I would stay far away from them. Sent a $1000.00, but I got NO car and NO refund. If I could give them less than one star, I would.

Buying a car is never the most pleasant process to go through…read more Daniel's service made the process feel like a breeze. We came in on a Wednesday evening looking for a particular vehicle in stock - a used vehicle to be exact. Unfortunately we got there too late, it was no longer available. We came in with a budget for a used 2023 Rav4 and walked out with a great deal on a 2025 Rav4 XLE Premium. Daniel was helpful, accommodating, and made the process seamless. Definitely recommend asking for him if you plan to purchase a new vehicle. 10/10 recommend.

Benjamin Onubah deserves 5 Stars for his salesmanship and ability to respect a savy car purchaser…read more I previously purchased a 2009 Camry with Ben. He should do a Masterclass on proper sales techniques. ** NOW HERE'S THE DIRT ON THIS DEALERSHIP** I am a shrewed consumer and understand that a dealership is like a casino, the house ALWAYS wins. However, unlike a casino, it's no fun feeling screwed in a financing deal. Because why are customers made to feel like Rockledge Security Systems at $1295 & and their in house GAP insurance is part and parcel to having a bank finance a Tier 1 customer? I know it's an upsell, but it basically a scam to enrich the dealership. And I expect a refund of the $1295 or I hope this review deprives this dealership of future "unjust enrichment" by educating you about these deceptive business practices. DO NOT FALL FOR THE FINANCE UPSELLS. I'm going to have to contact the Better Business Bureau because I abhor being taken advantage of by a male dominated team of scammers. I didn't notice ONE woman in the Finance Department when I was there these past two days. I believe another review suggested that customers file complaints with the DMV and the Dealer's Surety Bond company. I will look into my next recourse. I understand contract law, so I know I've agreed to the cost, but I was intentionally mislead and that is BAD FAITH negotiations and akin to strong arming when customers are led to believe that these add-on make your contract more attractive to finance companies. One Finance Employee today June 5th told me that the dealership GAP product was better than my Credit Union contract. I got him to match their price BUT HE LIED ABOUT THE COVERAGE. I'd be happy to inform the GM about the bad actors I encountered during this process. One of the Finance people today (who I am not naming because I keep my word) attempted to be patronizing toward me and when I checked him he acted like a victim. WTF? Certain demographics think women (especially Black women) are not to be respected and that is UNACCEPTABLE. This could have been an amicable on-going relationship, but I think I'll go back to Longo Toyota where I purchased my 2012 Camry and my daughter's 2019 Camry. I buy a lot of cars, only Ben can get me to ever buy from these dealership again. BUYER BEWARE!

DO NOT bring your car here -- even if your insurance recommends it. If you've just been in an…read moreaccident, the last thing you need is more damage and stress, but that's exactly what this place gave me. My car was sent here only to be inspected -- not repaired, not touched, not taken apart. And yet, when I got it back, it was completely violated: My seat covers were torn off the strap's were cut Both mirrors were tampered with and broken My visors were ripped off And worst of all, they cut off my steering wheel cover There was zero reason for anyone to be inside my vehicle. This wasn't part of any repair order. I had photo documentation of exactly how my car looked before it was taken to them -- so I know for a fact none of this damage existed before. They take no accountability for what happened and offered no explanation. It's clear they don't respect customers, their property, or professional boundaries. If your insurance suggests this place -- say no. You are not required to use their recommended shops. Protect yourself and your car. I repeat: STAY AWAY from this place.

This company was supposed to come pick up my car (which was a total loss following a collision)…read more The other driver's insurance company said these guys would come get the car on Friday. I was home all day waiting to hear from them. Then they told the insurance company that they called and there was no answer and no voicemail, which is absolutely FALSE. I did not have a single missed call, and my voicemail worked fine. Then I left two messages for them and waited on hold for an hour before they disconnected me. NO ONE ANSWERED and no one called back. Horrible business.

Him and Kris took my car as the trade with a great amount of equity and got me as close to where I wanted to be as they could. My dad (who is a retired salesmen of 20 years) even came down to check out the car and was very pleased worh the deal they gave me he told me take it and get the new car. So I got to leave with my new 2026 palisades and I got the trim above what I came in looking for. Rodel and Kris were such great help in making sure I was happy especially since my husband had seen the car just yet he wanted to make sure I liked the car and got a great deal to come and file all the paperwork and as to his surprise too he was extremely happy with how they took care of me. He came right after work to file all the paperwork so I could leave with my new car ! Wife and the kids are so happy!! Thank you Carson Hyundai to your amazing customer service !!!

I don't leave reviews often -- but this experience demanded one…read more Hyundai Carson kept my vehicle for over a week and never once called me with an update. I called daily, sometimes multiple times, and was either ignored or promised a callback that never came. I eventually had to borrow my wife's car and show up unannounced just to get a straight answer from Daniel, the service manager. My car was not washed as promised. I was charged over $700 with no acknowledgment of the poor experience. The service recommendations included repairs on components I had replaced less than a year ago -- and the technician's own video contradicted the written estimate, which raises serious questions about the integrity of the recommendations. To top it off, I received a text afterward asking me to give a "10/10" on this survey. I'm giving zeros wherever I can. I am a patient person. It takes a lot to push me to this point. This dealership managed it without breaking a sweat. Avoid Hyundai Carson. You deserve to be treated like a customer -- not a transaction
