Service is good; for seasoned well and plenty of food, delicious rolls, and tea. Chicken fried steak is my favorite and salads!

Food was good... service was highly questionable. Employee's attitudes were fair/good. Friendly. We waited about 15-20 minutes for drinks. 40minutes for food, and we were asked about condiments from another waitress as we got our steaks, told her what we wanted. And pushed our food around for about 7 minutes so we asked another waitress to help with condiments and she was very hesitant like she didn't want to get in trouble , anyways we waited another 7 minutes, unfortunately steak was cold. My experience was horrible, they sat me in the bar area where there was only one waitress working the whole area, so she was not entirely the blame.. it took them about 7 minutes to acknowledge my presence, by the time she came to the table I knew everything I wanted to order, I figured by doing so it wouldn't take too long.... I waited for about 35-40 minutes for some reheated ribs, chicken strips and fries. Once I got my food my Ribs were cold, like they were sitting up all day and my chicken tasted like cafeteria food yuck!!!! Went in the afternoon when it wasn't busy. We did have to wait several minutes before someone came to seat us. After being seated, we had a chance to study the menu. We started our meal with fried mushrooms and loaded potato skins. They were hot and fresh. The mushrooms came with ranch and a horse radish seasoned sauce that worked well with the mushrooms. The crab cakes were crispy and had a very good flavor. The porterhouse steak with garlic butter and mushrooms tasted so good. You could taste the grilled flavor and it was very tender. As a follow-up to last year's review where I gave 2 stars (primarily for the cold and flavorless food), this was a COMPLETE turnaround. My server Sheri was very attentive from the git-go, bringing many needed napkins and drink refills before I could even ask. My order (smokehouse platter, side salad no dressing and a coke) was hot (well, not the salad or drink), well-seasoned and delicious, from the tenderness of the meat, to the tanginess of the sauce, right down to the crispiness of both the fries and the onion straws. And the rolls were perfect. Music was varied and not too loud. Overall, a fantastic dining experience. Thanks to Sheri, manager on duty Amber, and everyone on the Logan's team. Food was pretty good, but what was a real turnoff was the condition of the restaurant. There were 3 people acting as "hostess" but the floor was filthy (see pic). Used to visit this years ago but management was bad so we quit. Tried again a few months later and the manager had it going. Haven't had steak in months and decided to hit it up. Apparently the manager has moved on. They were not busy yet wait times were long (30 minutes on standard fare). I order steak mid rare, first steak came medium/medium well but looked veiny. The server did not check when I cut into it so I had to flag her down. I pointed at the steak and said they overcooked it and she nodded. I then asked can I have them get another? She took back the other and it took 10 minutes to get a new steak. New steak came and looked better but ended up being well done even though it had mid rare flag stuck in it. My waitress disappeared again and my party was ready to leave so I ate half the steak and then gave up as it was like shoe leather. When the server came back before I ate the steak I showed them how overcooked it was. They said, "oh I am so sorry". No we will remake it or discount it or anything. It was my first time here and the food was alright. We had 3 different servers and the last was the most helpful. Dede was awesome and super sweet. She's the only reason why i'm giving a higher rating. The food took about 45 mins to come out. The server was super helpful and she sat us and even took our drink orders. The waitress was excellent to start with so it wasn't the service. We had three in our party and we ordered regular drinks. The glasses were all nasty & dirty with stains. It looks like management hasn't switched out glasses since the restaurant opened. I ordered a steak and when it came out it was grey. So that tells me they microwaved the steak & then slapped it on the grill. The other two of us ordered the mini burgers. You could tell the patties were preformed frozen patties. Our meal was $70 and I can tell you it wasn't worth anywhere near that amount of $. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant that serves heated up Cisco food on dirty dishes. Came in on 5/2/2026 at roughly 3:00 pm so not during a rush hour. Maybe 5 tables with small parties in the whole establishment. We sat down ordered our appetizers and drinks and the drinks came out. 20 minutes 1 appetizer comes out but not the other. Then ten minutes later the other. We ordered 2 total. Our waitress was new, and truly doing her best with what seemed like a very incompetent kitchen staff. My son ordered the Alfredo steak dish. Asked for no onion (doesn't like) and no mushrooms (slight allergy). Girl says ok writes it down. About 30 minutes goes by she comes out says I'm so sorry one meal is done but the two with steak weren't cooked correctly they have to be redone. So I tell her the plate that is ready to go ahead and bring it out so it doesn't get cold. She states they're remaking the whole order. 