    Burned and crispy eggs

Well....sometimes they are great and sometimes not. Rags were cooked incorrectly. Over medium is whites are done and yellow is still runny. Not crispy around the edges or burnt on one side. Even if explained they don't understand it. Sausage for some reason is precooked. Not as good. The hash browns were perfect! Pancakes were good but not up to usual standards. I really like this place but wish they would be more consistent with quality and food prep.

Just as an update, my experiences here continue to be fantastic. The ambience is just superb. The food is a very good southern food comfort and I love the waitress service every time I come it's beyond astounding. We just wanted to thank the owner for the remarkable program she has here and making the Restaurant a staple for Rockwall is definitely a an improvement for our community.

5 Stars - Small Town Charm, Big Time Comfort Food Walking into Lonestar 66 Café feels like stepping into your grandma's kitchen--if your grandma had a knack for deep-frying zucchini to perfection and making biscuits that taste like a warm hug. Also, if your grandma was surrounded by a bunch of bearded men who look like they just finished chopping wood but are actually here for pancakes. We rolled in on a Saturday morning, a party of four, ready to conquer breakfast like true weekend warriors. The place has that cozy, small-town feel where you half expect to see a cowboy sipping coffee and debating the weather with a neighbor. And every single man in there? Rocking a strong, manly beard. We're talking full, glorious beards that say, "I could build a log cabin before lunch, but right now I'm just here for some French toast." Now, the food: Fried Zucchini - Absolute perfection. The breading-to-veggie ratio was so on point that even my husband, who avoids fried food like it's his ex, actually liked them. If you typically enjoy fried zucchini, don't hesitate--just order it. Chicken Strips - Solid, good quality, but in hindsight, I wish I had branched out more. Not that they were bad--just a missed opportunity for more deliciousness. (Rookie mistake on my end.) Pancakes - Cute and delicious. Yes, I'm calling pancakes cute. They just had that fluffy, golden-brown, "take a picture before you eat me" vibe. French Toast with Bacon & Butter - No notes. Perfection. Side Salad with Ranch - The ranch deserves its own fan club. I'd dip my fingers in it if no one was watching. Hash Browns, Eggs, Biscuits - All the breakfast staples done right. But the biscuits? Oh, honey. They are the fluffy, buttery stuff of dreams. If I could legally marry a biscuit, I'd be sending out wedding invitations. The staff was super friendly and took great care of us--like that nice aunt who always makes sure your plate is full at family gatherings. Bottom line: We're already planning our next visit because there's so much more to try. If you love good food, great service, and biscuits that could solve world problems--and if you appreciate a solid beard--get yourself to Lonestar 66 Café ASAP.

Breakfast and lunch diner in downtown Rockwall We love it here .. everything is so good Soups, sandwiches, Benedict's, chicken and tuna salads, pumpkin pancake season is the best! Gets busy in weekend mornings but well worth the wait 5 star everything Just know the kitchen closes at 2:30 not 3!!

Ultimate Berry Power Bowl is very delicious! Love the crunchy cinnamon pecans!

Thank you, #Kara! Our first visit was wonderful! We enjoyed our delicious breakfast!

My wife and I REALLY wanted to like this place. We heard good things about it. When we showed up, it was really crowded and had a really nice "local" vibe. The staff was very friendly, and the service was quick. The problems were with the food. While the portions were huge, nothing tasted good at all. My omelet was greasy, the pancakes were gummy, and the upsell maple syrup tasted more like some bargain brand syrup that never saw the inside of a tree. The good news is the OJ was freshly squeezed, and for $9 a glass that's what I would expect. My wife was equally unimpressed with her meal, and I'll leave it for her to tell you about it in her review.

We went on a Sunday at 8:30 and it was perfect. No wait but just started to get busy. The people were so nice and you could tell they enjoyed being there. It's a big but small place and very nice. The food was fantastic and we got it super quick. The meat lovers omelette was so full of meat like crazy full it's totally worth it. The avocado toast was nice and fresh. Definitely a place you should try for breakfast

Love the tables. New place in Rockwall.

I saw this new place on Yelp in old Rockwall. The reviews have been good and I see why. We arrived after lunch for a late breakfast. We were seated with care and our waitress made sure we had a clean table before hand. My wife had coffee and the Texas Breakfast of eggs, bacon, sausage & pancakes. Nothing crazy mind you but it was all cooked just right. I had the Texas omelet, add jalapeños with grits and toast which I enjoyed very much. Our waitress Amber did a great job! We'll be back as the menu covers all the mealtimes and we feel like we found a burgeoning jewel!

The service was fine, but the food was anticlimactic. It was just disappointing. Give it a try, though. Maybe I just went on an off day?

Mom ordered the Western omelet with hashbrowns and fruit; I ordered the Farmer's skillet with fruit. The hashbrowns were cooked perfectly - not pale and not too crispy, just perfect. Whoever is in their kitchen, really knows how to prepare/saute veggies properly AND my over-medium eggs were also textbook! Our server was friendly and helped us track down the brand of iced tea they serve - again, delicious! Can't wait to bring my hubby here.

For food, I had the chicken fried chicken, which was crispy, flavorful, and pure comfort on a plate. My son ordered the waffles, and they were light, fluffy, and devoured in minutes. A huge shout-out to Maddie, our server, she was AMAZING. She knows the menu inside and out, gave honest recommendations, and brought the perfect balance of spunky personality and excellent service. She truly elevated the entire experience. Great food, great vibes, thoughtful details, and outstanding service. We'll absolutely be back and recommending 30 Brunch House to everyone we know!

MY ONE START IS NOT BECAUSE OF BAD FOOD SERVICE OR MANAGEMENT READ ON AND SEE WHY !…read more After over 20 years of going to not only Glorias in Garland but also Rockwall many times myself and family of 7 I noticed that more and more Muslims eating at both restaurants which is perfectly ok until it starts affecting the people that made what the restaurant I called the Manager that I know very well and asked him that my sister told me that they took the pork Item that I order at times along with carne asada and that it was rumored that it was done because the Muslims complained and it was removed. The manager said they removed it because it was not selling. I disagree and don't blame management as they are only doing what they are told to do by Management the truth of the matter is that if it wasn't selling they would of taken those items off the menu years ago instead 2o years later when the Muslims all of the sudden appeared as customers the Item does not sell. My family and I who use to go to either restaurant c to twice a month will no longer be visiting either restaurant until the any pork items such as carnitas, pork burritos, tacos etc. are placed back on the visible menu where everyone can see it including their Muslim customers. I urge everyone to BOYCOTT this restaurant that is giving in to this culture that is trying to take over Texas and take over our big beautiful State. We represent freedom and we will not give in to their Sharia law, Muslim Idealism and treatment and abuse of woman and child sexual abuse or give our hard earn money to any business that give in to their ways simply to earn their $$ lets give them the Muslims dollars but lets show the owners that our hard earn Texas dollars are better, stronger and can make or break a business whose idealism shadow those of Muslims. BOYCOTT GLORIAS UNTIL WE SEE PORK BACK ON THE MENU BUT PLEASE DONT BLAME THE MANAGERS THEY ARE GREAT PEOPLE AND ARE ONLY FOLLOWING OWNERSHIPS IDEALISMS AND DOING AND SAYING WHAT THEY ARE TOLD BUT WE KNOW WHAT THE TRUTH IS
