The Environment: The moment I walked in, I was hit with a heavy, damp smell, like an old, moldy basement or a sour mop. The table and the ordering kiosk were physically humid and sticky to the touch; I honestly didn't even want to put my hands on them and I think the waiter sensed it too so he removed the kiosk off the table. This lack of deep cleaning likely explains the fly problem. I was seated near the kitchen and spent the entire meal swatting away a swarm. Even while I was placing my order with the waiter, I was actively waving flies away from my face. The waiter saw this happen and didn't acknowledge it.
