Excellent serice! All the staff must have trained really well when hired. Their dealing with customers service are quite impressive, and that I go back again and again to do some shopping at LD outlet especially at Market Crossing Shopping Centre. I don't know about their pharmacy section as I deal with other outlet, but overall all the staff are trained really well. One of the bigger LD in Canada. This LD is huge it has way more selections and it is way more organized and has a better feel when walking down this isles looking for stuff. I recommend buying stuff online as the online prices seem a lot better at times. The in store price is not bad but I usually show up there after a holiday season for even better deals. They do sell some unique items that you can't get anywhere especially in the candy and chocolate isle. read more

they let me in with my dog (in my back pack) I needed to go to the post office. Nice that she can come in. Ain't no way I'm leaving her outside for someone to pupnap her Post office is quick. Polite. Helpful. Chatty. I did get some containers in this store too last year. Amazing service they dug around the store and climbed up to check stock I particularly wanted in a color. Price is the same as everywhere else for London drugs. This is the closest one to my home. It's quite big and has an electronic section and good food section. I've not tried the pharmacy. I like this store as it is pretty big. Parking is easy with a huge lot outside at the plaza. The layout is similar to other stores. I think it must be a master plan blueprint for their stores. Electronics is always to the left when entering, and beauty stuff on the right. Pharmacy will be at the back on the right. Canada Post will be at the back on the left for stores which has postal services. The middle will be promo items. Food stuff towards the right and household stuff towards the left. This makes it very easy for new customers to orient themselves when looking for things. Or ask the staff. They are friendly and do know where things are located. If I have time to browse, I can spend a long time in here checking out stuff. read more

One of the better locations for the chain. Parking is available in the nice large Market Crossing lot. This place is good for getting goods for one's household, even though the selection and the pricing are both mediocre. Customer service is great though. Can't really say too much else about this location, except that one of the reasons I like it is because it is in a relatively newer building. read more

Update: January/ February 2023 This is for the ICBC insurance department only. JASBIR the customer service department staff for ICBC is plain HORRID! she's Absolutely rude, condescending, and disrespectful. I listened to her demean customers one after the other. And of course, I also received the same treatment. I don't care if you've worked there for several years JASBIR but you cannot be demeaning to guests who are pretty much keeping you employed. And please don't act like it's an inconvenience to your time at work, when people ask you questions about their ICBC coverage - that is your job. I feel like London Drugs front managers are the only people who care about London Drugs; the rest of the staff just don't care. If I could give a constructive criticism- JASBIR needs to go back to customer service training to relearn how to talk to guests. Because without these customers, London Drugs won't stay open. read more

Great customer service . I use a walker and can enter easily but exiting due to short steep downward slope onto busy road it is impossible without assistance . As a senior who shops alone I only have to request that someone from customer service walk out in front of me to stop walker rolling away and there always someone more than willing to help out. Never made to feel it is an imposition. Without that help I would be unable to shop there. Thanks a lot. read more

A London Drugs that isn't situated inside an indoor shopping mall and there's plenty of free parking. It has all of your drugstore needs such as toothpaste, shampoo, prescription and over the counter drugs. They sell food and snack items too. Also, there is an electronics section that sells TV, computers, cameras and phones. I bought a microwave for work through the London Drugs' online website and my coworkers decided that I should get a refund because it looked too small for them. First of all, getting refunds at London Drugs is a hassle, especially if you purchased an item through their online website. I had to call their customer service line and request a refund and I had to specify the store I wanted to return the item. I chose the Kingsway store in Burnaby beside Metrotown. Parking at the London Drugs on Kingsway in Burnaby is a nightmare, especially during weekdays in the afternoon and there were no parking spots and there were more than 15 cars circling the parking lot for a parking spot -- no one was leaving too! I called the London Drugs at Market Crossing in Burnaby and the lady who answered my call was very helpful and she made the arrangements so I could get a refund at their store. I did get a refund, minus the shipping cost, however I had to bring the microwave to the electronics department that sold cell phones for a refund because a microwave is considered an electronic device and all electronic devices for returns must be returned at the electronics department. read more

