I have been there many times in the last 4 years with no complaints. This last time was the last time. The bathroom was very dirty and no paper in the handicap. I complained to the manager and he seemed bothered by my complaint. The ribs was very small definitely not a half of rack. My son ordered steak med well it was rare. I am familiar with Logan's from other locations around the south. I have been to the one in Athens, GA which I always found amazing and was excited to see that they had a location in Myrtle Beach. My daughter and I ventured inside for lunch with high hopes and the food did not disappoint. Location: The restaurant is on the main strip which is very busy and it is would be easy to miss the lot but parking is ample and access to the front door is unencumbered. We were seated almost right away at a table in the back. Getting there was a little tricky as the restaurant has several sections within and throughout the restaurant there are platforms and stairs. This could be tricky for people with vision problems, walkers or other mobility issues. The facility is well-lit but be careful in moving about as this could easily trip up the unaware visitor. Service: The waitress who served our table was pleasant and once she found out that we were tourists she got quite engaged. When we asked her about places to see and things to do, she was very helpful. She recommended quite a few things and shared a personal story about having moved to town because of her boyfriend. They had moved across country and she was very familiar with some of the places we had recently been. Food: The food was hot, prepared to order and a good deal for the money. I had a large drink with my food and not only was it a pretty drink but they put in the right amount of alcohol so that I only needed the one. Be sure to order the Chili Cheese Fries and definitely try the rolls as both of these are delicious. Overall, I was pleased with my visit to Logan's as the food is always as advertised and all locations are very popular so there may be a wait when they are busy. The facility is ideal for large parties where you want to eat, drink and be left alone to enjoy your group. Try it out and let's compare notes. I will see them on my next trip to Myrtle. read more

I haven't updated my review in five years - not a lot has changed here. It's a chain steak eatery - it's about like all others. Maybe a touch better than most here in MB. If you think $20 is too much for dinner, you might not like it here. We run just about $20 per seat with no alcohol. It's not a five star nor is it USDA prime. Sides and salad are reasonably fresh and prepared right. It's just normal fare. If your steak isn't right send it back - it's easy. If you said "well done" don't send it back for being overcooked though. If your sides are wrong, tell the server, she'll fix it as long as you're not an a**. Don't be an a**. They get busy here in season at peak hours - it's a tourist town, plan accordingly. Also, try speaking slower. This ain't NYC or NJ and folks here speak Southern. I was here last week for a memorial service for one of my closest friends and I truly enjoyed how the tables were set up so that we were able to converse with everyone not just those we knew. Food was excellent and the wait staff was great too. I have always had good experiences at Logan's when I lived in Myrtle, nothing ever really stood out. There was a few meals I enjoyed but, nothing worthy of going crazy for. That was until yesterday. Over the weekend, a college graduation happened, an engagement took place, and it was now Mothers Day. Being that everybody was already in the same town, we decided to get the two family's of the newly engaged couple together to have a meeting of the minds before that awkward meeting each other across the aisle on the big day. Knowing it would be busy everywhere because of Moms day, but still looking for something causal where we could still all chat and get to know each other, somebody in the party gave Logans a call. They wouldn't take a reservation (company policy) but they said they would accommodate us and were glad we called ahead. We arrived expecting a wait for out party of sixteen, but as I walked in they began taking us right to our table they had already prepared for us. We were able to get all sixteen of us at one long table in the back including a few children. The services was excellent. Orders were taken and brought out promptly. The food all arrived together and we never had to wait long for drinks or any other requests. I got the fried coastal shrimp which I have enjoyed in the past. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their meals as well and we had a really great time. The Logans staff did an excellent job accommodating our large party and I will now remember to rely on them in the future for similar situations. read more

We were invited here by friends for dinner. We are not big on these chain steak houses since we are a picky with our steaks. But due to the invitation, here we are. The service was very good I added the extra star for that crew. The steak was ok. It wasn't bad but it wasn't anything that I would go out of my way to eat at. With the significant amount of terrific restaurants available in the area especially steak centric ones, we will stick with those businesses. read more

