We ordered a rack of ribs, burger, 2 order of fries and a salad. Salad came with the meal after asking her about it. Ribs came out cold and the fries were barely warm. She replaced the ribs after saying "I'm not sure how that happened". I do! They sat under the light. My bun and the burger were dry. Only ate 1/2. We sat there for an hour. This was my first time eating at a Logan's Roadhouse, and it honestly reminded me of Texas Roadhouse--who would've thought! Overall, the food was great, but there was a bit of disappointment when we found out that the free appetizer coupon we had wasn't accepted at this location. Apparently, South Carolina is exempt from all corporate coupons, which was surprising. That said, the meal made up for it. I had the burger, and it was absolutely delicious! It was big for the price, which was a pleasant surprise. My dining partner had the grilled pork chops, and they were cooked perfectly--juicy and flavorful. If you've never been to Logan's, I highly recommend giving it a try. It's a solid option, especially if you're looking for a good steak dinner without breaking the bank. I got chicken breast over rice and my friend had steak. The chicken is about 1/8 inch thick and flavorless. Their steaks are the thinnest I have ever had. They have a display of their steaks near the kitchen window, you can see how thin all of the cuts are. the rice was dry with no flavor. I've had better steaks at a dive bar. read more

I came by here at 10pm on a Saturday evening in a party of 5. We were greeted and seated promptly by the host. Our waitress, Paige, came over and introduced herself before taking drink orders. We all got waters. Everyone else was ready but me, so they put their orders in. My boys got chicken tenders and cheeseburger off the kids menu. I got a fruit burst tea (alcoholic) which was watermelon, banana, and pineapple while i continued browsing the menu. It was cheap and tasty, to me. It wasn't very strong, though, which I was okay with. We were brought rolls at 10:19 along with regular and cinnamon butter. They were warm and tasty! Around 10:30pm, I finally decided what i wanted. I got the deluxe burger and broccoli. Everyone else food came at 10:34pm. My food came at 10:49pm. Broccoli was delicious, fresh, and well seasoned! The burger was mouth watering. It gave me a grilled taste, which I love! Unfortunately, i got full and only ate a few bites. However, I finished it as soon as I got back to my hotel room lol. Overall, no complaints. We were there in September and midafternoon so there were only a few customers. We had been here previously 1-2 yrs ago. It isn't fancy and the food is usually fair, but helping are good and we normally share a meal or each get a lunch. This time we both chose the Chicken Fried steak. The food was good an talking into account what Logan's try to be I would say it was very good. We use Logans when in the S East for a quick lunch or dinner. The absolute best way to describe this restaurant is as Texas Roadhouse's country cousin. Generally the same place and idea but definitely not the quality. Thinner steaks, lower quality meat. Even down to the rolls and cinnamon butter. If you are going out, spend the extra few dollars and go to TR. (service was great though). read more

I had been to a Logans in Jacksonville, North Carolina, but this was my first time to Logan's roadhouse in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Our server, Addie, was extremely pleasant and bubbly, and had a great smile. She was very attentive and provided excellent service! I ordered the 6 ounce sirloin with the house, salad with Parmesan peppercorn dressing with a side of baked potato. They bring you fresh bread with butter hot out of the oven prior to your salad and entrée. My steak was cooked perfectly, very tender and juicy. The baked potato was piping, hot and fluffy. Had lunch here twice this week and both times the food was excellent. The second time we had filet and shrimp and the filet was cooked to perfection. Medium rare and so tender. Rolls were of course yummy...sweet potato was perfect and our salad was great. Now for what we weren't too happy with. Our server never came back to see how we were doing until we finished. I did the universal signal for more iced tea please by putting my glass on the outside edge but no fill up, once again, until we were finished and she walked by twice. This place is a Texas themed restaurant with a large bar in the center. We were seated right away and our server was very friendly and on the ball. Unfortunately, the bar took awhile to pour two draft beers. Speaking of their draft beers, you get two sizes options; 10oz and 22oz. Who in the world drinks 10 oz beers? It would make more sense to offer 12 and 16 ounces. At least the beer was cold. The salad was mediocre and the steak was low quality beef but we knew that coming In because we have been to other Logan's locations but we needed a quick meal. Greeted upon entering by a very friendly lady. Waitress was extremely nice and polite. Took our order in a timely manner. Food came out at a decent time. Hot meal. The steak was oh so tender. My husband and I visit this restaurant about once a month. We have always been greeted by a lovely blonde woman, and are seated promptly. Service and food have always been great and friendly. We look forward to our lunches here. The last 2 times we have gone there, a new manager appears to have changed the happy, laid back atmosphere into something less than happy. He Wants to seat people in the bar (where the bar tender is also the only waitress), won't let the hostess seat us in a booth, and other small, but meaningful parts of the experience. Our last visit, our favorite hostess was not there either. We are hoping that she hasn't left altogether, given the "new" management. read more

We try to steer from national chains while traveling but it was late and after the long drive we wanted something familiar and close to where we are staying for the night. Masks are required to be worn at all times by both staff and customers however social distancing is not enforced and tables are not spaced apart. We both ordered the NY strip steak with salad and I had the sweet potato and he the baked potato. Steaks were cooked to a perfect medium but the dish was definitely not worth $20.99. This place was interesting.. It felt very Southern American style, like you're in Texas! It is a big restaurant with a lot of seating that is great for family and couples. What I thought was strange was how they had buckets of peanuts shells all over the floor. This is the first time I experienced a restaurant that did this. Apparently, this is a tradition for some American restaurants where you can throw trash on the floor! I personally think it's a safety hazard, but it was nice to experience once in life. I came here with my friend and her husband and their 2 year old child. We ordered an appetizer called Enormous Nachos which had beef chili, melted cheese, jalapenos, and guacamole. It was nice of our server who was an older man to give us extra chili for our large nachos. The nachos were really tasty with the chili and jalapenos. I ordered the ribs and steak dinner combo that was not too pricey $15-16. It was very fulfilling. We were all very stuffed from the appetizers already and we got each of our own entrees with big portions. Definitely worth the money! Logan's is a good restaurant for a chain. It's a bit noisy but the service is great. I ordered a sirloin medium rare, yet it arrived red through and through. I was too hungry to send it back so I ate it. The meat was tender and flavorful and helped me give three stars. I loved the yeast rolls (as always) and the sweet potato was very tasty. I also ordered sautéed mushrooms that were a nice compliment to the steak. The draft 22oz draft Sam Adam's lager was good and was reasonably priced. We have been to this location before. It was always okay, never exceptional, but good enough to have us try it again occasionally. Tonight, after traveling five days, my family and I stopped by after I flew in from Washington. After traveling all over the east coast in very challenging weather for the past five days, we were blessed with the snarky and rushed Haley. Frankly, I was tired of rushing and while she seemed somewhat attentive at first, I soon grew weary of her attitude and her walking away while I was speaking to her. Pretending to be busy, Haley rushed from table to table that she was serving so that she could go back to the back of the restaurant where she met with her coworkers to run her mouth and hang out. I did give her a tip, far more than she earned, and now regret it. I should have stiffed her. As a professional traveler who eats in restaurants all over the country, I am disappointed that this local restaurant offers such poor service and mediocre food. Logan's is your typical chain-type burger restaurant, but has more to offer than just a burger. We sat at the bar to watch football. Not many tv's but enough to see a game or two. Staff was friendly and helpful. Kayla was our bartender and you could tell she was swamped with customers but it didn't stop her. She greeted us promptly, and then came by a few min later to get our order. She thanked us for our patience, but it wasn't necessary - she was doing a great job. Wings were great. Burgers were great.
