I walked in today excited to order a refreshing drink. I stood at their front counter for 5+ minutes and NOBODY acknowledged me. They weren't busy at all. They had two people sitting at a table who already had what they ordered and the other three customers received their drinks and walked out and yet not one worker bothered to say they would be right with me or took my order, so I walked out! Just rude and horrible customer service to not even acknowledge a waiting customer. I'll be happy to take my business elsewhere. read more

Our family loves coming here for bubble tea. Their menu is huge and not ridiculously priced, like so many other places. The drinks are always good and so is the service. I love it here! Its my go to place to treat myself after school. It's definitely a hidden gem and deserves more recognition. The staff here are always friendly and the menu has so much variety of drinks to choose from, and it's a lot more affordable and cheaper than a lot of other boba places. I've been ordering Viet coffee at various establishments within the past week so I was like why not try the one at my staple tea spot. Worth it. I can't believe it took myself 15 years to finally try and order their Iced Vietnamese coffee. It was pretty strong yet pleasurable to taste, especially compared to the drinks I've had recently. I don't usually make reviews but I was so disappointed the with the drinks and especially with the customer service. I was a customer for many years that came in often but unfortunately ever since the new owners came in it has just gone down hill in my opinion. the drink is not consistent and sometimes tastes just wrong like something was missing or that it's just ice. I also believe in customer service: always try to make the customer happy... a little girl dropped a cup of bolba and did not even get a sip in yet to realizing half of the drink is gone and on the floor, she was embarrassed and super sad and started to cry.. we ask if they could kindly make another one and the manager stated No, you have to Pay. Hummmmm wooow! ok if your prices are not so much I would say, What ever ok but you're not cheap. I really don't think you will suffer with making a new drink. There is kore I can say about my experience but I'm over it... sad to say I will be looking for a new place for my family to go to. It's just not a place I would like to go to any more. read more

Lollicup has been our go-to place for boba for years. We are never disappointed in the drinks. Their boba is super soft and chewy, without fail and they are always very warm and friendly. We lived 5 minutes away during the covid shutdown and joke that we poured so much into their business to keep them afloat -- we definitely did not want to see them close!
