I had the worst costomer service I have ever had. I do understand how it can be at times but the way that this man came at me was hurtful. I made the mistake by accidentally having my sun glasses on while trying to get guys attention to order a drink. He instantly snapped at me, shouted he can't serve people with sun glasses. I instantly took the sun glasses off. He then continued to harass me on how he could not serve me with glasses on when they were clearly off. Well I came out this evening had my mouth ready for this food, ready for a good atmosphere and all I can say is I was disappointed. I walked in I was never greeted. I find a table and it has trash on them from previous customers. I ordered two tacos chicken & shrimp and sweet potatoes fries. Once the food came out the fries were lukewarm the tacos were lukewarm I go to find the waitress he's nowhere to be found for the 10 minutes. And she comes by and asked me is everything all right I showed her my experience of not having hot food and I'll see says I'll I'll let them know. Not anything like I'll let me let the manager know or is there anything I can do this how to make your experience different. Then she comes back with a 6.00 gift card. Wow read more

Interesting bar that doesn't feel like it should be in uptown. The bro country music was terrible. We only stayed for one drink, but service was fine and the drink was fine. The interior of this place is nice and clean and the neon mural is kind of cheesy, but it's cool. read more

Great bar atmosphere and had good music! I came here for New Year's Eve with my friend and just finished off the bar hop here. I had a crown and coke and price wise seems about the same for the same drink in other places. It was $10 (for those wondering). The bar had a crowd and I just danced what was left of the evening out. read more

Random Tuesday evening, and yes we are out again. Just wanted to Parma don walk around up town to get our steps in and check out the scenery. So of course we were on the strip of Mckinney Avenue, walking and we see a new bar, something I haven't seen before, had a cute sign that really lit up with neon glow in the dark colors. We walked in and ask for the drink specials, there Wells were like $7 which is more on he pricey side, I can rationalize since it is a new establishment. They also had a wheel where you could spin and which ever shot it landed on you drank, had to try it out of course! Next they had a 2 basketball goals, we had to play each other of course. I lost by a couple but it kind of became a work out to... *wheeew but overall on a chill night o would definitely come back, just to have a drink, shot or two and keep it moving. I have been here dozens of times and it never fails me. Good music, good drinks and a really chill place smack in the middle of all the pretentiousness of uptown yet it's a place anyone can come and have some fun without having to just keep up with appearances. Can you say headache? Wow... I came in here with a friend to grab a drink while waiting on other friends to get to Uptown. I couldn't hear my friend speak, he couldn't hear me speak, I couldn't hear the bartender, and she couldn't hear me. Seriously, turn the music down! I was in there for maybe 8 minutes, and I left with a major headache. I honestly feel bad for the people working there, because I can't imagine how bad their hearing/headaches must be... This place, honestly, is what I'd envision hell to be like. It could be a cool place if they'd lower the volume, but otherwise I wouldn't care if I'd get free drinks for life from this place, I would never set foot inside. Additionally, my drink wasn't made properly, but wasn't terrible..., although that would be an issue at most bars, in this case, this was a VERY minor inconvenience compared to the noise. read more

I met a friend here for drinks while I was in Dallas. The staff was amazing and got our drinks to us very quickly. They also have wheel you can spend to see what shot to get. My friend got hungry while we were there and they allowed her to bring outside food in which is always a plus. If I am in town again I will definitely come back to this bar. read more

Longshots is a super cool hangout place! One of the bartenders makes bubble infused vodka that is TO DIE FOR ... Great place to come in and have a shot - if you don't know what you want they have a shot wheel you can spin! If you are a Pokemon Go player there are 2 pokestops you can hit from Longshots ... And there seems to always be lures here!!!! I have caught some of my best Pokemon here!!! read more

I don't see this place sticking around long. Never heard of it and my friends & I did the Uptown Bar Crawl on Saturday and this place was one of the stops. We thought "Ok, cool. A new place we get to try." Boy oh boy, what a joke. It's super tiny first of all. But, the doorman working the door around 8:00pm this Saturday night (Oct. 28) is in the top 3 of the rudest doormen I have ever encountered. He had this pissed off look on his face and the only words out of his mouth to us was "ID". And, that's ok. But, don't say it with attitude. It's not our fault your stuck working a door on a Saturday night. He was rude to all 5 of us. And we are not 20-somethings. We are all middle age business owners!!! We went ahead and walked to the bar to order however when we looked at each other and all said we felt he was extremely rude we decided not to order and took our $ to many of the other establishments in Uptown.
