We have dined here for lunch 3 or 4 times over the past two years. Each time the service is attentive, the food prepared well, and easy on the budget. For example, December 2024 we each ordered their half sandwich lunch special. Both of us picked the Club entree which came with a bowl (not cup) of soup (several choices) and a side of fries. Wow! That's a big lunch and for only $9.99!! Holy cow! Neither of us are big eaters so we packed up the leftovers and made a second meal of it. I absolutely love Logan's! We had a pleasant family meal at this location last night. Our server was very friendly and frequently checked in with us. The food tasted great. I personally always enjoy the house salad at Logan's; they just have such a crisp texture and the bacon adds a great flavor. The yeast rolls were hot and buttery, but it's hard to resist the cinnamon butter on the side. The steak doesn't need any added sauce because the seasoning is on point. I also love to get the apples as my side. They have a thickened sugary sauce with them. If you're the type who loves restaurant bread and a good steak, don't overlook Logan's! read more

I know there's a lot Of people that don't really like Logan's but I've always had great meals here. I've either ordered the ribs like I did tonight or steak and shrimp which is my other go to here. First off, there are roaches, mice, and mice feces everywhere, especially in the kitchen. The food is not fresh and sits out for a long time. The restaurant isn't properly cleaned at night and there a so many sanitary issues. The serving and bar staff is great for the most part but many servers don't wash their hands and put food back on the plates after it's touched surfaces. The management is extremely disorganized and does not communicate well. A health inspector needs to shut this place down! It needs to be deep cleaned and renovated. I was a employee here, never got training meals besides once, scheduled on days I couldn't work, and fired without warning verbal nor written, after communicating my availability. Also many of the employees do drugs on and off of the job. Once had a cook on heroin and meth and management knew and didn't fire him until he came in multiple times doped out. This was my first time coming to this restaurant. To me... it reminds me of Ruby Tuesday's... and both I'm not too fond of. Our server was fantastic. No complaints with her or any issues of the sort. She was a younger lady. Super friendly, attentive and very quick to asses the situation. My date was brought sweet tea on accident. She was so quick to fix that. Again... it was going to get consumed regardless but she was on it like a rockstar. I ordered a bacon burger with fries. My date ordered a steak with fries and a side salad. The side salad wasn't served and we had to ask for it. The salad took about 10 minutes after that point to get to us which means it was never set to go out with the rest of the food. My burger was pretty tasteless. Fries were bland. Chilies and Red Robin serve better burgers IMO. The steak that was brought was well done. He ordered it medium. So we made light of the situation. A new steak was prepared but brought to us about 20 minutes later. (Mind you... it wasn't busy at all and only 2 people were sitting at the bar). The steak looked like it was cooked accordingly... until he got half way through... then it was rare. Our server was the best part of our visit. I wish I got her name. She does her job well. The food over all was bland. The only part I really liked was the rolls they serve in the beginning. Texas Roadhouse still has one up on these guys. I'm glad I got to try this establishment. I was so excited to walk into a place reminding me of the mountains of North Carolina - the sights, music and smell. First, the service was excellent, speedy, accurate, cheerful. The meal was very much cheaper than i expected given the rise in rates over all. That was a great surprise. But now the problems, and they were many, The rug was filthy beyond all imagination. Several slops of water were in the walking paths of the customers, which could have caused an accident. I saw liquid on the floor in the kitchen - a hazard, which could result in injury for staff and insurance issues. The food. Delicious bread started out the meal, but it was 5 minutes shy of being cooked through. Never mind, we ate it anyway. The burger was some dark ground meat, with very little flavor. Medium rare means pink meat in the finished burger - no pink anywhere. The taste was pretty good from the charcoal fire, though. There was the usual tomato, lettuce, onion and cheese. All acceptable. My friend's salad was good but small. Delicious potato chips which tasted house made rounded out the meal. There was not much food; I'm used to taking some home, but the cheaper prices would not mean any excess. Will I go back? After a renovation team comes in and removes the vile rugs, the pools of water, maybe. I know that reviews can make or break a business, and put people out of work. It is a dangerous thing to cause great losses to a business but this one needs a management team to come in and take over a thorough inspection. PS I am a member of the Elite Squad of reviewers. Horrible. Dirty, staff was not friendly, food was horrible, cooked poorly and ingredients were seriously low budget subpar. Some of the staffs appearance and hygiene was somewhat alarming as this is an eating environment. Came in on a weekday. We were greeted and seated upon entering. It's a casual dining experience and there is plenty of parking. It's near several other food spots and stores. The waitress, Stephanie, was preoccupied with some guy at the bar. She smiled and didn't really see her following her introducing herself and brining butter. Our waters, food, bread, someone checking on us etc were brought out or done by other people. She did however bring butter and we asked for the bread in disarray. We were just going to eat butter?! So, I posted a review back on 8/27/2022 which was not a good one. As a result, one of the regional managers reached out to apologize for the horrible experience we had and asked that we give it another try. He sent me 5 free entre coupons so the original group could try again. So, we went last night, and it was better. The service was good, and several (I assume managers) stopped to see how our meal was. The food was only OK. I really think the chefs need to understand the difference between rare and medium rare and between medium and medium rare. One last thing and this may be my group is just old fashioned. If I am sitting at a round table where the waitstaff can walk about why do, they insist on handing food and drinks over the table and not walking about to serve each person. As older ladies sometimes our fingers do not work great and it would be dangerous to have to grab the plate out of the air. read more

