Right when you walk in the door, you are greeted by a smiling face. They'll shake your hand and ask you how your day is going. You just don't get that personable feel at those bigger banking institutions and it's these little details that matter to me. I had multiple checking and savings accounts elsewhere and finally made the decision to bank solely with Logix. Chris assisted me with opening a checking account. He also had me download the app and explained all the features of it to make sure I knew how to get the most out of it. He also explained how the Relationship Rewards program worked (another benefit I now qualified for). He was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Logix has great rates and great service. Got a joint account with logix recently after hearing good things about their auto loans. Quickly got denied with good credit. Went somewhere else and was approved for 3.5% apr with no issues what so ever. I was disappointed they couldn't do anything for me after they got my business. I have been with Logix when it was Lockheed Federal Credit Union. It is the best banking organization by far. The tellers always pleasant and helpful. The loan officers are always helpful as well. There are plenty of windows open to handle transactions. The never is a long line. It is never difficult to talk to the manager if needed. They have free coffee waiting for you, and a lollipop for the kids. There are toys to keep the kids busy if you have a lot of business at the bank. read more

My family has been Logix customers since it was Lockheed and I thoroughly enjoy our banking relationship. This credit union is different from banks and other credit unions. At Logix, you are family and treated like family. Even our children are Logix customers. Our financial manager, Jason Lee, is always a phone call away from financial planning and advice. We have car loans, consolidation loans as well as home loans. Getting loans from Logix does not involve mountains of paperwork and numerous phone calls. Its a quick and simple process from beginning to end with very little inconvenience to everybody involved. \ The greatest surprises we get from Logix are the Loyalty Dividends...all of a sudden in your account is an extra $25-$250.00. How great is that??? From Logix, just because you are important to them as a customer. I have never received dividends from Chase or any other banking institution. Any time our family needs a loan or financial planning, Logix is always our first phone call. You just can't get any better than Logix! read more

Words cannot express how grateful I am to have Eddie literally guide me step by step in the process of buying my first car. As it was my first time obtaining an auto loan, I was so lost and had millions of ignorant questions. Eddie was so patient (patient being an understatement) with me and had no problem repeating himself and explaining things again and again... and again. His rate of response through e-mail was faster than me saying the word "fast". I would've felt so confused and neglected if he didn't respond back to help me understand everything. He was very thorough with his explanations (once again, even though he had to repeat himself multiple times) and his character really shined when giving customer service. I also observed how great of a multitasker he is, because I saw him helping out multiple people on the floor and helping me all at the same time. I never felt uncomfortable and I never questioned his intentions on him helping me out. I knew he had the best interest for me and he made me feel like I can trust him with giving him the keys to my house. Let me first say.....Regular banks can not compare to the customer support/care and courtesy of Logix Federal Credit Union. I don't know why people would bank anywhere else....and no high interest rates either!!! I had the pleasure of meeting Robert Nugent, for the time over the phone at one of the branches of LFCU and he helped me ENORMOUSLY when the regular banks turned their backs on me. I can't begin to explain how much I owe him gratitude for helping me out. I won't forget. Also Christopher Tucker at the Pasadena branch, I can't say enough about his services, he has been on my side from the beginning of joining Logix... Chris has been so polite since I've known him, that I feel like I am his little brother...although I am older...lol. I am going to start removing all my direct withdrawal and payment accounts from Chase and shift everything to Logix Federal Credit Union. PS.....no I was not paid to write this review.....if you don't believe what I am trying to tell you all and help....then try them out for yourself......it won't cost you anything except lower interest rates...better terms of service....and customer care beyond what you could imagine. I don't usually write reviews, but Logix deserves a 5-star review! Went in for a car loan. I didn't have an appointment and the place was busy but they were kind enough to squeeze me in. They gave me an interest rate of 1.49%, about half of what Chase gave me! The car dealer was shocked that I got a rate that low. Amazingly friendly, courteous and professional staff. Wonde, one of their Financial Services Officer, was specially patient and helpful to me. I had so many questions and he took the time and effort to answer them all and guide me through the car loan process. Just absolutely wonderful service. Love this place, will definitely make this my primary bank and recommend to friends and family :) read more

Switching to Logix has been the worse decision I've made in banking. This bank will hit you with more fees than a big bank like Chase. If you overdraft and they deny the charge, they will still charge you a fee of $29 for funds they didn't cover. read more

