I purchased a set of custom made rims (see attached photographs) and paid appropriately $2,500.00 dollars. The rims and tires were installed and balanced by them. I took the rims with the installed tires to Hyevon Speed Shop in Whittier. They did an amazing job in taking off my old rims and installing the new set. They even offered me lunch as I was waiting patiently for my H.D to be finished. After a couple of months, I noticed the white wall on both tires were a bit dingy and the rims had minor dust only. I decided to scrub the white walls on the tires with a scrub brush and I gently scrubbed the rims with a microfiber cloth and water only. Using my air compressor, I knocked off most of the water to prevent water spots and finished drying them with a clean/dry microfiber cloth. That is when I noticed the front rim gold spoke paint was cracking. I immediate took photographs and emailed them to Douglas via Instagram. He told me he would contact the powder coating company and would get back to me. Approximately 1 month later, I contact him again because he never contacted me, (see the message thread attached), needless to say, he is not warranting the rims. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE, SINCE THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL. Worst experience ever and I will never buy from Long Beach Baggers. read more

These guys are legit! I started following them on Instagram and been watching them for a while. After doing research on wire wheels, I found their prices were just about half from everywhere else. Thinking "you get what you pay for" .. I was skeptical but bit the bullet anyways because it was such a great deal for the full package. Im new to the customization scene for baggers so I had no clue what I needed. I reached out for a estimate and sent a VAGUE description of what i wanted, a picture of one of their builds as far as the style of rims, and my bike info. He responding almost immediately for all my messages. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION! Told him I was new to the scene and he took care of me and gave me the recommendations based off of what I told him. He said it generally takes 7-10 business days from the start of the wheel build to the finished product! I live in Seattle BTW and I was arriving in LB the following Thursday and would like to pick them up as I was driving back up to Seattle and I started messaging him the previous Friday. Told him my situation and he said he'd pull some strings to get the package ready within the 6 days i'd be there! So he emailed me the invoice, i paid it right away through their site, and he informed me the ball was rolling and he'd get started on it to have it to me on time! Sure enough, it was ready the day before! I was planning to make the haul up to Seattle Friday morning and wished to avoid that cali traffic so I wanted to pick up the wheels as soon as I arrive which was late night around 10:30 and LB was about an hour away from the airport. He said no problem and I could pick them up anytime given my situation. I showed up to him around 11:30PM and I picked them right up with no hassle at all! AND he stayed communicating with me during the whole time regardless of the time of day it was! I definitely vouch for these guys and they got a lifetime customer all the way from the 206 as long as I have a bike to customize! I dont think I've written any reviews on yelp but these guys were so good, i felt I owed this to them! LOL read more
