Hadn't been here in over a year. Went on the spur of the moment on Valentine's Day. Willing to sit at the bar for dinner and got right in even though there was a line to be seated in the dining room. This is a very interesting restaurant. They serve peanuts in a bucket and you throw the shells on the floor. At the end of the night servers sweeps it all up. The hot sweet rolls is so sweet , soft and warm. Had my mouth watering for more. I ordered a chicken sandwich well done and that exactly what I got. This used to be a good place to eat. Went this evening with friends and they couldn't get it right. Drinks were not refilled, salads came out with the meal. One entree didn't arrive until after everyone else at the table finished eating. They took that one off the bill, but who wants to eat alone and who wants an over cooked steak reheated. can't even begin to advice you to avoid this restaurant. Personally I have travelled the world and this is the absolute worst restaurant I have ever experienced. I placed 3 identical orders to go and all 3 were the worst ever. When the placed the order I was very clear and my order was repeated to me exactly. When the order was picked up not a single one of the 3 orders was correct. We were served 3 of the worst toughest steaks I have ever received. I called the manager and he was combative and unwilling to listen to my complaints. I will add that he did reluctantly offer to refund the meal. The steak we received was not even fit for my dogs. I understand why Logan's Roadhouse received a subpar rating from DHEC. I had hoped the reviews were incorrect however after the meal and the interaction with the manager it was clear. PROS: 1. The prices are reasonable. 2. This particular location has better chefs than other Logan's. I've never ordered anything I wasn't absolutely pleased with. 3. Our last trip was with a group of 9, and our server got all the orders correct--salad dressings and all. That's far better than I could do. CONS: 1. The atmosphere is a little meh. Typical junk-on-the-walls, peanut-hulls-on-the-floor type of place. 2. On said last trip, our waitress brought the bill and the bill was paid, but we wanted to socialize for a bit longer. However, after Logan's got their money, our waitress stopped refilling our teas. I don't like being rushed out of restaurant that clearly has other tables available for arriving customers. Wow, a refreshing stop on a hot summer day! We stopped in for an early dinner. Our waitress was exceptionally kind and attentive, she never left us hanging. Once you've ordered your drinks and the rolls come out, take a deep breath. I had two rolls so that when my Anything & Everything Salad arrived, I was more than halfway full. That is to be expected because the rolls were hot and soft. The salad arrived on a large plate and I began a short journey. It was pretty good but I could only eat about 1/5 before calling for a to go box. I took it back with me and just had another helping. I thought there was too much bacon on top but it was delicious! This was my first time at a Logan's. My husband has always raved about them and compared them to Texas Roadhouse, like we have at home. Because he is originally from an area where they had Logan's he had experienced them early on and told me I had missed out, although I was quite pleased with Texas Roadhouse. So, after leaving Broadway at the beach, we decided to stop in for a late dinner. The food was good, but it was a bit chilly in there. I am only giving it a 3 star review because of a few reasons. 1. The restaurant was chilly inside. My daughter and I felt very cold the entire time. 2. The waitress couldn't remember our drink order from the get go...(a mr. pibb, water with lemon, and a kid's dr. pepper) 3. there was a hair in my salad. Other than that, the steak was tasty, but nothing amazing. The yeast rolls are great and came out fresh and hot! I will give it a try again on a future trip to MB! read more

Never been to a Logan's before so was looking forward to this place. Unfortunately it was a horrible experience. I will never be back ! I came in around 9 pm on a Friday night and sat at the bar. The bar tender didn't acknowledge me for close to almost a half hour. After finally coming over he took my drink . About 10 minutes later I ordered my food and asked for some peanuts and bread. He never brought any of them . Kind of a shame because I heard their rolls are very good. My food finally came out about 45 minutes after I ordered and was so so . This place needs to do a better job with service. After my first drink I couldn't get a refill because my server/ bartender decided he wanted to eat and with managers watching ate his meal at a booth leaving the bar unattended . I did see him licking his fingers and he eventually returned to the bar without washing his hands. read more

Great place. Excellent food, very good drinks. The portions are large, so bring your appetite. We have been a couple of times and have yet to even contemplate ordering dessert. This 4 stars goes out to the Logan's staff who were so very pleasant and welcoming, on this my first dine in restaurant experience in over 2 months. Feels weird to type and read that last statement. Only in a Covid 19 world could this be the case, but not unique to this current situation is good customer service and quality. 3 months ago I might of given this place a 3, just because it's similar to Chili's or an Outback, and those chains rightfully Seldom rank above the Mendoza line. But today the pure Joy that came with ordering an iced tea , an old fashioned Cheeseburger and chicken fingers, made me so appreciate the actual offering that all ambient shortcomings quickly fell to the background. In all actuality, the burger was good, many places boast of having a good burger but be content to note this place amongst them. That said, it's been hard for me to transition from the NYC mind-state of full lock down to this quasi open environment. Have been a bit worried and disoriented by the lack of masks. Where my wife and I wear masks, gloves and gold lamay everywhere we go. That said, so did the staff, save for the gold lamay of course, which made me feel at least they were taking it seriously and a bit less guilty for allowing myself and family this guilty pleasure. Food was mediocre at best. My husband ordered a medium sirloin and it came out well done. Our alcoholic beverages were good. Food was awful. Service was poor. Didn't offer him another beer until his food was almost gone and by that time we were ready to go. If you like walking on dirty floors, reasonable prices and ok food, head here. I won't say incredible or amazing, but definitely better than your usual ale houses. While our food was to go and can scale the rating as this was heavily focused on the food being prepared on time. They forgot an order, however, they quickly resolved it and our food was still warm upon returning to the hotel to eat it. The large menu allows for everyone in the family to make a selection.
