Had dessert first. Salad was good the next day. Date shared some rice and salmon with me. Sweet potato was banging. Date was quiet and reserved but a swell person to share cake with ! I had a lot of fun. Good service and was seated quickly despite its busy time.

slow slow slow service. sat for 10 minutes before anyone even said hello and took my drink order. chain steak house, the food was consistently fine as the other locations are. my steak and shrimp plate was a great value for $23. i was full and satisfied. not a top cut steak but still tasty. the booth i was at was filthy. table was clean but nobody wiped down the booth seating and there were crumbs and spill marks. not ideal. plus whatever they used for moping soap made it tricky to walk on the whole restaurant. grip but also slip at the sam time? hmmm. overall, if you want a decent steak for a decent price, come here. you want top quality, this isn't the place.

As we first entered Longhorn, we were greeted by the sweet hostess Allison. Our server Kelley was also very sweet and efficient. She brought us everything we needed. We had 2 appetizers. One was stuffed mushrooms and the other was Wild West shrimp. So good! We ordered steak and lobster. Both were perfect! The salad was very fresh and the sweet potato was very good! If you're in the area, you should definitely stop for a meal. You won't be disappointed!

Everytime I come here the food is consistent and excellent. Steak melts in your mouth! Great service, far exceeds Texas Roadhouse

Super yummy breakfast! The potatoes are so delicious!…read moreOmelets are terrific. Very reasonably priced. I waited to long to check this place out

John & Loreta Family Restaurant is a diner tucked away in a plaza in Parma. If you're a breakfast…read morelover, this diner might be a good fit. They offer breakfast all day. It was the first search that popped up as I was searching for family style meal nearby. And so, I checked out this diner for breakfast. AMBIENCE: Mom and pop diner frozen in time. Think simple decor, worn booths, few dated tables, and mismatched art. The atmosphere is very relaxed and casual. Most guests were local couples. This is a no-frills food-focused experience. FOOD/DRINKS: Orders and payment are accepted at the counter. Your food order is delivered to your table. You will be provided with a tray so that you can later return your plates and cutlery on this tray. The restaurant most offers self-service. The menu is displayed overhead at the counter. The menu is simple, featuring breakfast specials, lunch specials, omelets, and breakfast sandwiches. This diner is very value oriented. You can order a meal for one for around $10, which is now a rarity. I ordered Gyro Cheese Omelet ($9.99), John's Favorite Salad ($6.99), and hot tea ($1.99). Omelet was served with home fries and a piece of toast. Gyro meat is not frozen, there is gyro spit located right behind the counter. The omelet was alright, but not notable. Omelet ingredients were scarce - meat and cheese. John' Favorite Salad seems like a Greek salad - tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, olives, olive oil, and feta. The dish seems not cohesive. It's just very light and lacking flavor. Hot tea was a mug with non-branded tea bag. Black tea only. To me the food was subpar. It wasn't really restaurant quality. It's something you'd expect to eat at someone's home, which might be its own charm. SERVICE: The service is indifferent unless you're a regular. It was heartwarming to see the staff call their regulars by their names. The service is so focused on regulars that at some point the regular cut me off in line. The guest just walked up and stood in front of me in line. I was genuinely amused by this development. I didn't have urgent plans so it wasn't a big deal. The waitress mentioned that he was just picking up an order and I'll be next. All in all, I didn't feel welcome as a new guest. PARKING: There is a large shared plaza parking lot for your convenience. In winter months the parking lot is not well salted, might be icy. This diner is a worthy destination if you're looking for a quick breakfast. It wasn't the best diner food I've tasted, it was just okay. I didn't particularly enjoy any part of my experience. If you're looking for cheap food and low key spot, stop in.

Update. Been a bit since we've eaten here. Still the same. Met some friends here on a Tuesday…read more Wasn't crowded. The server was very nice and accommodating. We haven't seen these friends in a bit so we were kinda eating and lounging and talking. We ordered the original corn beef to split the regular size and we got the homade potato and cole slaw. Our guests got the corn beef as well and potato pancakes as their side. One liked the potato pancakes and one did not. They are mash potato consistency not shredded. I tasted they were ok to me. The potato salad and cole slaw were both good. Better choice. The corn beef actually looked smaller than usual. It was good but I thought it had been larger in the past. Maybe not anymore. Service was good. Food came out on time. This is a good place to go. Prices are a bit high but it's a deli. You can do what we did and split the sandwich. It enough food. Bar is nice. The patio is nice too. It's a good space and they even have a party room if you want to rent it out. Slymans is an institution. We will be back at some point again.

Do you want to try a hidden gem in Cleveland? Make your way to the East 49Th St., Tavern. Situated…read moreright off I 77 behind the BP station in Newburgh Heights. I watched this awful looking dive bar transition from an eye sore in the neighborhood, to thriving bar, restaurant and small local band venue over the past 20 years. John & his wife have succeeded in turning the local eye sore into a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating serving up some amazing food. Their burgers are out of this world! The chicken wings can hold their own over many of the people that claim to fame their own. The gyro's and other Greek dishes give a real taste of the other side of the world! I'm not a drinker, but they do have a full bar both inside and outside. They offer catering and delivery for your events! The outside venue has local bands play on certain nights and has a covered, heated patio with a cast-iron stove/fireplace. The place is always clean and the service is beyond reproach! The variety of whiskeys is unparallel to any other bar we've been in Cleveland! If you're visiting from out of town and you want a quick bite to eat that satisfies the palette, make sure you stop in and say hello!
