Why is there not napkins available for customers? Everything we needed we needed to keep going up to the counter. Sauces, napkins, extra forks. The only thing out is lids and straws by the fountain drink. What was crazy to me what a lady (she had a stripped shirt on) who looked like a manager, taking her break reading and when she got up she left condiment packets on the table. Why wouldn't you clean up after yourself and it's your restaurant? Also a couple waited for their food for 30 mins. The worker said they called their number "6 or 7 times" but if I worked there I would look around in the lobby and see who was till waiting on their food and ask them instead of disposing of the food. The restaurant seemed cleaner but it definitely needs a deep clean. The walls in the booth had splatter marks, the bathroom had urine on the toilet where the screws are on the floor and behind the toilet seat. We were somewhere between Cabazon and Redlands when we came upon a Long John Silvers buried deep in the heart of Yucaipa . Only so few remain here in California and it was a nice surprise. The menu is limited and not the full one from the chain but that's ok. Our cashier was super friendly and helpful with our order. The fish and shrimp was freshly prepared and hot when we picked it up from the counter. Cant wait to come back and have it again. Please bring them back to California. read more

Sadly, LJS locations have been disappearing in SoCal (WHY?!! ) so imagine by delight when I found out about this location on my way back from Palm Springs! 1. This store is the cleanest place EVER. One of the few remaining Long John Silver's out there, so we knew that we had to try. It shares the same space as a KFC, so you can definitely order off of both menus. Sadly they don't have the lobster bites that are advertised on the official LJS website, but since this is a shared location and they're dying off in California, I can't say that I'm too surprised. We got a sampler platter with fish, hush puppies, and fried shrimp. Not bad! Crispy on the outside, soft and moist on the inside. Unlimited sauces and condiments so long as you ask. My Elderly dad decided to drive to Yucaipa from Palm Springs,ca for lunch. He and I love Long Johns Silver when we visit Fort Smith, ARK. He and my step mom had the shrimp and fish and I stuck with the two piece fish and we all had the coleslaw for the side. He and my mom spent that night sick and the next day. I didn't get sick and that was our only meal that day so I believe something went horribly wrong with the shrimp. Well what I'm going to say is not good and I love Long John Silver especially my son he loves there chicken. I ordered a family meal with 10 pieces of chicken and 2 fish. Once I received my food when the gentleman walked it outside he repeated my order. We drove home with our meal to Riverside and got home and they were all fish no chicken. I was so upset because there was no chicken in our meal and my son was upset. Me and my other kids ate some fish and we all ended up feeling sick after an hour. We felt nauseated tummy ache and felt like food poisoning. We felt like that all night I work up throwing up around 3 am due to the stomach pain. I call them yesterday and today and there phone has been busy for 48 plus hours. I want a full refund that was horrible customer service and the sickness of eating that fish was terrifying.
