I was surprised by the fast and wonderful service here when I stopped by to try their royal milk tea w/ boba. After I finished paying, they also had my order finished in about a minute and a half since they made it right away once I told them what I wanted as I was paying. So for this visit I ordered my usual which is the Mango Tea with the mango chunks and I decided to order a 2nd drink which is the fruit tea. My mango tea was very good, you can actually taste the tea flavor and the drink overall is very refreshing. I was a bit disappointed about my fruit tea, honestly it was okay but I didn't enjoy it. It just tasted like orange juice with fruit chunks inside. The location itself is very clean & nice but if you want a quiet and peaceful environment to study then this ain't the place. One of my favorite Cafe Sua Da places in Houston! The boba here is also excellent - the perfect bite on the outside but super soft and squishy inside. This place has a drive thru that is ALWAYS packed so I just find a parking spot and go inside to order; either way the numerous staff members are always working hard to get orders out as quickly as possible, so don't let the crowds keep you away. In fact, the consistent crowds here vs the abundant other boba places in the area should tell you something. I also enjoy that the menu here isn't a mile long - there are still choices to be made, but not necessarily as many as some other locations. It has gone downhill. Only food menu item is popcorn chicken now and I ordered through the drive thru. 15 minutes later, I'm still waiting in my car. I went in and they just told me it will be a few more minutes. I love that I can customize the sweetness. One time, I made the mistake of getting regular sweetened milk tea. Dang, it was too cavity sweet for me. If I'm completely objective, this would've been a 4-star review, because I haven't tried their milk tea. But I was blown away by their boba and the green thai tea. Got it with 30% sugar (or whatever the lowest level is after 0%). It was so refreshing and meshed perfectly with the milk foam cap that I've been getting more and more into as of late. Unfortunately if you ask for no ice they only give you about 80% of your drink, so we opted for less ice, and that is just insane hence the four star review. Lo and behold a drive thru boba spot!!!!! I was going to get an iced coffee BUT saw the Lavender milk tea recommended on a lot of reviews so I had to try it out. SO GOOD!!!!
