At a recent visit we decided to give another review. We were very happy with the food and service at our previous visit but this one left us not wanting to return. Ordering the chopped steak they didn't have it right so sent it back. The corrected one was not done and cold, baked potato was then cold and very hard and not edible like the potato was green and not ripe. The ribs were edible but the sauce was not as good as before. The service was ok but server was a bit too chatty then seemed to get things messed up or kept forgetting things. Unfortunately, we still have money left on our gift card but not sure if we want to return since the meal didn't really agree, ugh! read more

Our waiter was attentive (at first) took our order and was very personable. Three steak dinners came timely, but main course salads for other two in our party we had to wait another 20 minutes for. Finally store manager happened by to see how everything was and we told her wait staff had not been back to check on us, she got our salads, but by that time the other three in our party had nearly finished their steak. When waiter came back to (finally) refill our drinks, it was clear he either had no idea of the goof-up or didn't care as he never mentioned the snafu. Not impressed. read more

We visited Logan's on 6/21/21. First, the service was very slow - we waited quite a while to give our drink order. Then, nearly every side I ordered for my steak was "sold out". The server indicated "yesterday cleaned us out". So, since I couldn't order any of the regular sides that I wanted, I asked for one regular side and ONE Upgraded side at no charge. The server said if she could make it happen she would. Well, the manager would NOT provide an upgraded side at no charge even though they were out of all the sides I wanted. Nice work Manager, you just lost a customer in your haste to save .99 cents. read more

We just ate here this evening because I wanted a steak. Our waitress was slow and forgetful. It took longer than usual to get our food out and people around us who came in after us got theirs first. When we did get our food she forgot 2 sides. My steak and fries were cold. My fiancé's corn and baked potato was cold as well. I sent the food back expecting them to ask if I wanted something different. They just threw the steak back on the grill which overcooked it making it tough. I ordered this online for delivery to my home. Well I was very disappointed in my choice to order a steak from here. The baked potato was way over cooked.ok,I could live with that. I ordered medium rare and it was medium,ok, i'll forgive that a little,but when I tried to eat it, it was so tough and chewy,it was like chewing on gum, it would not separate so I could swallow it. i had to chew forever and spit it out then cut in smaller pieces. It was being held together by muscle tissue. It took forever to finish it, I had to cut it in such small pieces. It appears they must buy a very cheap brand of meat, probably very old cows that are too much muscle and very hard to eat. to top that off, about 4 hours after I finished it, it gave me diarrhea. My fiancée and I ate here recently. First off she ordered a glass of their house Cabernet. The waitress came back and told us they were out of all of their Cabernet. Next she ordered a meal that came with rice and was told the rice wouldn't be ready for another 15 minutes. She put it in a take home container for us. She had the grilled shrimp, baked potato, and wedge salad. She said it was all good. I had the half chicken of which I was told it was the last one, a couple rib bones, and a handful of fries. It was ok. The rolls were awesome. We wanted to try the bread pudding and the waitress told us they were out of it. Makes you wonder if this place is on the way to being out. read more

