So for me this is a very soft four and will get my repeat business. The value is excellent. The speed of delivery was excellent. The taste is good If you like super sausey and large wings . I typically go for small crispy wings but these wings were large and had crispy edges.which paid off very nicely. The presentation was poor because the wings are swimming in the sauce which I really like but I could see would people would not like that. My only suggestion is maybe that they use tinfoil in their to go container. They can't be a five star because they would have to change up the recipe to small crispy wings with a moderate amount of sauce. But the point of this restaurant is not to be that. Post-mates was great - But when you open the box you will be a little surprise by the presentation but it was tasty and I ate every wing . There's no way your hands can be clean after this. Twice I have ordered the buffalo chicken salad. The chicken is supposed to have a spicy sauce on it, per the menu. Twice now it has come without the spicy sauce. When I called the store to tell them, two ladies were there and they only spoke Spanish. Here in southern Arizona, people need to be bilingual to be understood. When this spot first opened the food was good and the service was good even with it being busy for being newly opened. However, the service here has gone severely down hill. They never answer the phone and when you go in to order the employees are just standing around talking until you pretty much demand their attention. They almost always get the order wrong which is unexceptable since they always say they are busy and make you wait 45 minutes to and hour for your order!!! read more
