I initially called Lone Star Chem Dry because I had a stain in my upstairs hallway carpet, but also because my pregnant wife was nauseated by the smell of our office which reeked of chemicals from the off gassing of a new couch I had just purchased. We had to get rid of the smell quick and simply taking the couch out of the room wasn't working , the carpet in the office was now saturated with the smell of wood glue and flame retardant fabric chemicals furniture gives off. After reading countless good Yelp reviews about Lone Star Chem Dry I thought why not . I received a quick response from the owner Richard through text in which I set up an appointment . He had availability within the same week which was awesome and super convenient. When Richard arrived, he was very professional extremely organized and clean. Richard recommended a scent remedy for the office carpet and in a short time was set up with all his carpet cleaning products and gear getting stains out and surprisingly done before I expected. He did a great job of getting the hallway stain out and our office carpet was finally rid of the chemical scent. Our carpet dried pretty quickly which was a plus and has stayed looking and smelling clean since the visit . Richard charged us very reasonable prices and I will be using him again in the future . Would give ten stars if I could! Rich was a responsive, quick, affordable, and most importantly, did an amazing job with our carpets. We were having some "pet problems", Rich came out within the week and made our carpets habitable for guests we were having later in the month. When I had questions after the initial service, Rich was on top of it, offering suggestions and ultimately coming out to chat with me about it. Rich did a fantastic job with what seemed like an impossible task of cleaning a teenage boy's carpet floor that now looks almost new again. He was very professional and did a fantastic job throughout the rest of the house, including a large area rug. The quality of work, timely response to my request on Yelp, and quote where exceptional. I had to pay a little extra for the additional spot treatment work needed in the teenage room which was above the initial quote provided online, but I expected that since he had not seen it when providing the online quote. The additional amount charged was reasonable. I should have taken a before and after to show the fantastic work Rich did. Overall, the price matched the work delivered and would definitely recommend. Can't recommend this place enough. They stopped by at noon at our rental in Pflugerville. The service took about 2 hrs to complete a 4bdr house with living room and dining room. By dinner time (6pm), the carpets were dry. They even moved furniture around to clean the carpet as best as possible. They cleaned up all their equipment as well and used clean foot wear/feet coverings, I could not tell they were even in the house when they left. That's a A+ in my book! read more

Rich did a fantastic job at our house! We had two bedrooms, stairs, two rugs and a sectional that needed cleaning. Rich was easy to schedule with, on time, and did excellent work!
