Ryan came to our house to uninstall a dishwasher and I let him know we would not be getting a dishwasher for a few days. I let him know we were getting a new dishwasher since the old one leaked and caused issues. We were actually in the process of getting our new floors installed when Ryan came due to our previous dishwasher leaking which is why I wanted it removed. I specifically asked him after he removed the dishwasher if the sink will leak or if the valve he left out would leak and he said NO. He left and after he left I washed my hands in the sink and the valve was leaking. I called Ryan to let him know and he gave me some runaround answer about my pressure causing the leak and to not use it. Well, it's a sink and no one is perfect so I poured my mop water down there and all of it ended up in my cabinets and on my BRAND NEW floors. Ryan's response when we called to let him know, "well I told you not to use the sink". Completely unprofessional especially when I specifically asked before he left if there would be leaks and he said no. Come to find out, he did not place stoppers on the loose valve or where he removed my disposal line which is a common practice after a dishwasher is removed without a new one being installed. Due to this oversight, miscommunication, and his unwillingness to try I make things right, I cannot recommend this service. read more
