Called the last few times to order for pick up and they didn't respond. When I arrived to just place the order in person, they had no customers. (Unsure if there was a rush? But I've never really seen that here.) Not a fan of the customer service unfortunately. I finally got an answer today but it's almost always no answer. As for the drinks and popcorn chicken, I love them. Milk tea is sweet and popcorn chicken is one of my favorites out there. I don't think this is a spot for studying, more so it's a nice spot for chatting as they have a few tables! Parking is a big plaza lot so no complaints there. 8/9/25 Yay, it's not too far from us locally! The place is clean, quiet, small. The interior seats about 6-8 people. Most folks order drinks to go. This location also offers other items like light snacks , for instance fried tofu. I ordered a taro slush for Hubby & I took advantage of their BOGO deal, winter melon drink, one with mango jelly, the other coconut jelly. Our drinks were made quickly. So many places that you go to really overcharge you for a Thai tea or whatever beverage you want It's severely overpriced. Good refreshing drinks here. Nothing fancy, but what you expect from a franchise chain. It's always been an odd store because the owner piles stuffed animals over the service counter. Grew up eating here so I might be a little biased but the same three drinks will always reign supreme to me: honeydew milk tea, Thai tea, jasmine milk tea. There's something about the way they make it here that always makes it stand out. It's a tiny place but you don't really go there to sit down and hang out. 3.5-4 stars I am surprised that I have NEVER written a review for Lollicup, and it sure has been a staple in DB since I was a youngin. Have not stopped by for a few years, and it looks about the same, menu up top on the right when walking in and a few tables for customers. I was craving Popcorn Chicken the other day and stopped by Lollicup to order. The staff was quick and efficient and parking was convenient for a weekday. Popcorn Chicken has different spice levels that one can choose from, but decided to order "no spicy." I do like how they do use actual basil leaves as well, very traditional. The pieces are just the perfect size and they were fried perfectly. The flavors were spot on and I will most definitely be returning when I have a craving for Popcorn Chicken next. They do have drink specials and a variety of drinks to order from. Since I do not drink these types of drinks anymore, I do remember ordering lots when I was younger. With the variety of drinks on the menu, there's a drink for everyone. There was no main A/C, but one small unit near the door, so it was quite warm and this was before the weather started to be in the 90's. There are no public restrooms to use. Been going here for a while now. The place is small but the service is quick. A bit dissappoint with the boba pearls today. It was mixed with soft boba and old boba which was hard and grainy. Please do not mix them and use the old boba. If this continues, we will definitely stop going there. There are alot of other boba places with soft boba pearls. Will try again, but if boba is hard again, no more. This was a special drink deal too while if you pay the full price, we never had we gotten hard boba. Maybe that is why it was a special deal drink. How do I start? I have been going here for 3 years straight and I don't plan to stop anytime soon. Lollicup's drinks are delicious! I always get the large boba milk tea and/or popcorn chicken. The service is also great, as most times I get my order in 2-5 minutes after school. The longest I've waited was during a packed day, but I don't blame them. I also love how chill it is inside. Honestly very surprised this Lollicup location is still standing. In my high school days (circa 2007), I used to frequent this location quite often. Back then, not gonna lie, the interior was kind of janky, at least compared to other Lollicups in the area. Now it looks like they cleaned up the place, & added some screens on the wall displaying the menu. Still not as nice as other Lollicups but a lot better than it used to be. But one thing that always stood out was how cheap & goood the boba milk tea was. As you might notice, the prices of boba drinks in general seem to be through the roof nowadays. After rediscovering this location (after what seems to be a decade from my last visit), I was pleasantly surprised, but welcome to see just how cheap the drinks still are & how good they still taste. If you ever decide to stop by, the deal I always get is 2 boba milk tea drinks for about six to seven dollars, a very rare deal for drinks these days in this economy, even compared to other Lollicups. read more

This spot isn't anything fancy but has been a long time go to of mine! They have all the basic tea and fruit flavored drinks that you can get hot, iced, or blended (slushy or snow) . Good choice of basic toppings boba grass jelly pudding! The mini boba is my favorite! My go to drink from here is usually Janine milk tea or Thai tea! The popcorn chicken is also delicious!! i came in on 6/18/24 around 1 pm and i ordered a milk tea slush with boba. staff was not nice nor friendly. a few people came in right after and i felt staff rushed making my drink. The blender to blend wasn't on very long, resulting in not a slush but more chunks of ice... which would be fine but minutes after i left the ice melted. I added boba but almost a 3rd was filled with boba which disappointed me cause i felt that i didn't get a lot of milk tea. usually quality is better but today was very disappointing. bad customer service and bad quality read more

