I've been patronizing this location for several years now (so you know my standards are low), but I've never had a bad experience until today. I ordered two Royal Milk Teas with boba, with no ice and less sugar, but it tasted like it had no sugar at all. There was really no milk or tea flavor either so it felt like I was drinking water. No problem, as the boba itself was still very sweet, but the texture and flavor just wasn't fresh and tasted like baby powder. Now I usually don't have high standards for boba anyway, so if I'm complaining, you know it has to be bad. I would give two stars because the only thing that wasn't botched was my Fried Combination order, but they forgot the sweet and sour sauce, which I paid $0.65 extra for. read more

I visited this place a few times before I decided to write this review, so it should be pretty consistent with what you'll experience here. First off, their staff is friendly and polite! Came here on a late night to get my boba fix. I wasn't planning on coming here, but it was the only boba location open around the area. I normally get a specialty drink, but they had a deal for a buy one get one free milk tea with boba, so I opted for that! In total it came out to less than $6 for two large drinks. Steal!!! No offense to the kid that's worked on 3/10/20 at 3:30 pm, but dude you need to try to hurry it up. You looked kinda lost and overwhelmed. I'll blame management for putting one person in the front to deal with all the drinks. I was the third person in line and had to wait 15+ minutes. Good thing I ordered on the phone. After a month of remodeling, Lollicup now sports a new, clean interior look (which was badly needed for years) and *gasp* an air conditioner that's actually on! While, I've never loved this lollicup, it does the job if you want a cheap milk tea fix. If you're wondering if the menu to this location has changed along with it's look...well I'm sorry to disappoint you but it hasn't. The boba tasted like chemicals. By far the worst boba ever. The milk tea was decent, but with the funky tasting boba, I couldn't figure out which was worse. The spring rolls were great though. Lollicup never fails me! Great almond milk tea with or without boba. I wish they had mini boba though. The spicy popcorn chicken is always welcome in my belly! They make it burn-your-tongue hot, with a good amount of kick! Consistently well made boba and finger foods, and all at a fairly reasonable price. A pretty small location, this is probably the most unclean looking lollicup I've ever stepped into. The staff are a bunch of teens with no real manager looking individual in the store. This store honestly looks like it hasn't been cleaned or organized in years. Being a dude, I usually don't care about such things but I've been here a few times now and every time I've come, the place looks like it's in shambles. Today was especially bad as I had ordered two drinks, one lychee slushy 1/4 sugar and lychee jelly, and one mango peach boba 1/4 sugar. Both orders however turned out bad as in the case of the lychee slushy, the drink we found out later had no lychee jelly and the sweetness was not taken down at all. I was told that for the mango peach boba, they didn't have anymore boba! I went In at 3:15pm, not even close to closing time. Still the most disgusting, greasy feeling Lollicup I have ever stepped foot in. Just looking around makes me question its sanitary conditions. The only good thing about this place is that it's cheap... both my drinks were just $2.25. I ordered the lychee slush with lychee/coconut jelly and the hot taro milk tea with boba. The lychee slush was soooooo syrupy that it made me cringe. It's the worst slush I've ever had - how do you mess a drink like this up? The hot taro milk tea was good though... it's not too sweet with a strong taro flavor, and the warmth really hit the spot. Seems like it's hit or miss with this place. Usually Lollicups are my go to quick grab boba drink (not expecting it to be amazing, but decent) kind of place. Some reason, this particular location was just soooo far off the deep end with their abilities to make decent boba. Although the price was good ($3.80 for two boba milk teas) I just can't get over how disgustingly mushy and tasteless their boba balls were :( it was such a disappointment. Tried to go there today as I was craving a Thai Tea. I was there about 10:25 and the sign on door says opens at 10:30. I waited and waited and nobody came to open the store much let get the place set up to begin serving. I have worked in the food industry before and we always got there 1hr before open to make sure everything was preppped and ready to begin serving when we opened the doors. Not this place. I ended up leaving and going to coffee bean. I've had their thai tea before and it is good but the service appears to be lacking here. Hire better employees. read more

They should have done it on the lemon green tea as well. - limited toppings (only boba, aloe, egg pudding, and some jelly). No Coffee jelly, which is my favorite topping :( Price: - about 3.50 per drink. 49 cents more for upgrade and toppings. Service: - I can see why people don't like this place. I don't like it either. Its dirty, messy, slow, unfriendly server, and a bit smelly. I dont think they will pass the healthy inspection if they ever had one. My first and last time here. The place looks really run down, and they don't have the same deals as the other Lollicup locations. I ordered a watermelon slush, and it was a lot chunkier than it's supposed to be, so it was really hard to drink. I'm giving more than 1 star because the girl working there was on point. A chain boba store....the facility itself is small, unkempt, but if you are in a rush and not wanting to sit and talk it's ok. The service is slow and not too friendly. There is only one worker so she literally has to take the order, take the money, and then make the boba. Definitely do not recommend eating food because the hands that take the money makes everything here. Asked the drink for less sugar but frankly it tasted even sweeter. Used to come here quite frequently when I was in high school because they do offer cheap drinks and with a high school allowance, one can only buy so much quality drinks. LOL. This place has been opened for what feels like an eon and even my cousin worked part-time here once a upon a time in his teen years. It used to be nice with a lounging couch (that still looked clean), lights hung across the walls, magazines and manga books for customers to read and a few tables. NOW, there's nothing inside. The walls are bare and white, I believe only one single high table and chair, a dirty looking coin prize slot game and nothing else. It's always warm inside (worse when it's summer), their specials are written messily on printing paper and overall just very bland interior that's not very welcoming. Their drinks are also very mediocre, their green tea (what I usually get when we're too lazy to travel farther to get tea) taste like bitter water and not very pleasing to the tongue, but hey it's cheap and cash only here.
