I'm late to the party, and people may have already came to this conclusion, but I really like dining at LongHorn. We usually sit at the bar when we come, but on this day we decided to stretch our legs (and arms). It was a calm night, but I really have never been here when it was crowded. After an initial wait, the service moved pretty okay. I ordered my outlaw ribeye with their delicious Brussels sprouts. It filled me up and left me wanting more with my greedy self. I look forward to returning as usual.

LongHorn Steakhouse never disappoints! The food is always delicious, and it's a great spot whether you're dining alone, on a date night, or with the family. It's very kid-friendly, too--they provide coloring pages to keep little ones entertained while waiting for the food and their kids menu has a great selection. We always start with the Wild West Shrimp--crispy, flavorful, and the perfect appetizer. My go-to is Flo's Filet, and it's delicious every single time--tender, juicy, and cooked perfectly. My husband is obsessed with their burger, and he won't order anything else because it's that good! Our kids love the kids' sirloin, which is actually a huge portion of steak. It comes with two sides and a drink, making it a fantastic deal! For drinks, I love their strawberry margarita--sweet, refreshing, and just right. And we always save room for dessert because the Chocolate Stampede is a must--rich, chocolaty, and perfect for sharing! The ambiance is great--cozy, inviting, and perfect for any occasion. Just be prepared for a wait, especially on weekends, because this place is popular! Highly recommend!

This is a very lively steakhouse, an apparently popular destination for family outings. Service was attentive. I had an outlaw Ribeye, bone-in. Meat was charbroiled to perfection. Lobster wasn't bad. Recommended

I came here for a bite to eat before heading out with a few friends. Once seated at the bar I was not greeted by the two men standing behind the bar, it wasn't until after 7 minutes that someone acknowledged me. The dragon fruit drink was very sweet did not taste any alcohol. The steak was cooked medium rare when I asked for medium well. There were nets flying around and when I looked up there were plenty more on the barrel that is hung up on the wall behind the bar. I am not sure if I will visit this location again.

Busy day at this longhorn. Hostesses and server were super friendly. Apps were good. Potato soup is always delicious. Ribeye cooked to order. This is my usual location. They never disappoint. Casual atmosphere.

Yesterday was a long winded day and this super tender and deliciously flavored steak truly hit the spot. Traffic was insane during the evening rush hour but Longhorn Steakhouse definitely saved the day. I had the boneless Ribeye with their signature sweet potato with cinnamon, brown sugar and butter and a loaded baked potato --all were superb. The service was impeccable per usual and restaurant was clean. This is the standard that should meet all diners.

I came here with my brother since we both wanted to eat steak for dinner. The staff here are very friendly and the waitress that we had provided us with 100% perfect customer service. Fried pickles: This was a bit salty and was not really to my liking. Cowboy Queso Dip: This was very delicious and I loved this. I hope they keep this appetizer forever! Longhorn Steak 22oz: My brother loved this steak so much that he inhaled it all in a matter of minutes. Outlaw Ribeye 18 oz: This had a lot of oil on top of the steak and it lacks a bit of taste. I had to use ketchup to give it some taste since I do not like steak sauce at all. The French fries were a bit overcooked but tasted OK with the ketchup. The baked potato was fantastic and had just the right amount of ingredients and taste. Overall: This is my favorite steak place so far in the Central Jersey area. I will most likely come back here again to try out some other dishes.

Great steaks and sides! You may have to wait for a table on the weekends, but it's worth it.

I just wish there was something fresh or crunchy to balance out all the soft textures from the bread, beef patty, and cheese. I also added beef bacon to my burger, even though it's not listed as an add on the menu. I really wish more of these newer smashburger restaurants had lettuce and/or tomatoes as an add on topping. That would help cut through the grease and make the burger feel a little lighter. The restaurant is very clean and bright, I liked the atmosphere while I was in there and the staff were nice!

Walking in the register was closed with a sign that just said to use the tablet to order. Going to the tablet there were a good number of disparities from the posted menu on the wall, most of which may have been the same, but were unclear from their descriptions. Things just didn't match up, and that included the prices of things. The board read $3 to make a combo, but the tablet had it at $5.50 for example. The descriptions of the burgers didn't fully describe what was in the burgers as they had on the board, which we have already determined to be dubious. I managed to ask someone for help when they were serving someone else. I found out the burgers use American cheese and so I wanted to substitute. Apparently the solution was to mark "no cheese" and "extra cheddar cheese" which adds another $2.50 to the total. Add-ons have now increased the price by $8! The burger started at $13.50. At this point I get my food and the flavor is good enough, but while the menu board advertised short rib and lamb, it was indistinguishable from ground beef, and I'm unsure if I just got well-done ground beef. The seasoned fries were very plain tasting. I couldn't taste any seasoning on them at all actually, but they were crispy. When you end up pay $25 for a middle of the road burger with fries and a drink at what should be a quick lunch spot, it leaves a bad taste in your mouth, fortunately not literally. The meal was worth maybe half the price, but I likely won't be coming back to give it that second chance, which is unfortunate considering the other high reviews.

I was pleasantly…read moresurprised by the quality of the chicken, the softness of the slider buns, and the crispiness of the fries. I was offered "regular or spicy" sliders while ordering - I chose spicy. The flavor of the orange colored sauce was good (nothing to write home about) and the spice level was only a 2 out of 10 for me (it might as well have just been the regular sliders). I took my meal to-go, because the location itself doesn't have the greatest ambiance. It looks pretty cool - high ceilings, relatively clean surfaces and floors, bright orange paint around the ordering counter... But there wasn't any background music or TVs - so when you walk into a place that has zero customers dining-in and chatting, it's not the most inviting atmosphere. Overall, this is a cool spot with 1) extremely prompt service - I was inside for just under two minutes between ordering and taking my to-go bag of food 2) good quality halal chicken and 3) great pricing for a quick lunch or light dinner!

Even with a dozen people on Saturday night, we managed to get seated. With the wide variety of menu choices, everyone was able to get exactly what they wanted. One very interesting dish I hadn't thought of was the chicken pot pie, which sounds very pedestrian, but wait until you see it. Amazing. I ordered the Ahi Tuna salad and it tasted every bit as good as it's picture-perfect looks. Superb service, plus literally everything that came to the table looked like a magazine picture. Over time, I've noticed a clear decline in quality at the New Brunswick location. In contrast, the Hillsborough location has remained relatively consistent, which makes the difference even more noticeable. To be fair, I'm willing to give a pass on the slower service during this visit since we were seated outside and it seemed like they may not have been fully staffed for that area. That said, the bigger issue was the food. We ordered ravioli and chicken parm with pasta. The ravioli sauce was extremely watery, to the point where it resembled soup rather than a proper sauce. The chicken parm was overcooked, as was the pasta. It's disappointing to say, but based on this experience and the overall downward trend, I don't see myself returning to this location anytime soon.
