So the drama continues with the horrendous detail that Longo Lexus did on my 2012 RX350. I originally wrote a review detailing all that they had neglected and how our car came back worse than when taken in. The worst being some type of black dust that was left on the car bumper to bumper. To this day I do not know what it was and Lexus did not inform me what it may have been. I was then contacted by the manager and he offered a full refund. After that I gave them 5 stars for customer service. But after what I have discovered recently they deserve a zero. After the recent rain cleared and washed away the dirt they left on my car I have discovered 10-15 hair line scratches on the car. I can't believe they left permanent damage to my new vehicle from a detail. Oh, and I also found 3 shoe prints on the back of the passenger seat. This was discovered after talking with the manager. It feels like this was intentional on the cleaner's end. Too many bazaar discoveries to be a mistake. So, in spite of the full refund I must downgrade back to one star due to the permanent damage and shoe prints in the car. I would definitely recommend going to a specialized professional rather than Longo Lexus for a detail. Hope this helps prevent others from getting their car damaged by Longo Lexus. Had a great experience with Longo in the past and had a long overdue appointment that I was holding off, especially with the current worldwide situation, however Longo has made some updates to safety of customers and employees, and it really shows. Everyone is nearly outside, including the waiting room that has a sliding door. I wanted to give a shoutout to Edgar the SA who helped write me up at 6:30 in the morning. I wanted to get there early and try to avoid lines as much as possible and rather than waiting until 7:00 am (when they open) to check me in, he got me started right away and took care and documented my F. I didn't mind waiting but it was great that he went above and beyond. Lots of practices are in place to minimize as much contact as possible which is expected, and definitely appreciated. The Tech who did my long overdue recall was David, he did a fantastic job on replacing my airbag, now time to enjoy the car again safely while there is nowhere really to go other than a lot more open roads, thanks to Longo! read more

I have had lexus for last 10 years of my life and tried over dozen dealership service departments. Longo by far was my worst experience. Pros : clean , big guest area , variety of snack options Cons : they require you to schedule everything two weeks in advance which they surprise you while you are there. Lotta confusion of who is next and what's the next strep. Lots and lots of wait..... I made my service appointment two weeks in advance at 7:00 am. Waited 30 min before someone calls my name . Went there assuming my loaner car would be ready. Guess what !!! No loaner car !!! Because you had to make an appointment for loaner car two weeks in advance too. Asking them how am I supposed to know that and no one told me that , theirs responds is we assume you know it from now on!!!! Wth Moving on to get shuttle to work . Guess what !!! Do you have appointment for shuttle ??? There is a 90 min wait for shuttle !!! Had to get uber to work and uber back . Probably my last visit to service department. read more

For anyone else that chooses to actually know about facts instead of making assumptions (like this dealer did when they made a response to me), I did not visit these two dealers the same day however both were equally rude and inconsiderate. How unprofessional is it that not only did the yelp representative Kary from Longo Lexus assume I made the visits to these 2 dealerships in one day, but also looked up my review of another dealer and posted it in her response as well as made a remark about how it's "ironic". What purpose does she have to copy and paste my exact review from another Lexus? Hmm, not sure what's ironic about visiting two different dealers especially after one was rude. Guess I should've expected the same from another Lexus dealer. This dealership's salesman was very rude, and their response to my review just shows that they don't believe they did anything wrong and will continue to treat guests as they see fit (here's a hint, they don't care about you.) On a better note, at least a representative from Keyes Lexus was courteous and professional enough to message me, asking for my information in order to make things right, rather than giving me this passive aggressive response of an "apology." read more

Very helpful staff and the receptionist greets you right away when you walk in. I was help quickly by Linda Hur when I walked in. Very knowledgeable with the cars and the different models of the cars. If she doesn't know the question, she quickly finds out the answer for me. We came for tech help on both of our Lexus vehicles, viz 2021 LS500 and 2021 RX350. People who delivered us the car did not show us many of the features. We met Joshua Villalobos, he took great efforts to explain us all the features of both our Lexus vehicles. He was very patient and went out of his way to make sure we understood all the features and be happy, he did set certain safety parameters like the lane tracing assist and pre-collision system. I was so excited to visit Longo because of positive reviews and the massive selection due to their underground showroom. I called the dealership and scheduled a test drive with Rick. He was very helpful and asked me which NX I wanted to see. Unfortunately, they didn't have the one I wanted but it was fine since I told him my lease was ending and I just wanted a test drive. We arrived the next day and was greeted by Tom. I told him that I was only there for a test drive and you could already sense that he was not interested anymore. We went on a 10 minute drive and it seemed like he didn't want to engage with us. I asked him about pricing so I could get a feel of lease payments and he said that prices change all the time. That may be true but I just wanted to get a sense. Had I pretended to want to buy the car, I probably would have received better service. read more

There is a fundamental lack of urgency with the service department here and a lack of follow-up communication. Took my car in on Monday afternoon as my check engine light and trac off light came on simultaneously so I knew this was potentially a serious issue. You would think that at some point Tuesday by end of day I would get a call to let me know something about the status of my car but nothing. I called the service advisor and he said he had no update. Waited until Wednesday afternoon and still no call so I was pretty upset at that point and came in. Service manager got involved and said I'd have an update Thursday which he did provide and provided a timeline for completion. When I came in to pay - a pretty large sum I might add - the service advisor never came up to talk to me or even apologize for my experience - the cashier said he was with a client and I checked and there was no one at his desk (guess I got him in trouble). I only came here because it's closer than Jim Falk Lexus yet the service here is terrible and I will not be coming back for any future services going forward. read more

She was so kind to help me watch my 2 year old because I had so much to transfer from my loaner vehicle back into my car. Recently I was in the market to buy a new Lexus NX 300. However, the inventory selection in two previous dealerships were very small. So I traveled to Longo Lexus in El Monte, CA. Well we selected one however the sales process for pre approved financing was quite different than before at other dealerships. So she enlisted the help of Kevin Holley, Sales Manager. Well i had a service done on my IS 250 fsport and since it was there i decided to do a full detail clean on the car. The car was done and it looked great except for one thing. Who ever cleaned the inside of the car got some kind of residue on the navigation screen and it stained the screen its an eyesore for such a beautiful car. Honestly disapointed and have no idea how to get rid of it. Hopefully a supervisor sees this and contacts me because lexus is abput attention to detail. read more

I walked into Longo just expecting to test drive, and walked out owning a Lexus. To be clear, this is because I found a car that I loved and knew in my gut what I should do. The salesman I worked with, Stephen Tran, is an awesome dude and helped make it happen. He knew I was just starting my search process and applied no pressure. He just gave me lots of [mostly] unbiased information (even told me I should check out other car companies to compare) and made the experience easy. The customer service here is always friendly and awesome. Sergio made the buying process for my grandmother and I very simple. I communicated with Sergio through out the week about what vehicle I needed and what features my grandmother needed it. When it came time for my grandmother and I to go to the dealer to buy the car, the vehicle was already parked out back ready for us to drive it home. Carlos went over every feature the vehicle had with my grandmother and helped customized things to her like, paired her iPhone to the car, and even programmed some of her favorite stations she like to listen to.
