected a problem when it's been brought to their attention. I was just here this past Monday and it was great. My server was Brad and he was phenomenal. Very attentive and polite. Actually looked happy to be at work which is rare nowadays it seems. The caesar salad was great. The rolls are always good...though they seem to be a little less fluffy lately. The asparagus was perfect and crisp. And the filet...while not looking very pretty...tasted great (sorry but my filets from Wegman's do look better and taste great as well). All in all I almost always have a good meal when here and the service is on par 98% of the time (that 2% dip on service is usually due to the host/hostess...I've run into issues with them just blatantly ignoring me as I stand in front of them before). read more
