I've gone in multiple times leaving dissatisfied. They mentioned needing a new set so I agreed but they were apprehensive to soak my nails off instead of ripping them off..then wanted me to cut them down to nothing when wanting to use my own nails...and they advised against it...so I left with my nails unfinished to get them done somewhere else. Have to pass. Tech couldn't figure out how to do nails with a pink tip- grew them out specifically for this look but left with solid pink nails that we filed down to nothing. If you wanted short pink nails then he did a good job however not what I was looking for. Im also not used to getting a dip that doesn't include a basic manicure (cuticles done) so I was surprised about that... I have never experienced a place more unprofessional, rude and does not know the meaning and value of customer service. The tech I had was condescending and rude, would not let me choose a different color than the one I originally chose. I showed him a picture of what I would like and he didn't even follow and said he forgot and didn't know how to fix it, this was only part of my experience. I left so unpleased and in tears. My husband went back to speak with a manager and they refused any refund after the experience received showing how the service received was not even what I requested. They didn't even try to make the situation right, instead insisted I walked away liking my service which was anything but the truth. I will not return here. read more

Just awful. I am not one to go around and post reviews on a regular basis so you know if I am leaving one it is genuinely because it was a bad experience and I would want to know what to expect before going here for services if this happened to someone else. I just removed my full set of tips and needed to give my nails a break so I just went in for a "dip manicure" on my real nails no tips. The nail tech sat me down and buffed nails and started putting the dip layers on my nails. I thought ok maybe they didn't hear me say "manicure" but he had already started putting layers on so I assumed well if he's just doing dip then maybe they are only charging me for a color change. NOPE! They charged me $50 for 20 minutes at the most of dipping my nails and sending me packing. At the end of the service I expressed my frustration, " what am I paying $45 for ?! That wasn't a manicure?" No soaking of my nails, no cuticle cutting, no filing, nothing!!!!!!!!! Just dipped my nails and slapped on clear coat and buffed my nails. No massage ... I mean it was god awful how they would charge someone full price and not even give you the service! Stealing money out of my pocket basically. For a bad job at that! I wanted white sparkle nails and they were are just clear sparkle NO WHITE! I just was so fed up and blown away at the clear poor service and lack of care or courtesy by this place. I paid and left and WILL NEVER go back nor will I refer anyone there. I'll go back to DIP nail by EOS at least they are fair, honest and provide quality work. Dare to venture and try anyone new again. They lost my business for good. Do not waste money on poor service and poor quality and over priced menu of services for not even a fraction of the service itself. Total 1 Star place. Go to DIP or somewhere else you'll be happier in the end and pricing is better anyways for much better services. read more

Hands down one of THE BEST salons i've been to in a very long time, Jenny and Vivian helped me with a full set of gel acrylics and a gel pedicure and i'm beyond satisfied with both! Not only do they do amazing designs but have amenities for customers such as soda and coffee while you wait. I thought I loved this place. Although there was a little bit to be desired I figured I would just try different people until I found my person. Andy is amazing and my daughter loves his work for her nails. Joy is also amazing and takes her time. This being said, my two littles wanted their nails done and wanted to plan a birthday party here so we decided to start with them getting a children's service and see how it goes. This is the result and this was AFTER I asked them to fix it. They had Vincent and Diane. I could have done a better job myself at home. They didn't even remove the old polish before applying new polish. I told the manager of the problem after I had looked at them and she said she would have them go fix it. I am extremely disappointed in their service and the fact that it cost $40 for something that looks so awful. I shouldn't have even paid with the quality but my kids were happy to be spending time with me and their older sister that I didn't want to make them feel bad. As soon as you walk in, you're totally amazed by how gorgeous it is inside. Very modern and chic type feel to it. The salon is quite large and allows room for social distancing. Very inviting and friendly staff. There are a lot of colors to choose from for dipping powder, gel and regular polish. My technician, Kellie, did an amazing job on my nails and she's got the best personality! Loved the owner and her daughter too! So excited to have a nail salon like this in the neighbor. TL;DR: neglected customer, missed opportunity, my pity moment When I thought I would be finding my new nail place to call home, my relationship with Logic Nail ended before it even began. I stroll in prior to my appointment, get checked in. The place is pretty full. I get asked a few more times for what services I'm getting. I get it, yall are busy but sheesh. I'm offered water, thanks!! The, I believe owner, ushers me finally to a chair and casually comments how dark gray is a weird color to have on my nails. OK, well, thank you for your opinion and for making me feel awkward. Water is poured and I'm left alone with a menu. I'm left alone for quite a while now. I'll say, approximately, 15 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start. Then, someone happens to casually stroll by and ask what pedi I want. I state which I'd like, they say ok, and disappear. Meanwhile, there's water all over the floor. It's cleaned up and little inspection is done to figure out where this water is coming from. It's 20 past. My appointment hasn't started. My feet are pruny while in the water and I don't have any where to put them if I take them out as the cover towel wasnt places down yet... Someone stops by to REFILL the bowl. Doesn't say anything to me, just moves on. I'm growing slightly impatient. Not due to the wait, but due to the neglect. No check in, no how ya doin, no nuthin. Five more minutes go by, the water in the pedi bowl has pretty much drained out of the bowl... Water is on the floor again. My feet are all wrinkly and itchy and no one has noticed me or the obvious leak in my chair or that I'm sitting here for thirty minutes. It's not like I was a quiet mouse here, or being "that customer" that no one wants to deal with (I hope, lol). At 30 minutes past, I got up, just put in my shoes, and left. I don't know if I left. I never received a call about where I went or anything of that nature. So, I cannot rate them based on their services... But I won't be coming back, and I'm sure with their revolving door customer model, my monthly nail budget won't be missed. read more

Upon walking into this nail/massage bar we were immediately impressed a the decor was dripping with elegance. We immediately set out to pick out colors. I'm not great at knowing what is good for my nails so Ann my technician did some suggestions and picked out the exact shades I wanted in the correct product. I am new to the acrylic nail game, and needed a fill, so I brought both of my daughter's (ages 19 and 16) in to also have treatments done. My 19 year old had her first ever full set. The technician was done before my 16 year old's manicure was completed. In the next few days she lost three of her nails. I called to see if we were able to come have them fixed, and was told yes, so we went in the next morning. This experience was horribly uncomfortable. We felt like an absolute inconvenience. I responded "really?" In a non-aggressive tone as I was not looking for any kind of confrontation on a day off and she said "what'd you think?" WE PAY for your points or cash back!!!!".... My daughter and I came for mani / pedi's and I ended up getting SNS Dip Service $43 and my daughter preteen pedi and mani $32. Both our technician were friendly and paid attention to our needs. Great services and great location, but respectfully I have a few comments for improvement. - I would suggest having guest wash their hands before performing nail work, again I'm not a nail technician but I started thinking about many other people hands have been dipped in the same loose powder as mine without washing their hands. - There was loose water bottles everywhere, in which other guests were kinda grossed out and made comments about all the half drank water bottles. *** I was sat right next to another guest and I know face masks are required, but I would have preferred to have been seated at least 6 feet away or have guest sit in every other open seat.*** Social Distancing NOT enforced! read more