The food was delicious our steaks cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was very friendly. We were seated as soon as we got there. Our server was Emily and this was her first day. We could unfortunately admit that she was very new and had hardly any experience. We had to help her with ordering. She didn't tell us anything about what went with our dinner, offered no bread like she did with another table. One of our plates came with the wrong shrimp but she did fix the mistake quickly. Though Emily was not very experienced she had a very nice personality and was very respectful. This was our first visit to this establishment. I would have given 5 stars if it were not for my wife ordered a strawberry daiquiri and they said they couldn't make it at that time. How weird. Hostess that seated us seemed downright annoyed to have to do so - no greeting - no smile - waitress was pleasant enough. Blue cheese dressing seemed like sour cream with some blue cheese chunks and although we order filets (mine a 6 oz and husbands a 9 oz) mine looked like a softball and his was flat and significantly larger than mine - didn't look the same type of steak at all. Drive past this location and go to the north Myrtle location. This location is terrible. We went to Costco so we had an early dinner around 4 so the restaurant was empty, still got terrible service. Our server Beth did her best but the food was terrible and she did nothing about it. Rolls were burnt and hard and didn't come with the good cinnamon butter, just regular butter. Then my teriyaki steak came out raw when I ordered it medium, it was so raw I could smell the raw meat when I cut into it, it was still ice cold in the middle. My husband's steak was undercooked to but he didn't want to wait longer to eat. By the time I got my steak back my family was done eating so I just took my steak to go. Never once seen a manager, they didn't offer us anything for the terrible experience, I'm a server myself and I would never let my customers leave unhappy when they spent their hard earned money to have a nice meal with their family. Dear Mr Logan. Today we came to your place to eat. There wasn't a line or very many people there. We came with our little girl who is now one. Yes kids grow up fast. We were placed upon the bar and no offered a high chair. I tried to ask the hostess for one but she walked off and I guess didn't hear me or just like most women in my life didn't care about the words that came out of my mouth. Well our little one had a great time playing with peanuts while we ordered our food. We both tried the fries cheese burger. That thing is more than a mouth full. The food was warm and good. They bombed it tonight, normally a well ran consistent steak house, however they lack of care from the staff was just unacceptable. They killed our steaks, did not deliver the right kids food, my nephew had a birthday that they dropped the ball on. Manager, nice guy but basically said, his staff don't care, if he pushes them too hard the just quit and go to work at any of the other 2000 beach diners all struggling to find competent employees. My family and I were here for vacation and grabbing a quick dinner. So this domes up the visit. The hostess were a bit short and rude. The cook doesn't know how to cook. The chicken was under cooked, the Ribeye was over cooked (if it identifies as a Ribeye), our sweet potato was not cooked, and the Caesar salad tasted old. This place is just fine. We were served quickly and our food was hot. The rolls are amazing, but everything else was just fine. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything to write home about either. I asked for my steak cooked medium rare, as did my husband. We both received steaks that were slightly overdone, but didn't return them. They tasted fine, not anything special, no real attention to seasoning. My biggest complaint was that the steaks had a lot of tendons left in, and that shouldn't be how a steak is given to a customer. We usually have amazing service every time we come into Logan's. However this is the second time we got Patty for a waitress. She is horrible. Takes about 10 minutes to get drinks. Then she constantly comes back to say excuse me I'll be back it probably took more than 30 minutes to order our food. We watched multiple tables come in after us and leave way before us! It took forever for drink refills and I ordered a Caesar salad which I may add came out soggy and with my meal when the table in front of us sat down 30 minutes after us and their salads were out within 10 minutes. She does not belong serving tables. She is awful. read more

I would like to take a second to let management know that they have an amazing server by the name of Joanna. My two friends and I came in on Mother's Day whole visiting myrtle beach this week. Joanna is a mother working on Mother's Day and not only that, but was 12 hours into her shift. With that being sad. She provided the best service I have ever received. She was polite and charismatic. Was very attentive and bubbly. Our food was amazing (compliments to the cooks that night). But she really made us enjoy our night. So thank you! We had an appetizer of nachos which we destroyed. Logan's, I've been here before, and I thought it would be nice place to go with friends from work. Upon arrival, our sweet waitress Hailey, asked if I would like a drink from the bar. When the drink came, I commented to the waitress, that it wasn't good. Hailey immediately took it back to the bar. Literally, 2 seconds later the bartender Jessie was up in my face questioning me about the drink! I was NEVER, ever questioned about a drink by a bartender! They just took the drink back and tried to make it better! Just by her actions, I immediately asked for the Manager, his name was Bob and was very apologetic, and let me know that was her 2nd complaint for that evening. He said he would send her home. I was very unhappy to see her still at work. She needed to think about her attitude! Bob did comp the drink, and took a percentage off our checks, which was appreciated. We enjoyed our dinner, but not that bartender, Jessie! I hope to go there again, but I don't want to see her! read more

Recently took my mother and sister there for dinner. I rarely go to chains, but this is where they wanted to go. They both had the smaller cut of the fillet minion, one rare and one medium rare and they both came out as ordered. My steak loving relatives were very happy with their meals. I had a salad with a nice chunk of Salmon on top. The service was as good as it gets. Waitress was on top of everything, manager went around the tables asking everyone if they happy with their meals. I would give it five stars for the food, but the service and price deserves six stars. read more