Boyfriend and I decided to eat here because we had a gift card. We both ordered the steak tips (with 2 sides) off of the Kicken' Value Menu ($8.99 meals every day from 3-6pm). I ordered mashed potatoes w/gravy and side salad (upcharge of 99¢) as my 2 sides. Boyfriend added mushrooms/onions/gravy for 99¢ and chose french fries and Caesar salad (another 99¢ upcharge) as his two sides. My salad had a few brown pieces of lettuce. Other than that, it was good. Boyfriend said his Caesar salad was somewhat bitter. The meal was a little disappointing. We only received 5 steak tips each and one of mine was a bit fatty. My mashed potatoes and gravy was good. I tried the onions my boyfriend got and they was good (nothing spectacular though). He said his mushrooms and fries was ok. The food did come out hot. We had to ask for his fries because they didn't come out with everything else. Now about our server... I can say enough good things about Dianna (I believe she was also covering the bar). She was very friendly, had a warm smile, and was on top of everything! We didn't have to ask her for refills because she brought them without asking. She tried helping us get a $5 off $25 coupon by signing up for their club. Unfortunately, the email didn't come through before we was done with our meals. We went today hoping for a good steak. We ended up sitting and waiting for our appetizer for 25 minutes, waiting another 45 minutes for our food, and getting our steaks burnt, and our sides cold. I can't even give this place a no star! I had to give them a star to write a review. The steak had absolutely NO flavor! The ribs are overly cooked and sooo much sauce! Gross gross gross! The French fries taste like they'd been sitting for forever..... they couldn't even get the drink order right and the waitress NEVER came to ask how the food was so she must know it's no good herself! First off we had excellent service. Bad news is the food was terrible. We had salads and they were absolutely disgusting. Roadhouse Cobb Salad was the worst. They have changed so much of the menu. My husband and kids used to love the macaroni and cheese.. now everyone hates it. My husband even asked for the kids mac n cheese since it was kraft because their new "premium" was terrible. Since we moved back to the area, we have visited this place three times. Bad experience the first time, hubby's medium steak was raw and mine, ordered medium rare, was overdone, cooked well-done. Since we didn't order the same cut, it wasn't as simple as mixing up the plates. The manager apologized, and gave us coupons for our next visit. It took us a while to go use them, and as I recall, we got burgers that time. We have not returned since, until receiving gift cards for Christmas this year. It was Friday night, date night, and we had the gift card. When we arrived around 7 pm, we were advised there was a 20- minute wait. We waited and after we were finally seated, we waited for a good 15 minutes and were not greeted by any wait staff. By now it was after 8:00 and the restaurant was not that crowded. I asked the bus person who was working on the adjacent table if I needed to make a fuss to get service, and he immediately got our waitress. She apologized, saying she was sorry but she thought we were part of the large party that had just left. Really? We had menus in our hands and no plates on the table. We gave our orders which were not complicated, he ordered prime rib and I ordered the salmon from the "healthy" menu, which I had planned for, and pre-tracked in my food tracking app. Mine with a salad and broccoli, and his with a potato and broccoli. We had a discussion about salad dressing. I asked for low-cal Italian or viniagrette dressing. She said they didn't have that. I asked for any low calorie dressing. She said all they had that was low-cal was Balsamic Viniagrette. Well, Ok. Bring me that. She wrote it down. She asked me to repeat my order for Pinot Grigio, as she could not remember it, after recording the entrees and side orders. After turning in the order, she came back and apogized again as they were out of prime rib, so my husband ordered a steak. She brought the bread and my salad. As I was finishing the salad, she brought his steak and a chicken breast for me. I reminded her that I had ordered salmon and she ARGUED with me. I asked my husband to confirm I had actually ordered the salmon. Which he did. She disappeared, taking the chicken breast, but leaving the steak. I watched him eat his entire steak, baked potato and broccoli, and still my salmon had not arrived. I went to find the manager. She told me they were getting me the salmon, but it was not ready yet. The waitress had punched the order in wrong to the POS system. I told her I was no longer hungry, as my husband was done with his meal, so she said she would remove it from the bill. The problem was, I was really still hungry, but I didn't want to eat by myself. I am still hungry, we have arrived home, and I guess I will find some leftover New Year's pork in the refrigerator. I am thinking I should be more gracious about a mistake, but I really felt like nobody cared whether I had a good meal or not. And date night was not what I looked forward to. And my eating plan was messed up. Very disappointing. And the worst part is, because I was upset, my husband used his credit card instead of the gift card, which probably means we will have to go back. Actually, the overall service was timely, the peanuts were fresh, the wine was cold, the hostess was friendly, the rolls were hot, my husband said his steak was delicious. So if the server had just paid a little more attention to me, it could have been a good experience. read more

So I love Logan's steaks. (door dash love them) I ordered a mini cheese burger for my daughter with fries $3.99 we get the meal it literally had 10 fries and a dry burnt cheeseless burger. I mean if we went to McDonald's and got a $3 happymeal she would have gotten way more food. I'm just saying kids meals are not their specialty. My steak was great though. read more

First of all, I had made a reservation for 6@ 6:30, they couldn't find it even though I have text confirmation, ok, well at least we didn't wait long. The waitress was obviously too busy to focus on what we wanted. She said she didn't here my husband order an appetizer, even though he was the first to do so. Not happy. Then, as we had just got our salads, boom, there was our food. 2 raw steaks, sent back, table too small for all the dishes. Waitress was awful, seemed to have an attitude. I ordered the filet for 18.99 medium to medium rare...came dry and well done.. told waiter and he said I'm sorry and left....the mushrooms on a skewer were barely warm and the salad had watered down blue cheese dressing - not happy. Salmon was ordered and it was filled with bones. Another filet was ordered and it was good (I tasted it also).. Broccoli was good as was the zucchini fries on the appetizer menu. Steak is always over cooked ask for medrare and get medwell. I've even tried carry out waited 20 minutes for someone to help me (after already waiting 30 like they said it would be) for the bartender to finally take two seconds to pull my food out of the window where it had been sitting the whole time ! My husband and I have been going to Logan's for a couple years, the quality has drastically diminished. They can't seem to get anything cooked right, the salads have gone from green to white, and you can't get real butter for the rolls or potatoes anymore. Sometimes the service is poor and the restroom is always dirty. read more

