I forgot to ask for the lobster roll Connecticut style (which I usually prefer) when I ordered so the sandwich had cold lobster with a mayo type sauce on it as well as tomatoes, pickles, and lettuce and it was delicious! It tasted fresh and came with a good portion size. The truffle fries were also good and not too salty. The food was served pretty quickly as well. Door Dash cancelled my order after an hour because the restaurant never got my order. I called Crankers and talked to, I think he said his name was Aaron (the manager). He said that they have been having trouble getting orders from door dash. I asked him why he still had his restaurant on Door Dash then if he is going to make people wait an hour just to not even get their food. I will not be ordering here for a while again. My husband ordered a 20-ounce ribeye well done and received what was essentially a medium-rare steak. Our server, Jordan, brought the issue to the manager, Amanda, who only discounted the improperly cooked steak by 50%. When my husband asked to speak with Amanda, we were told she was "too busy" to come to our table. Jordan even commented that there were "a bunch of high schoolers in the kitchen." For the prices they charge, the food, service, and management were incredibly disappointing. Easily one of the worst dining experiences we've had. We will not be back.
