My wife uses the Stevenson Ranch branch for most of our family's financial transactions. She likes the service there and is known by most of the staff. I use the Bouquet branch and have great confidence in Marilyn, one of the managers. She handles delivery of packages from the Burbank main branch for me and my retiree organization. I have found the staff at the Bouquet branch to be very customer oriented. Logix interest rates paid are better than the big banks, and the loan rates are very competitive. i recently recommended Logix to a friend and he transferred his savings accounts. I received a $25 bonus for recommending Logix to a friend, and he received the same amount. This is the second time that I have been rewarded for recommending Logix to a friend, but I would do so gladly without any compensation. This is a great place to bank. read more

I can't say enough about the way I was treated through a very emotional time in my life applying for a real estate loan. I was advised to speak with Betty Wright. She is so considerate and truly listened to me explain the situation I was in. Her advise she gave me was so kind and compassionate. I felt like I was talking to a friend. I'm glad that I found this bank. I bought 2 houses with 2 loans at Logix. They are very reasonable. I went to all the big banks but nobody give me a loan even though I have great credit and down a lot of payments. I love Logix services. I went to logix in Stevenson ranch since I was recommended to this branch. I met Michael Peluso there, he was a funny guy and really knew his stuff which I appreciated. Michael helped me with my first loan while he was there and with my second loan when he moved to burbank. Deleting long time members points from their checking account is crazy. One email slipped in with all the other spam from this company saying " Special Offer: roll over your debit reward points" should not justify deleting points that were worth several hundred dollars. Scam move to get you to open a credit card and save the company money from deleting members points. Would not recommend this bank. read more

Great place to do banking. Always helpful, friendly, and interested in hearing what you have to say. Great rates. Website is excellent too. It used to be Lockheed Federal Credit Union but they wanted to show that they are open for anyone, not just Lockheed employees, so they changed their name.
