This review is for SERVICE only. We live in OC and therefore typically take our car to the dealer in our area. I'm not a fan of traffic, especially now with a toddler that hates car rides and has the ability to scream continuously for what seems like an eternity. Anyone that tells you babies always fall asleep in the car is feeding you lies!!! But anyway, because of that I try to avoid driving beyond the orange curtain unless absolutely necessary. But I was due for my 120K service and hubby knew I would be in the SGV area, so he convinced me to kill 2 birds with 1 stone. He had recently brought his car in for service and was impressed with Jennifer Nam, so he helped me to make the appointment. Jennifer was great! Longo Lexus has probably been the most pleasant experience I've ever had purchasing a new vehicle. And the fact that we had Tony M. as our salesman made it that much more simpler. The lot is HUGE and their underground garage with all their vehicles are overwhelming. I was in car heaven. My fiancé and I were "JUST LOOKING" at getting a new Lexus. We ended up BUYING because Tony and Longo finance took our budget into consideration and made us an offer some might say is, "too good to apass up." We were there for hours, dealing back and forth and we finally reached an agreement on price. Tony did absolutely all he could to get us the car we desired at the most reasonable price. And the entire time of back and forth discussion with finance, he occassionally offered water and even purchased snacks from the vending machine for us! After the agreement, finance was very quick but thorough. And lastly, Tony made sure I was educated on all the features my vehicle came with before I took off from the lot! It's now been 3 weeks since purchasing my 2017 RC-F and to this day, I text Tony with any questions and he responds to me! Even on his days off (sorry Tony). After visiting multiple dealerships, my parents advised me to make one last stop so we headed down to Longo Lexus, where we were greeted with a smile by Tony Minarto. He was the ONLY sale associate that greeted us in the showroom and asked if he could assist us. There was 3 other sales associate standing around who didn't even acknowledge us. Tony made us feel very welcomed. He constantly keep offering beverages and snacks. He then took us to the underground garage to check out the car we were looking for, the 2019 Lexus NX 300 F Sport. He answer all our questions and offered us to test drive any car we wanted. We test drove the 2019 Lexus NX 300 F Sport and the 2019 Lexus UX 200 F Sport. He went back and forth to check if they had what I was looking for, the NX 300 F Sport ultra white exterior with red interior. Unfortunately, they didn't have it, but he didn't give up. Came here on a Thursday Afternoon in hopes to put a purchase on a car but that had to be held back because I was not sure if I would get the funds in. There were a lot of used cars in the front and I was thinking of getting one of those. I was approached by Jose Mendoza and he really helped me determine which car I wanted. He helped guide me to all the new ES300H that has almost 581 miles in a full tank. I fell in love at first site. I was thinking about getting the Mustang Mach-E however, I was completely drawn to the Lexus. Not only Lexus IS reliable but the cut and trims are very aesthetically appealing. I want to purchase a Lexus rather than a Ford car. I'm not trying to say Ford is bad but my family always got Lexus and no one really had issues with it. We all had Lexus that last longer than ten years so why not. Especially compared to my old car, this car can go more than 500 miles rather than the 320 miles that my CT200h had (it got totaled). I definitely like how I was taken care of. If someone was not able to help me, they would send someone that could help me so I would not be waiting. I was able to see the great amount of cars they had. Although I did not make a purchase, I did kind of not come empty handed because I know what car I want now! So last weekend I found the Lexus LX570 through Autotrader.com. And contact the dealer, talked to Rony Parada and set the deal on Monday. Since I was purchasing the car for $70k cash. Since the wiring process is gonna take 3 days. I talked to Rony and told him the situation. He said 3,4 days no problem we just want you to pay $1000 for holding the car for you. And we agreed I gave him the card number on the phone. I also requested him all documentation related to car/sale since I already made an arrangement with the logistics company who will handle my shipment, reminded him several times but no e-mail! And he called me next day even asked my social security number through text message after I gave him all my credit card information and ID picture. I was like whoot?! Cash sale is not even required SSN. And I asked "why?" And his exact answer was "oh we just wanna know you are not TERRORIST or something" ...kidding me? accusing me like that? Based on what? Becouse