The only complaint I have is that I never went here sooner. I went in regarding a car refinance and was extremely satisfied with the process as well as the customer service. From the receptionist to the bank teller everyone is extremely nice and more than willing to help. I opened up a checking and savings account and so far doing business with them is pleasant. Priscilla was my financial service officer, I give her 2 thumbs way up! She is super nice, friendly and has great work ethic. I will be recommending all my friends and family to her and this bank. DO NOT BANK HERE. Paying off your cc every month is like a "secret d'etat" with hidden interest fees that mystifies everyone from the teller to the phone representatives. I had to ask 3 people working there to get to the bottom of my issue. They then have the audacity to turn to me and not only not apologize for the time i have wasted, but patronize me by explaining to me the concept of interest accruing. Unbelievable. Ok- dont apologize for wasting my time or how unclear your online banking's interface is, but have the class and professionalism to not insult your customer's intelligence. People are friendly and efficient. Nice bathroom and good free coffee. Also free and easy parking. Never a long line at the teller. Putting your money in a credit union helps you since they are more eager to loan you money at decent rates after You have been with them a while. I have been a member of Logix since 1990. I thought that was a long time, but then I saw Cheri W.'s review where she said she's been a member since 1977! I've always gotten great service from them, and their staff at the Pasadena branch are friendly and efficient. I got great rates on a mortgage and an auto loan. And their little robot is so cute! Logix policy of only allowing in branch services by appointment only and or, only allowing two customers inside at a time and leaving everyone outside in 90+ degree weather to wait is absolutely ridiculous. I'm really not sure what branch I was patched into because I called the 800 number, but I talked to a lady named Kiera (hopefully I spelled her name correctly). I applied for a savings account online, but I was denied and received a letter stating that I had insufficient funds (totally false). Then when I applied again (a coupon of weeks later) I didn't receive anything at all. I called Logix and explained the situation and Kiera told me that it was in fact denied due to verification of residency, not insufficient funds. I explained that I've lived in the same house for 39 years and that I had banked with them before. Long story short, she asked if she could place me on hold and she came back on the phone to say that she contacted the people that were over accounts and they would be able to help me sort the situation out. Mike Peluso was the person that assisted me and he was absolutely awesome!! He guided me through the application over the phone in 30 minutes!! He made sure that I understood the policies/procedures of the banking institution and he was able to open the savings account for me!!! Often times, we as consumers (customers) are quick to complain about the bad things that happened and why we didn't get our way, but I think it's an awesome thing to shed light on the "superstars" that assist us in rectifying the situation. Mike really took his time to assist me and I enjoyed talking with him!!! It is certainly rare to be pleasantly surprised by a place of business nowadays, especially as it relates to a financial institution. Logix is the type of place that will restore your trust in what a true consumer bank should be all about. I stopped by Logix after visiting various banks, including my local "American Big Bank" where I have been a loyal customer for decades, as I was shopping for the best deal on a personal loan or 0% interest CC. As you can imagine, I received the typical run-a-round at all those places with answers such as "I don't think we can do that,"or "Let's run your credit and see what the computer says." Upon entering Logix, however, I felt valued from the get go. Christopher Tucker assisted me in a professional and personal manner, guided me towards the product that would best benefit my family, and surprised me by approving me on the spot for a credit line much more than what I was seeking. I arrived at the Pasadena branch at 4:45PM, and was approved and had immediate access to funds by 6:15PM. (Yes, he stayed with me past closing.) Christopher assisted me and engaged in pleasant conversation as he patiently waited for my wife to arrive to sign. Needless to say, I already love this bank and look forward to it being "my bank" after I transfer all my accounts from my "American Big Bank" institution. I love credit unions! I thought I had the BEST credit union with SF Fire when I lived in SF, but was pleasantly surprised when I experienced Logix CU. My partner and I went into Logix over the summer and was wonderfully helped by Natalie Worsham. She is really the best. She went over every single document with us, spent time to review all of our questions, explained the different accounts and options available to us (my partner was looking into car loans, etc.), and even spent the extra time to review and explain how credit reports work (we had questions about our recent credit reports and were considering Logix Credit/Loans). I can go on and on, but I won't. Just do yourself a favor, come to Logix Bank and make yourself an appointment with Natalie! I would give an additional 5 stars for Natalie alone. Seriously, the best service ever. Tips: There is a parking lot behind this bank. Be sure to ask the teller or receptionist for a parking lot coin to exit the lot. There is a candy bowl in the front and coffee for guests. The receptionist will greet you each and every time you come in. She is really nice and helpful! read more

After opening an account with Logix at their Pasadena branch, I literally did more research on the FCU to ensure it wasn't some sort of elaborate scam because the service and perks seemed too good to be true. I didn't even really have trouble with my old bank (BofA) but I have heard too many great things about credit unions so I had to join up; and I can see why people rave about them. I do extensive research before subscribing or purchasing just about anything. I spent hours researching the best FCU in the SGV and it seems like I definitely made the right choice. I drove by Logix Credit Union, formerly Lockheed CU in Pasadena and was bedazzled when I saw the 1.69% APR Auto Loan placard in the window. Presuming the Logix refi applied to new cars only, I kept driving. I wasn't terribly disappointed because my then current APR was 2.5%. When I checked my mailbox that evening, there was a cool Logix mailer that had my first name spelled out with spark plugs/shock absorbers forming each letter. 1.69% APR for up to 48 months on your NEW or USED vehicle it screamed. I only needed a 2.5 year term. YAHOOOO for me!!!! I dropped by Logix the next evening, and was told that a minimum 730 Experian credit score was required to qualify for the 1.69%. I made an appointment with Liliana Palma, Financial Specialist extraordinaire, for the subsequent afternoon, at which time she informed me I qualified for the 1.69% APR auto refi. Car refinanced on the spot at 1.69% :-D As an added on the spot BONUS, Liliana said I also qualified for the no annual fee, Logix Platinum Credit Card, which offers a six month intro APR of 0% and no fee on purchases. The same 0% and no fee for six months applies to balance transfers and cash advances if transacted within the first 90 days. And no worries, if you have not paid off your platinum credit card balance within the six month intro period, your remaining balance will only begin accruing at the standard 8.24% APR after that time. That's a standard APR of 8.24% on purchases, balance transfers, and cash advances with NO additional fees (annual or otherwise). No "gotchas" anywhere! Liliana showed me a few platinum credit card designs. I chose the one with the cute Logix robot. Liliana went to the back and returned with my new Logix credit card ($15000 credit limit) in hand, which said limit upon my request and on the spot, Liliana handed me in the form of a $15,000 (fifteen thousand dollar) no fee, 0% apr for six months, Cashier's Check, made out to yours truly. CAN I GET A WHAT, WHASAAT? I endorsed the check with the handsome navy blue-boxed, silver ergonomic Logix new member appreciation pen Liliana gifted me earlier, and deposited the 15K into my Wells Fargo bank acct. Be patient Logix. Even with Logix free checks, I've banked with Wells Fargo since it was Crocker Bank. Monday, February 3, 2014 was a very good day. Logix is smart banking indeed!!!
