We have visited East Coast Wings + Grill several times since it opened. The place is always never crowded for dine-in. The wings were always good and there's a lot of flavors to choose from. The other dishes were good as well. However, our dine-in experience was a little lukewarm. First, the tables didn't have any silverware, plates, or anything that guests would need to eat. There are games on the tables though. We had to ask for every item, including wet wipes, after our food came. The servers were really nice and friendly. However, the place doesn't seem to draw crowds and is more of a takeout place. Service is A1 -- and so is the management. This is a very nice establishment, and it still feels brand new. I had the lemon pepper wings, and they were really good -- very flavorful and fried hard, just how I like them. My friend and I shared a tray of fries, half seasoned and half topped with beer cheese and bacon bits. He also ordered the Southwest egg rolls and said they tasted like they may have been frozen at some point. However, he did take them to go. The sweet tea was on point! I even took some to go. Overall, I think this place deserves a little more attention. The staff is very nice, and the space is really clean and welcoming. Food was pretty good, main issue is that half the items didn't come with the sauces they were supposed to come with. Cowboy burger had no bbq sauce at all, buffalo crispy shrimp had no buffalo (served plain), buffalo shrimp salad had no buffalo sauce or the requested sauce with it either so it was just plain as well. Online there is also not an option to select buffalo as a sauce, and even the items with buffalo in the name had no buffalo on them? We ordered togo and they also forgot to hand us one of the two bags of food we ordered, had to walk back in and grab it, luckily I checked before leaving. I was in the area and wanted to try out a different wing spot that isn't in my hometown. The location is in a nice area and the outside looked modern and clean. Once inside, you can tell the decor reminds you of Buffalo Wild Wings but nicer. The interior of this place is on the smaller side. The waiter we had was attentive and recommended some bundle options that would be cheaper than A La Carte. Who I think was the manager also came by to see how we were doing and also brought some drawing items for my daughter. I personally enjoyed the flavor and temp of the foods we ordered. Spice of the sauces are on the lighter side so just go ahead and order one or two above what you think would be hot. I'm going to go ahead and write this review as I ride home as I don't want to allow myself to forget to compliment the amazing staff, the food and the experience we had this afternoon. I came across this location based on watching the LION Lunch hour on Fox5 and since we live in Woodbridge we decided to check them out while we had some time to ourselves. It was definitely a nice Saturday experience the weather was great which I think always makes everyone have a great mood. The servers were welcoming and immediately welcomed us and gave such great recommendations. The atmosphere is very chill I could see if a football game or maybe March madness was going on how it could be nice. We ordered the southwest egg rolls from recommendation and they were delicious. The sauce was a tad spicy for me but I'm definitely not a big spice fan so I wasn't surprised. My husband wanted to try multiple wings so we ordered 25 total and did 5 different flavors . Medium old bay , Martinique, Mardi Gras, Jamaican Jerk, and Kamikaze. My favorite was definitely the Martinique and his was the Kamikaze. I like that you're able to pick your spice level without having to sacrifice taste. All in all we will definitely come back and possibly bring the little one with us next time. I'd been wanting to visit since they opened, but made it a point to come once I learned it's Black-owned--and I'm so glad I did. The dine-in experience really stands out. Every seat in the house has multiple views of the games, and we went during the NFL playoffs--the atmosphere was electric. The space itself is very spacious and comfortable, which is refreshing, especially since this area doesn't have many true dine-in options. They had several special offers that let us try a variety of menu items, which was perfect because the menu is extensive in the best way. We sampled burgers, wings, tots, fries, chips, and salads--the salad was especially fresh--and everything hit the mark. The number of wing flavors and menu choices can feel overwhelming, but not in a bad way at all. Our server was fantastic and made expert recommendations based on the most popular items in each category, which made ordering easy. I passed this place on Liberia a bunch of times and I like wings so why not give it a shot. Been about three times in the span of about a month and each visit has been as good as the last. Took me a second to figure out how the heat indexes worked but online ordering has been great. Pick up has been quick and easy each time. Very friendly staff up front. Parking was plentiful. We've tried the Caribbean, Grand Cayman, Hot Honey Mango, Garlic Parmesan, and Honey Garlic wings. They've all been really good but our favorites were the Caribbean and Hot Honey Mango. Wing quality was good each time, they were of decent size, crispy, and all sauced/seasoned very well. We also really loved their freshly sliced chips. Very crispy and freshly fried. Only bad time was when we had a bunch of clumps of chips that weren't fried well. For the most part, this place does wings and chips pretty well. Haven't really tried anything else but I plan on it. Dined on a Saturday night at 6:00. I think we saw maybe six other tables come and go. Not a good sign for a new restaurant in an area desperate for something different. The food was ok. Tried both bone-in and boneless wings, two burgers and the house made chips. Wings were good. The spices lean a little light, so don't be afraid to push it a little. Burgers came with a decent amount of fries. Chips were fresh and hot; someone was a little heavy-handed with the ECW seasoning (TONS of salt!). Service was an opportunity for improvement. Our waitress insisted the burgers could "only" be ordered well-done. That took some coaxing to get her to request them to be only cooked to medium. Water glasses were NEVER refilled and our "bottomless chips for $1 more" sounded great, but useless if the waitress never comes back. Draft beer, despite being on the menu, was not available. We did appreciate that they did not have music blaring so loud you cannot talk, but as our night went on, the staff at the bar got insanely loud with two guests. Bathroom was a mess and evidently not one of the 8 people I counted in and out of the kitchen had time (in the mostly empty restaurant) to go check and refresh it. I just bought the southwestern chicken wrap and there was either mayo or sour cream in it -Food: 7.5/10-. The waiters were kind and they don't take long to come over to you and take your orders the problem is that it seems like there are not many employees...not the biggest problem at all tho -Service: 9/10-. There was little communication or acknowledgment of the delays, which made the experience frustrating. While I understand that occasional delays can happen, the overall lack of efficiency and customer care was disappointing. I hope management takes steps to improve service standards moving forward. This was our first experience with East Coast Wings + Grill and it was mediocre. We placed an online order for pickup. Once home, we realized they failed to include two sauce cups for our fries. We were also missing a side of sweet potato fries (which we paid extra for). The wings ordered extra crispy were delicious. The Mac and cheese burger was delicious. The person who ordered the fiesta quesadilla said it wasn't anything special. The chicken teriyaki tacos were flavorful, but there was too much sauce on the chicken and it made the tacos super sweet. The side of chips were yummy. The fries were okay. They were very busy tonight, which is probably why they missed three items in our order.