I am Asian? And I said okay e-mail me the required documents or link along with the documents which I was already been asking twice for my transporter.... But nothing. And the worst part is the called me a day before my appointment with them oh sorry we sold the car to someone. At this point I already requested my day off and made all the arrangement with transport companies and money is already wired to me from my parents all the way from Central Asia. I requested to talk to Sales Manager to clear things out. And Craig Wolfson called me, instead of pay attention and situate it. Just "sorry this things happen" !? Didn't even offered me similar option from their inventory. I purchased quite a few cars from all over the states. This place is the worst ever! I have been using Longo Lexus for about 15 years. Most of the time, I have had Man Wong as my service writer. He makes sure that my vehicle is ALWAYS taken care of. I can email him to let him know I need service, and he will set up an appointment for me. If I cannot bring my vehicle in, Man will send a loaner car to my location and pick up my vehicle. Although this is part of the Longo experience, Man Wong gives it that personal touch. I can say that Man will go out of his way to ensure my vehicle is running at top notch. He will go out of his way to make sure I'm happy. This is just his personality. Although Longo Lexus has an excellent reputation for customer service, it seems that Man Wong will go that extra mile. I usually don't spend time writing reviews, and I waited a week before writing this one. I am a long time happy customer of Longo Toyota and Longo Lexus. On 2/28/21, I brought my Lexus GS 350 for an appraisal to Longo Lexus (collecting dust, due to work from home). I was greeted in the lobby by Hadi Sobhani. I told him I was looking for an appraisal on my Lexus. He first confirmed that I was not looking for a trade-in and told me that I should go to CarMax and they are busy right now. I told him I purchased the car here an wanted to get an appraisal to compare first. After suggesting that I should go to CarMax a few more times, he proceeded to tell me that their business office is closed and they couldn't write me a check the same day. Hadi finally told me to take it to Longo Toyota. I drove me car across the parking lot, waited 15 mins, only for someone at Longo Toyota to call Longo Lexus and tell me I need to take my Lexus back over there. I do want to mention that Longo Toyota was very nice about it and called Kevin Holley, the Longo Lexus manager on the floor that day. I drove back to Longo Lexus and asked to speak with Kevin Holley, Hadi Sobhani saw me and approach me interrupting another sales consultant. He rushed over to Kevin and tried to tell him I was here for an appraisal and said he would help me. I told Kevin what happen and he apologized, but still allowed Hadi to help me with the appraisal (this was extremely awkward and uncomfortable). Hadi hardly said a word the whole time and just took my keys and registration. They gave me an offer in about 20mins (obviously I did not need to come back another day) and it was not busy at the time. Needless to say, this was a terrible experience. Management definitely needs to either spend more time training their sales team or hire better staff. Hadi obviously does not understand that dealerships usually make a higher margin on used cars or he's just not incentivized and/or doesn't care. read more

Visited opening up early into Longo Lexus with my mom after much excitement to see the new NX. Wasn't greeted by one person even Matt who was standing by the door as we entered.  We decided to walk around and check out the dealership. My mom was then referred by someone higher up (name not known) to Chinese speaking Matt to help us out.. great.. Wow can you judge more with any more attitude?? I answered each question politely but in shock. Who's going to own the car? Can I see your driver's license? Did you know the car is 60k? Do you own or have you drive a Lexus before? 2k deposit and a credit check to go on the wait-list... I admit, I look younger than I am. Steven Johiro, digital sales team member, helped me with my transaction. He was extremely professional throughout the whole process, taking his time in helping me with my vehicle purchase. In the end, I was given a great price on my IS350, better than what was presented on services like truecar.com, costco...etc. Most of the other Lexus dealerships would not be open or honest about their pricing. Nor were any of them(including Cerritos, Southbay, Keyes, and all the OC ones in southern California) able to come close in competing with Longo Lexus. Longo Lexus also had a far greater selection of cars, way more than any dealership. I absolutely give the highest recommendation of Steven Johiro and Longo Lexus if you are looking to buy a Lexus. I think customers will be extremely impressed with Steven's straightforward, no frills or hassles way of conducting business.
