I had a beautiful Acura TL then went recently went to Car Heaven. After spending a month grieving for the lost of my car... I had to move on. Well, actually it was because of insurance but that's another story. I went to the Lexus dealership this weekend in hopes to find a car within my budget. Amazingly, there was one that fit the bill. Steve Tran pulled up the same car I was looking for on craiglist... I wasn't sure if it was a coincidence or just pure faith. It was a 2005 RX330. She's got a bit of a mileage on her but still looks beautiful. The complexion of exterior was practically flawless for a car over ten years old. We took her out for a spin and it had the same spirits of the Acura TL. Perhaps, it was reinCARnation? (Pun intended). The highest steps on their price,the lowest level with theirs serves ! I went to there for my 2011 Lexus GX460. It cost my $1900 including $300 of the parts and $1600 of labor. When I went to Longo Lexus I washed my car, But, When I picked up my car next day I found it so dirty! That gave me a card with the following sentence: "Cause you changed the rims with the aftermarket products, we can not wash your car after its maintenance ".I want to ask them why doesn't they can clean it by hand wash? I've had my car serviced here since I bought it many years ago. Robin Ho always does a great job making sure the service is timely, keeps me up to date on status/approvals/etc. He also values my time and sees that my check in is timely and makes sure my pickup is as quick as possible (I dropped off the loaner and was out in my car within 2 mins). He also makes sure to offer me any promotions they have and sees to it that I'm getting every discount available (AAA, etc). I can ask Robin any problem with my car and he has the answer. read more

Another satisfying experience with Longo Lexus. Victor Z is the salesman who helped us out, as he was when he sold us our Lexus in 2015. This time we went in to talk in person, looked at his inventory, and let him know what we wanted. The next day we sold our 2015 RX350 to a private party. We arranged to meet Victor Z at 10:30 to pick up the new RX350. He was pulling it up from the detail area when we arrived. By 11:30 we had the paperwork done, phones were synched and we were on the road. Longo Lexus makes car buying pretty good. Mr Z speaks English and Mandarin, and I understand the staff here can speak as many as 40 different languages. We really like our new Lexus. This review is not about the Lexus car ( the car is amazing I love it) this is about Longo Lexus dealership. The customer service there is absolute trash. I purchased my car from here in late January, the date I bought the car Tuesday at 3pm, they are suppose to have techs to show you how to use all the features on the car while at 3 pm there was not one available they were all in a meeting that wasn't going to be finished until 4pm ( a meeting so important not one person could leave it, these are techs not managers) so if I wanted to find out how to use the car properly I would have to wait an additional hour on top of how long it already takes to purchase a car. Since the purchase of the car I got into an accident and took it into the Longo collision center where I have been dealing with Krista Mardid one of the managers at the Longo body shop, she has been very helpful but no one else has been at. My car has been there almost 2 months with nothing done to it. After finally talking with Krista 6/1/23 she helped by locating my part that was on back order ( which the body shop should have done without me contacting her) she told me she would stay on top of the case and follow up. Johnny from collision center called me 6/2/23 said everything was here and they were going to start on my suspension work, he said he would call me along each step of the way and let me know what is going on with the car. Here I am 6/15/23 no call from Johnny at all. Lexus is a wonderful brand of car this dealership doesn't care about customer service at all you can get service like this not purchasing a luxury car go buy a gmc or Mazda they think they are a luxury dealership they are a garbage dealership when you make a purchase of a car you're also purchasing the service that comes with it. Last time i visited, I c more improvements. They remolded the space! Wow, it looks bright and more welcoming!! It also has more seatings for waiting or work. Definitely makes me want to stay and work on my work while waiting for my car...hahaha ( in the past i just feel like loaning a car) The bar area is also more organized and provides more food/drinks. What i like about the new system, is that they text you when ur car is almost done... This way, u know when to start packing your stuff and not get called all the sudden by ur rep.. epscially when u hv all the papers spread out... Came here last week looking at the preowned and new cars everything was good until we got the sales rep who was really not interested in selling us anything probably cause we look like kids lol. We asked to test drive a car in the parking lot they wanted to run a credit check before driving the car in the parking lot, I've never heard of this before. From his face we assumed he didn't want to sell us anything cause all he wanted us to do was put a $500 deposit down and didn't even let us test drive. We ended up leaving and going to Acura where they had better service and ended up getting a car there. read more

I used to like Longo Lexus in El Monte until after I had my front end of Lexus aligned there. The alignment job was ok but they told me that I needed new shocks and new struts. Oh, they also said that my ball joints are cracked. So I took my car for a 2nd & 3rd opinion at a Whittier garage whose owner used to work for Longo and to a Rowland Heights garage specializing in Toyota & Lexus. Both said there are no problems or I can have the shocks replaced in the next service. These are the greed problems with dealerships. They scare you with lies so you'll buy a new car or you'll spend $$$ on useless repairs. What a fraud!!! read more

It's a very pleasant experience whenever I have to bring my RX 350 in for routine maint. Everyone that I have ever come in contact with in the service dept is always friendly and very helpful. The waiting area is comfortable and is always clean and sanitized. The snack area is fully stocked with water, coffee and sodas. When I make my appts, they have my loaner car ready and waiting for me with little to no wait at all. My last car was a Range Rover and I can tell you that I NEVER got the top notch, white glove service over at the Pasadena Range Rover like I do at Longo Lexus. After being contacted by their customer satisfaction team, Longo did a much better job handling my concerns. They offered to correct the problem like redoing the dent repair and it was done so much better. Shouldn't that be done the first time that way? But I guess sometimes business have to learn the harder way. I'm glad they took the effort to make an unhappy Client happy. Thats a testament to the "Experience Amazing" motto. I think it's important that customers give business a second chance to see how they make amends. It's why Longo is the best. I have always liked the customer service and that's one of the reason I love driving a Lexus and I tell Everyone. But this time went in for a recall and wow it was the worst customer service I have ever had from the moment I arrived till I left. Especially David the loaner car customer service person. He treated me like i wanted to steal the loaner car. So rude from the moment I approached the desk. And here I thought a Mexican person would treat another with some kind of respect.
