yea the food was really good but I spent the majority of the time eavesdropping on the tinder couple sitting next to me. The guy sits down and the girl goes "so what's your backstory?" to which he replies "scoliosis." I choke on my pizza quietly, and hear the girl, fully sincere, say "that's crazy, im a taurus." They then agree to name their future children after types of pasta, I.e. rigatoni for a boy, penne for a girl, while I silently have a coughing fit at the next table. 10/10 recommend, great location for tinder dates apparently. read more

What a great meal. Had the Kale appetizer which had crunchy ground pistachios and a light creamy lemon dressing. Also split the blistered shisito peppers which had a nice aioli on the side (I think it was red pepper). Both dishes were really fresh and perfectly prepared. The sopresatta pizza was incredible with honey sweetness and hot pepper spice. Sprinkled some crushed red pepper on top which kicked it up a notch. I've been wanting to try Lolita's since it opened a few months ago and finally went for the first time last night. The atmosphere was great and all of the staff were excellent, especially the bartender! We sat at the bar and were served quickly and Joe the bartender answered all the questions we had about the menu and gave great suggestions of what to get. Our pizza came out fast and was delicious! The drinks were fantastic and we split the apple cobbler dessert which was also amazing! I'll definitely be returning! read more

Excellent food and top notch service! I have been there twice already for lunch, and both times everything was amazing! Even after my clumsiness in dropping my drink all over the table today, they were quick to rush over, clean up MY mess, and replace my pizza, even though it was my mistake. No judgments by them in anyway, and just very pleasant in every aspect! We have had the Kale Salad, which is delicious!! Great sized portion, we shared it amongst three of us...tasty dressing, and a good accompaniment to any pizza! We always get different pizzas so that we can share: We have already tried the Margarita Pizza, the Italian Sausage Pizza, the White Pizza, the Prosciutto Pizza, the Mushroom Pizza, and the special of the day Pizza consisting of Soppressata and Chili Honey...every single one of them had a unique delicious flavor and the crust was always perfect! I cannot wait to go back and try some of their delicious looking cocktails on the menu list and the different pastas! Definitely check this place out!! Well thank goodness that Po-town has a real, authentic Pizza (with a capital P) place again!!! Super thin crust, scorched in a monstrously hot wood-fired oven, and a passel of tantalizing toppings. If you've ever been to Italy and had the real deal, and craved it in the Hudson Valley -- you've had a limited set of options. Trattoria San Giorgio up in Millbrook, basically. I was definitely a little sad to hear that Crave was closing up, but the owners have pivoted to a smart choice with Lolita's. The service is fantastic (attentive, friendly servers) and the space is still terrific. We sat outdoors last night, since it was a nice night - always a great option to have in our summers. And the pizza...well, again. I'm super happy. We had a mushroom pie (basically a white pie with an assortment of mushrooms) and one of the specials, a brisket pie with caramelized onion jam, blue cheese, and arugula (and of course, brisket...along with some of the brisket jus!) -- and were thrilled. Paired with a couple of nice crisp summer beers on tap (a Stella for me, a session IPA for my dining compatriot) and a bill of under $50 before tip...bam. 5 stars, Lolita. Well done. Lolita's is incredible and fills a niche that was missing in the area. I've been there at least five times now and haven't been even slightly disappointed once. The Tomato salad over the summer was fantastic and the kale Caesar gets this carnivore somehow craving kale. I've tried half the pizzas on the menu as well as the daily specials and they are incredible. I think some of the people who complain about the size of the pizza don't get the whole small, gourmet thing. There's a greasy pizza place on every block in NY, get your fix there. If you want to change it up with delicious combinations of meat, cheese and veggies on a perfect crust, check out Lolita's. The minute we walked in we were greeted by the staff and given a few seating options for our group.