Anthony Rose is the worst financial service officer I've ever experienced. He is rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and extremely unhelpful. He does not realize he is still in the service industry and he needs our business more than we need his. I am very disappointed with my visit and will never get an account with Logix, especially if this is who they have representing their brand. We had an appointment with Drew and got stuck with Anthony. This is not our first run in with this associate. My brother and I were here about maybe 6 months ago and he was unhelpful then too. I was hoping his attitude would have changed but it hasn't. Honestly do not know how he was hired nor why he continues to be employed. He needs to take quite a few courses in guest service to even become moderate at selling accounts and services to people. His attitude needs a facelift. read more

After tons of mergers, my account finally landed with Chase some time ago. I've always wanted to support a local credit union instead of a massive bank that does whatever it wants with it's clients but I was always afraid that I wouldn't have all the benefits of belonging to a large bank such as the technology and number of ATMs. I was more than pleasantly surprised! I actually downloaded the APP to my iPhone while I was opening the account. I do 99% of my banking online and Logix offers everything that Chase offers. Not only are they across the street from where I work, but they also have a location closer to home than Chase. Not to mention that the people at Logix are way nicer and welcoming. And the icing on the cake is the referral fees! I've already received $100 from opening my account and from referring a couple of people. I couldn't ask for anything more! read more

Signed up for Yelp just to write this review. Hands down, best customer service I've ever had through a bank. They actually treat you like a human being. Offer you coffee, shake your hand, validate their parking. I came in to sign up for a checking account, I am sick of bank of america and everything they stand for, time to sign up with a credit union. So many perks too! If you refer a friend you automatically get $25 to your bank account and so do they! Free book of checks too and debit card is given to you the day you sign up. No waiting. The service with Logix is excellent! They will tell me that they charge for a cashiers check, but they usually waive the fee. Everybody on the phone is helpful and informed. I also rarely get a recording when I call, a friendly human usually picks up right away. I went through some other credit unions that were flaky or had anti-consumer policies, not Logix. Wow, why did it take me so long to join a credit union? All the same conveniences and features of a bank, but with MUCH better customer service, no hidden fees, lower interest rates, etc. I am so glad I found Logix! Switching from Chase. This place reminds me of WAMU - who I was with before they were devoured by JP Morgan. Very warm, non-corporate feel to the place. Good customer service. Online interface is simple and easy to navigate. The opposite of Chase but with all the same features. Its a simpler less cluttered experience. One thing they don't explicitly advertise is that all of 7/11 are free for ATM use. So that makes it almost ubiquitous across the nation. Excellent, FAST service, knowledgeable and HELPFUL employees. What could be better? Well, glad you asked. A few weeks back, I had picked out a new car (Honda Civic), and was spending some time at the range, preparing to deal with a Honda Dealership. Armed with the model/features/price research, I thought, why not get the loan thru Logix instead of the dealer? So I gave em a call. That was way back on Tuesday. Now, its Monday, and I'm here sitting in my new Honda. I bought the car thru Auto Experts, a "partner" company with Logix. The OTD price was LOWER than any lowball price I found, and the same as the Kelly and Edwards numbers. Then, I got insurance thru, you guessed it, Apollo, another "partner" of Logix. That price did experience a little upwards creep, but it still ended up lower than any other quote I could find. And oh yeah, don't forget the 1.5% loan that Wonde at the Pasadena branch set up in record time, all over the phone. What a bunch of pros! The only way it could have been better is if they would have test-driven the car for me. Well... actually, they did! They drove the car right to the Pasadena Logix parking lot, where I picked it up. Everything was arranged by phone. I showed up in person ONCE, at 4:00 on Friday, for inspection, test drive, etc. The purchase and insurance documents were signed, Wonde had the loan documents prepared without a hitch, and in a couple hours I was driving away. An incredible way to buy a car! And get insurance. And the loan. Getting the lowest price without a hassle is truly a great thing, but the best part of it is having the confidence that it's Logix employees handling all of the paperwork, so you know that there wont be all those mistakes and problems that take hours and days to resolve. You don't need to show the purchase and loan docs to a lawyer to ensure that the dealership isn't doing anything funny with the terms and rates. This credit union is great. Tons of incentives for you to open an account with them. Friendly staff. Free parking. Just don't forget to pick up your token so you can exit the parking lot. I was able to refinance my house with a low closing cost after months of contacting other mortgage brokers. The banker who helped me with my loan application was on top of things and constantly updating me on the process. read more
