This was my brothers and I first time at Prime 115, none of us heard if it. But, we decided to give it a go for lunch. The ambience of Prime 115, is of a high class type restaurant. We were promptly greeted by two of the sweetest, most warm welcoming, politest, with very nice smiles, young ladies Ms. Cat, hostess, and Ms. Stephanie, waitress. Ms. Cat led us to a booth and us feel very comfortable. Prime 115, is very elegant, neat, very clean and well organized established restaurant and especially quiet. To our surprise this restaurant has two floors upstairs and main floor with an elevator to assist customers who may not be able to climb stairs. Ms. Stephanie, our waitress promptly served us water, and never rushed to place our orders. She gave us plenty of time to look over the menu. Ms. Stephanie, was truly awesome as she had several tables to attend to and she made each of her customers feel as they were highest priority. We ordered the button mushrooms, as an appetizer thinking that they were going to be fried mushrooms. (apologies I forgot to take a picture.) The button mushrooms were baptized in Worcestershire (we called it worsesister)sauce with butter, for $12.00. To our surprise they were really good, albeit just a tad bit too salty. After we finished our appetizer Ms. Stephanie, promptly arrived to take our order for our main meal. Our eldest brother ordered the prime steak sandwich lunch which consisted of sliced tenderloin on a grilled sourdough, gargonzola, marinated tomatoes, onions, lettuce, and garlic aioli, with a side of their homemade potato chips for $19.00. The potato chip were well seasoned, crispy perfection very tasty. The prime steak sandwich, was well seasoned, cooked to perfection, very tasty all the trimmings worked well with the sandwich. My youngest brother and I both opted to order the prime burger lunch which consisted of an 8oz wagyu patty, sharp cheddar, house berger sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles, with a side of their homemade potato chips, for $19.00. Our hamburgers were well cooked, seasoned perfectly, very tasty and the trimming of our burgers went well with our burgers. As stated previously the homemade chips were perfectly seasoned, and crispy. As I saw it was our first time the6snd overall our experience was very pleasant. I hope you drop on in come say hello to Ms. Cat, and Ms. Stephanie stay for lunch or dinner whatever tickles your fancy.

This is a super swanky restaurant Formerly a bank for the mid 1800s Visited for lunch, there is a lunch menu Awesome options Had the chicken Alfredo *chefs kiss Tried the bruschetta delish! Service was great super friendly staff Loved the decoration and layout the renovation fit this joint perfectly! Love that they salvaged many original pieces Definitely want to try for dinner since it looks super romantic and more suited for late night

This steakhouse in Waxahachie is incredible !!! We tried nearly everything on the menu and was happy with all of them. I would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful Saturday afternoon antique shopping in the Waxahachie square. Decided to stop in for early dinner at Prime 115. Walked through a gorgeously crafted door only to be met with a stern and confusing "can I help you?" As if we were in the wrong place. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is located in what use to be an old bank building. I enjoyed the homage to past musicians like Frank Sinatra and Elvis.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We had calamari to start, it was as expected. Very small portion and most likely frozen but decent. We both ordered the New York strip. Cooked perfectly, slightly tough if I'm being picky and overly salted but still good. Lemon and shrimp risotto was delightful. Creamy and had the perfect amount of lemon. Truffle Mac and cheese was really Mac and cheese that sat close to truffle. It was delicious Mac and cheese, not sure I would advertise it as truffle. Perhaps truffle-ish. My daughter had chicken Alfredo which had the perfect amount of garlic and cream. Chicken was juicy and cooked well. Our waiter seemed annoyed and uninterested. Which I can look past until a table was sat next to us and our waiters personally instantly became friendly and jovial . Our evening was odd between the unwelcoming greeting, the long wait times for food and the waiter acting as if we didn't belong. Then dessert came out. Limoncello mascarpone cake and rich cheesecake made us forgive their rude behavior and slow service. If I am back in town and have already tried all the other options in the square I might give them another chance .

Honestly, I would suggest looking at their menu. Each item is described. They have Beef Kebabs as a small plate. There are Salads. Seafood. Etc. And then I would call and run it by them. I have a fairly recent menu posted on my review.

As soon as I walked in, I had a feeling that this was going to be much better than I would expect for a strip mall restaurant. We ordered the pork pot stickers, lamb dry hotpot, and the karage ramen. The pot stickers were perfectly cooked, crispy on the bottom, good chew, and great flavor. The lamb dry hotpot was a kingly meal. The presentation was impressive and the exquisite variety of ingredients made this a meal to remember. The karage ramen was lackluster, I would wager their other ramen options are better. The atmosphere was pretty good and the service was excellent. Overall, if I lived in Waxahachie, I would be a regular here.

It's that type of hole in the wall place that has you knowing it's going to be something. It served a wide variety of Asian dishes from Vietnamese to Japanese to Chinese to Thai, but I wager at its core it's Chinese. We started with the pork potstickers, and they were fantastic. It's hard to find places that cook the outside correctly with crisp on the bottom and chew on top, but Fun did it perfectly. My bf got the lamb dry hot pot, and it looked stellar. He got a lot of food for the money and really enjoyed it. I would recommend if you could handle spice. I tried the Chicken Karaage Ramen, and found it lacking. It tasted like eating pure grease, and though the Karaage was alright, it was weighed down heavily by the broth. The noodles were noticeably homemade, though. Overall, we would recommend coming here.