This is for their photo centre. Bad bad bad quality photos for 39 cents per print... I had a few extra photos that I forgot to print at Costco and got them done here quickly. Big mistake. I hate it when places 'auto correct' your photographs without asking. Costco is way better at 10 cents a print, and they don't auto correct your photo's if you don't want them to. Dont use the insurance department here if its Jeff working. Types with one finger, complained about the type of ID I brought in (guess what Jeff, its primary ID, it doesn't matter if it's not your preferred kind!) Isnt knowledgable with their own system and severely lacks customer service skills. I've used this location for insurance for 8 years and never had a problem but this time allegedly the system "cant find me" and he has to stomp around and dial the phone angrily to call icbc. I was kind the entire time, even when telling him I would be taking my business elsewhere. He apologized twice to two other customers for how my insurnace was " a problem and making a delay" when I left he said "well it's the same system everywhere" and I just shook my head and said at least it would be a different user. Jeff needs to go off into retirement and not take his anger out on the general public. Just renewed my insurance two months ago and just like every other time, I'm found within 20 seconds of searching. Took my insurnace papers and ID to the mall, they have less user error there. That person found me within 15 seconds made the changes I wanted and I was done within 5 minutes. About 1/3 of the time I had Jeff breathing fire and trying to shame and embarrass me in front of other customers, seriously unprofessional. read more

Ok, who can honestly say they don't LOVE LD's? Me, I can rarely go into one and not meander. This is another one that makes me need to look down EVERY aisle. This is a typical London Drugs. The down side is that it's a bit hard to navigate. There are items in locations that just don't make sense but once you get the hang of it, you're good to go. I will be back. I've place an online order for 2 PharmaSystems Large Pill & Vitamin Planner - PS270 to be delivered to nearest store (3-5 days) I called after a week and they said there was a mistake twice and delivery was made to a wrong store. The store manager assured me that the third time they are going to get it to the right store. Next phone call in a few days from the store was to inform me that they made another mistake and my order was shipped instead of Burnaby, BC store to Calgary, AB. After cancelling my order i have received email stating "Your Order:  02158890 cannot be completed. After further review it appears we are unable to complete your online order due to payment processing rules." No apologies from London Drugs. read more

As London Drugs locations go, this one is excellent Large, plenty of parking, great selection. My pet peeve about this location (and all the retailers in this big box complex) is that its location requires that you own a car, and drive to get there. If you are looking for a London Drugs with a large selection and ample parking in South Burnaby, this one is your choice. read more

This is the new London Drugs in the Market Crossing mall. It looks very nice and clean. It has all the ammenities of a typical LD. The aisle are wide and they have a big cosmetics and electonics section. Things are well organized where you don't need to really ask for assistance. There is usually enough parking shared among the other tenants of this mall. read more

I went here to go to the Canada post. It says online they close at 5:30pm. I was there at 5:05pm, but they had a sign up saying they closed at 5pm. Why was your website not accurate?? Every time I visit a London Drugs store, I am impressed with the staff. They are very friendly and accommodating and efficient. I usually find items on sale that I am not there for, but might as well look around because you will find something. Regular prices are a bit high, but when they go on sale, it can be a deal (especially 3 for 1 and 2 for 1 deals). There is one worker that really loves my son. We talk for a long time and it makes my family feel connected in the community and wanting to come back. The service is excellent. She mentioned she has even learned sign language because a few staff are deaf and when deaf customers come in, they appreciate her effort in learning. I absolutely loved learning this information and am inspired as well as proud to know of our local businesses and their hiring practices of an all inclusive community. Two thumbs way up! I also find their prescription fees very reasonable compared to other companies. read more

Went to best buy originally and after 45 min of them trying to find the camera we wanted they gave the wrong bundle with a lense that was $100 less than the package I was paying for and they refused to honor the 10% the competitor offer. Compared to the Kingsway location which is in serious need of an upgrade I actually like this location better for the simple reason is that their Vinyl section for new music is a bit more organized. Not much in the CD fair and sometimes they have good titles on discount. Their make-up department seems to be a little more extensive. Customer service seems to be non existent when you need it. When I have needed to use the bathroom I've often had to negotiate using the facilities. read more

I placed my order for photo printing at the in-store kiosk and got confirmation number and pick-up time. When I went back to the store 2 hours after the pick-up time, they told me that my order didn't go thorough from the kiosk to the computer. They admitted it was their mistake. I needed those photos tonight but couldn't get them. Frustrating. read more

bad experience here, i was in appliances buying a 300$ dishwasher and was completely ignored by two staff. they looked up and ignored me. i waited around aimlessly and then finally searched the store for another employee. this employee (dominic) was amazing. she dropped what she was doing, found a cart for me and got the dishwasher to the cashier for me. thank you, 5/5 stars to dominic and 0/5 to the 2 bros in appliances, the staff in customer service weren't super helpful either read more