I ate here on a Monday night with a large group (7) to celebrate a birthday. We had a separate private dining room all to ourselves. We were greeted with fresh yeast rolls covered in butter straight out of the oven. They are no longer giving peanuts during COVID so you have been warned. The waiter did a great job taking care of our large group. The food came out quickly and hot. All of the knives on the table were dirty which I thought was odd but it was no problem getting clean knives. I ordered the onion petals to start with and the filet and shrimp for my entree. I was really expecting them to taste like Outback's blooming onion but they didn't. They were good in their own way dipped in ranch dressing. The filet was cooked to a perfect medium rare. The shrimp were the star of the show. Logan's is a little far away from where I live. I wish there was one closer because I would dine there more frequently. The last 3 visits haven't been the best, at all!! The male Host with the 5 inch braids needs to focus more and do a better job! (or just do HIS Job, period!) He allowed a guy to walk in and jump in front of the 3 different parties who were waiting to get on the list. It was his place to notify him that "These folks are waiting as well and are ahead of you", but NO! He actually asked him "How many people do you have with you?"!!??. The major issue: He and his very large party of 12 were seated immediately while we all were left standing there to continue waiting for a table to eventually open up! I would not have minded as much if we hadn't just been forced to leave, a few days prior, because they had a 2 hour and 15 minute wait!!!! The kids needed to eat and were getting "Hangry", as were myself and The Hubster. On a positive note: our waitress, Erin, was quite good and ALMOST made up for the bad experience, unfortunately... you lost those stars with the BAD Food! The Salmon was the worst I have had ANYWHERE!! What the heck was that..?! It was COLD and pretty positive it was Franken-Fish! We paid a lot for food that I could not even eat as it sat for days before we tossed it out, NOT Happy. This is a rare occurrence, actually, it has NEVER happened before, but I didn't even want to feed it to the dogs. After the last 3 visits being VERY BAD experiences (one of which was only a 2+ hour wait so of course, not bad service), we have officially traded you in for Longhorn's... I am sad and Disappointed as this used to be our Go-To, "Our Spot", 2 - sometimes 3 times a week, and now we won't even eat it when it is To-Go! lol TBH... I think the Enormous Nachos were the only thing keeping me here, why you would get rid of such a staple on the menu is beyond me, but oh well... I have eaten at this Logan's for pretty much all my life and nothing compares to what we experienced tonight. So while waiting for our food my mom noticed multiple bugs coming out of the corner of our booth so of course disgusted we asked to move booths, our waitress was super understanding and was equally disgusted. When we got up another waitress steeped on what definitely looked like a roach but claimed it was a water bug (but does it really matter a bug is a bug). On top of that we waited 45 minutes for our food (I hope they were busy checking it for bugs) and we noticed that they still let another family sit in the bug infested booth even though we brought it to their attention. We really should have talked to a manager but we were hoping that this was their first time noticing the bugs and were going to handle it more seriously. read more

Today was a first for this Restaurant . We love Logans but this seemed like a disaster. We were given gift cards for out granddaughters graduation and we called to make sure they were good and they were . The gentlemen came out and said 3 of the cards were not good .I knew they were. he had already brought the food out to the car and so it was fine we would have paid. We ordered Salmon so I did not want the fish waiting in the car so as I got ready to go I found out one meal was not ready yet and I had 11 meals in the car. I had to wait until it got ready another 10 minutes. While waiting I had another server check the cards and they were good I knew they were. But we had already paid and tipped the server. But it made me feel embarrassed because I knew they were good. It was a large order and I knew it would still be over 100.00 before i ordered. Then I got home with the meals. One cheeseburger was blood red almost totally uncooked . We ordered 3 fried cheese butters and there were only 2. we are so upset with the food . This was supposed to be a special meal and because there were so many of us and my husband is in a wheel chair no one could seat us so we ordered to go to make it easier but it was a big disaster. The managers were overwhelmed and over worked but honestly they were hateful I was so disappointment. We usually love Logans , But today I was heartsick. So to begin I walked in with the biggest smile but after I walked in this evil human being greeted us. She was not in the best of moods, but that's not my problem. Our visit tonight was just rediculous. I won't go into all of the issues we had, but they couldn't even seem to remember how many adults and how many kids we had to save their lives. They brought us 2 adult menus and 3 kids'. They asked how we were going to fir five adults in a booth. We had 3 adults and two kids and one was in a high chair. My daughter's appetizer was smaller than the kids meal and I ordered a medium cooked ribeye and they brought out one that was almost burnt. Then they brought out one that was half the size and rare. They were going to bring me a third steak and I told them to forget it. The waitress told us she hated working there and that they had about 21 steaks sent back already tonight. This was my first time visiting this restaurant and probably my last. The only thing good was my drink and the rolls and that's probably only because I had been on a low carb diet for a week and bread is my ultimate weakness. The food was nothing to rave about, my salmon was undercooked and the flavor was of bitter burnt lemon. 3 out of 5 of us sent our food back and by the time it came back everyone else had finished eating. I only went here because my friends picked it. I have no intentions on returning... my advice? Spend your money elsewhere for a better meal. read more