20 minutes go by and Two of the three meals come out and both are wrong. My steak with shrimp was missing the shrimp (I failed to notice initially) . My son's dish loaded with mushrooms, and topped with onion rings. So he says excuse me miss I asked for no onions and or mushrooms. She's like yes you did let me take that back. Comes back and they've removed the onion rings and picked through the pasta to remove what mushrooms they could and sent it back out. The waitress tells my son what they did and says you should barely taste them. The sauce is premade with the mushrooms so there's no way to get the dish without them totally. My son not wanting to be that guy says ok I'll just eat it. We've been there an hour already waiting for food that's all wrong. Definitely our sign we should have gotten up and walked out. However we didn't want the new girl to feel like it was her. So we did our best to try and make the best of it. My son eats the steak pieces (5 total) and takes 3 bites of the pasta and says mom I can't eat this. So as I call the waitress back over and tell her this isn't gonna work. She apologized and had it removed from the bill. At that time the table next to me says they didn't get part of their order (coconut shrimp) and that's when I realize I didn't either (grilled shrimp) So I tell the waitress also I was supposed to have shrimp with my order. Menu item says New York strip with grilled shrimp and displayed with rice and broccoli. I got baked potato and broccoli instead of rice. A 1.45 up charge no problem. Total cost 27.44 for just mine. So she says ok I'm gonna have the manager take off the shrimp as well I'm so sorry. She comes back and there's no adjustment to that meal. So I ask where's the adjustment? She says well that meal doesn't come like that the shrimp is separate. Well funny it's named steak and shrimp dish so that says all that should come. She said no. So at this point I'm ready my son has now gone to the restroom and is vomiting. We pay and leave after my son comes out. Total bill 80$ I will never return or recommend this establishment for any reason whatsoever. I truly hope if the waitress wasn't at fault she finds a new place to work, because that can really mess with her money. read more

Food was mediocre. Our potato skins were cold so they were gross. My sautéd mushrooms were SUPER salty I couldn't eat them. Our waitress only checked on us twice and took forever to bring us the check. She was nice though. The place itself was dirty. There were dirty napkins underneath our table. There was a customer front complaining to a manager so maybe that's when we should have walked out. Definitely not coming back here. For starters we were passing through as a group headed home from a long trip and wanted steak but most places were closed till later in the afternoon/evening plus we were starving. The waiter was very kind however poor performance in service. Rarely came by the table to check on us/ask how the food was (mind you it wasn't busy at all). The food in itself was very bad, ordered the ribeye medium (slightly overcooked) but it looked bioengineered versus grass-fed meat. Broccoli overcooked, green beans seemed to be from a can. My buddy ordered medium rare however it looked medium from the first one and the replacement looked very blue rare, shrimp overcooked and dry. It also seemed to be very uptight ambiance wise, not many smiles or any music going (not sure if they have speakers or not). Service was not good at all... asked several times for refills, A1 sauce, other condiments, server walked by dozens of times without anything we asked several times for. My order came through DoorDash. I enjoyed everything I ordered. The reason for three stars is due to the cinnamon rolls. If this is the way they are baked here, well, I won't order them again. But if they want to get my order of cinnamon rolls again, they will have to either cook the over-sized rolls until they are done or reduce the thickness and cook them all the way through. In other words, they are nothing but gooey, under-cooked dough called cinnamon rolls. I couldn't chew them. They just gooed-up in the mouth where they couldn't be swallowed. Our waitress did take our orders pretty quickly and the food came out in a timely manner as well. The overall feel of Logans is relaxed and clean and fun. Large bar area. I would give my experience at Logan's Roadhouse a 10/10 on service and a 3/10. My waitress Alexa was very kind, recommended lots of different options, kept up with the pace of the restaurant and how busy it was and never got overwhelmed, and had a beautiful smile. The food on the other was far from good, my steak was very overcooked and had no flavor, but just the service from my waitress made it taste better than it was. Amber, our waitress, was all around not attentive, making excuses for late food (waited an hour after ordering and there were only 3 other tables in our section), never came by to offer refills on drinks that were empty for 15-20 minutes. All waitstaff congregated around the hostess stand appearing to gossip about patrons at the tables including ours, rather than attending to tables. Steaks were overcooked, didn't get extras we ordered and paid for. No apologies and made to feel as if we were somehow in the wrong for spending nearly 2 hours in the restaurant for mediocre food and terrible service. Spoke to manager and again, no apologies. Just an offer to ask for him and a discounted meal next visit. No thank you. Restaurants experiences are half food and half customer service. This is a management and staff training issue. Went here today and sat at the bar. The young lady tending was attentive and friendly. I ordered up the teriyaki chicken with broccoli and it was excellent. The rolls weren't as fresh as I remember them from previous visits, but that didn't stop me from emptying the basket.
