Mia was booked to wax+dye my eyebrows which is listed as a 30min appointment however she had me back up at the register within 15 minutes to pay. No care was put into shaping my brows, trimming them or making sure the dye was evenly applied. My brows look blotchy and bushy from the lack of trimming. Right after getting into my car I could see her quickly walking to her's so that let me know for sure she was rushing through my appointment so she could leave. I understand wanting to go home especially on a Friday but there was such a lack of service for the $55 I paid.

Pedi was quick-they put rose pedals in the water since the owner brings in fresh flowers/roses everyday. I got my eyebrows done and they were done perfectly. When I was leaving, they said if anything happens to my nails or if something is wrong, they'll fix it and I just said "they're perfect...Thank you" and they all said "bye Jennifer..see you next time"

I was assigned a nail tech I had never seen before, and the experience was nothing like what I'm used to here. She took an unusually long time to do a simple French tip manicure and pedicure, and despite repeatedly asking for the tips to be thinner, she continued making them thick and uneven. My nails literally look like McDonald's arches--crooked, bulky, unevenly filed, and poorly shaped. I originally asked for a unicorn finish, but was told it required gel, which I didn't want this time. After agreeing, it became clear there was confusion about how to do it, so I declined. Despite that, I was still given a gel French tip, which again took forever and still turned out poorly. Thankfully, one of the regular nail techs stepped in and did a great job fixing my toes--but by then the experience was already frustrating. At checkout, I was told my total was $138 for a deluxe pedicure I did not receive. We had to discuss the charges, and I ended up paying $108--still far too much for nails I hate and now have to get repainted somewhere else. I've always trusted this salon, which makes this even more disappointing. Consistency matters, and this visit missed the mark completely.