We spent 2.5 hrs here tonight, but not by choice...It took 30 minutes for us to get our drinks, sweet tea only. It took 40 minutes only to get our order taken the another 1.25 hrs to get our food. Our server took no responsibility and kept making excuses for things she could have done, like ringing us up, boxes, etc. Our order was wrong and took an additional 15 minutes for a sweet potato. Sorry, but a bad experience this evening. Our waitress was a sweetheart, but other than that, pretty poor experience. Place was about 1/4 full, so it wasn't that they were busy. I ordered smoked wings, then 20 minutes later was told they didn't have any. 45 minutes after ordering we still hadn't received our food, so we asked about our meals. Was told the kitchen was running behind and they found wings if I wanted to order, which I declined. 65 minutes after ordering we received our food. Our waitress apologized numerous times, which it wasn't her fault. The manager didn't seemed to care when we spoke to her, so our waitress ended up apologizing for her managers aloofness. read more

Wow, where do I begin. We had a group of 7 for lunch. Our server took our orders, brought our drinks and appetizers within a reasonable amount of time. Then all our meals came out except for one and one other persons side dish was missing. The waitress never seemed to notice and disappeared for a long amount of time. We finally flagged her down and asked about the missing meal. She checked and told us it would be right up. By the time we were all finished eating, the missing meal finally arrived. Since we needed to go back to work, we asked that it be put in a to go box and that she bring our checks. We fully expected the late meal to be deducted from the bill or at least discounted due to the poor service. 10 minutes later the waitress finally comes with our checks. When we questioned the fact that we were being charged for the extremely late meal, she called her manager over who then informed us that it was a mistake on their part. She could take the meal off the check but our co-worker couldn't take it with her to eat back at work. So our co-worker just handed the meal back to the manager. We were stunned. I've never in my life experienced such a lack of customer service. Then to add insult to injury, they completely messed up the bills and charged an extra meal to our co-worker's credit card. It took another 1/2 hour to straighten out that mess. All I can say to the manager is you have lost 7 customers for life over an $18.00 meal. Poor management and undertrained staff. My message to the manager at this establishment is this, "I understand that mistakes happen and orders get messed up. But take some responsibility and try to make it right. Your actions today show a lack of any basic understanding of how to treat your customer base." I will spend my money elsewhere. read more

This was our first trip to this Logan's Roadhouse. We got the Trio appetizer which included 'Shrooms, Fried mozzarella sticks, and buffalo wings.The waiter forgot to give us plates with our appetizer. After it was obvious he was too busy socializing with another table, I went and got the plates myself. All 3 items on our appetizer were very good. We both ordered Caeser salads and we thought the dressing was very acidic...we would not order that again. My wife ordered the onion brewski sirloin with a baked sweet potato and both were excellent. I ordered the 20 oz bone-ribeye with a grilled vegetable skewer. I was disappointed in the ribeye because I think it had an excessive amount of fat on it...my wife's sirloin was better. I did think the vegetable skewer was very good and would order it again. We will give this restaurant another try and I hope the service is better so we can increase our rating to 4 or 5 stars. read more

Went here for the first time ever on a date a few days ago. The host who seated us was so personable and accommodating. I later found out she is a manager and it made me even happier! I ordered the shrimp skewers, my date got a steak. His steak was done perfectly; our server made sure he cut it open off the bat to make sure it was right. Mac and cheese was delicious. We were greeted by one server but a second server ended up taking care of our table. As soon as the first server spotted us without drinks (we had only been sitting for a moment) she bolted over and made sure we were taken care of. She was very kind, made lovely small talk to get us all warmed up to the place. The server that took care of us was clearly busy with multiple tables but she stayed on top of it all wonderfully. I was going to give this 4 stars, as my shrimp came out sort of cold, but honestly it was so delicious anyway I didn't say anything - and it certainly isn't their fault I didn't mention it and try to correct it. Loved it, honestly. My first time ever trying out this restaurant left a great overall impression of what Logan's provides in both service and food. read more

Waited aprox 10 minutes for bartender to serve us waited another 5 for drinks (only 3 tables with customers) salad and rolls finally showed up waited another 5 minutes for refills.. Food showed up steak was overcooked never checked for refills or anything. Waited over 15 minutes with me standing by the booth for somebody anybody to see us to get check first waitress couldn't so then had to find bartender to print check . Could have been very easy dine and ditch ... Should have... Second strike in a row .. Texas Roadhouse is right down the street and much better service read more

We eat at the Ontario Logan' s Roadhouse and we have had the same problem with portions. They give 4 ribs for 1/2 portion. I have talked to the management and this is their policy. I just don't get the ribs because I feel you are getting shorted. Their other items are all good. We enjoy the wings, grilled chicken, steaks and salads. read more