Always a classic spot that never fails! The popcorn chicken is chef's kiss ($7.66)!! Their seasoning is SPOT ON a mixture of salty and sweet, good spice level (medium), even batter to crisp up REAL chunks of juicy chicken (so important). The amount they give can vary, sometimes a bit inconsistent, but it depends who's working. This time I'd like to think they packed it well & even gave extra bits of fried basil. Seasoned perfectly and fried to golden brown perfection with crispy exterior and tossed with Taiwanese flavor salt-pepper and fried basil leaves (so OG!). Many places skip the basil leaves so it's such a delight to see this place still has them in their popcorn chicken. First time going to this location and it will be the last. I went in for a quick Boba craving and I came out super disappointed. I always get the Thai milk tea because that is my go to, but at this location, the thai tea tasted water down with an "over refrigerated" taste as well as the mini Boba was hard and tasted refrigerated. I went an hour before closing, so I didn't expect there to be, much selection, but I expected to at least get quality product. I come in tonight a few minutes before closing, and the worker that took my order rushes making my drink since it's closing time. I order a slush, but it's straight juice. The service is pretty good but you never know what you're gonna get with the drinks. I've been coming here for well over a decade. It was a good value, and still remains relatively affordable choice especially for larger orders for parties. But since its inception, the quality has always been questionable. I've had so many "this is the last straw" moments when I told myself to stop coming but todays experience with the basic quality of BOBA--the one thing you expect lollicup to get right as a boba place--got me saying never again. I ordered boba milk teas. The staple item at any boba shop. The boba tasted weird. Tinny. Like metallic. I realized they had probably overcooked it and didn't bother checking. Or maybe with the way this place is managed, they never do. So glad this wasnt a large order that I at times place for groups of 6+. But let this lesson ring loud: don't try to save a few bucks by coming here. The quality just isn't worth it. Trying to save a buck or two meant I had to throw away $7. Past gripes include letting phone orders taken first get priority before customers ordering and waiting in store. Not giving boba sized straws but thinner ones for drinks with boba and then of course ironically counter to my first gripe they larer on started not making phone orders til you got there. If I could give zero stars I would, but there is no option for that. I wanted to support the local businesses and that's the only reason I went to this Lollicup, otherwise I would have gone to the Walnut location. My girlfriend and I went in for two simple orders of watermelon juice. I like the watermelon juice that I buy at Lollicup in Walnut, it's a nice deep red and you can taste and feel the watermelon. In this location, the watermelon was wayyy lacking (if it even had any) and had a very washed-out color and, to add salt to injury, they add like a pound of sugar to it. Look at the color of the drink in my photo; I ended up throwing it away. They are also sooo rude at this location and stingy with their drinks. They wash out the drinks with water and add a crap load of sugar to mask the flavor. Last time I come here. Another thing, this place looks like it should be in a swap meet. This location is located in the Walmart shopping plaza with ample parking. This location is opened for indoor seating. But it was a light afternoon and the place was empty. I ordered a winter melon tea which was a promo they offered 2 for $4 for a regular size. I was happy there was a special promo. But yet was frustrated that they didn't take any credit cards unless the order is over $5. I offered cash instead. But yet they don't have change for a $50. So they convinced me to upgrade to a large which in the end I paid 2 for $5.40. I really wanted only 1 drink but felt like I was upsold to buy more in order to meet the minimum so they don't pay high in credit card fees. It's even more upsetting they won't even take my cash. So make sure you bring smaller dominations or just order more drinks next time. The winter melon drink was refreshing at least. But it was still a bad experience for me. read more

This place is super nice for getting work done! They have wi-fi (just ask the front for the password), and not a lot of people are coming in and out so there's very little distraction. I've been patronizing this location for several years now (so you know my standards are low), but I've never had a bad experience until today. I ordered two Royal Milk Teas with boba, with no ice and less sugar, but it tasted like it had no sugar at all. There was really no milk or tea flavor either so it felt like I was drinking water. No problem, as the boba itself was still very sweet, but the texture and flavor just wasn't fresh and tasted like baby powder. Now I usually don't have high standards for boba anyway, so if I'm complaining, you know it has to be bad. I would give two stars because the only thing that wasn't botched was my Fried Combination order, but they forgot the sweet and sour sauce, which I paid $0.65 extra for. read more
