My husband took this to go for us, it's a decent coffee spot with lots of specialties drinks; mine was the coconut latte with honey, and his pistachio and orange latte, both were good. Good customer service, plenty of parking, overall a good spot

This place has a nice vibe with bright, cheerful decor. It was busy, and the staff seemed a little flustered, but they were friendly. I bought coffee beans and a latte, and both were good.

Delicious coffee, tea, pastries and service. Ordered a cortado and their Biscoff S'mores Bar. Both were satisfying. The cafe is very spacious and comfy. It's usually pretty full when we go on the weekends, but we are always able to find a seat eventually. It's also clean and the staff is amiable. Best cafe in Campbell!

Lookout Coffee is a very popular and crowded coffee house. I stopped in on a Thursday afternoon around 2pm and the place was packed. Plenty of seating inside. Natural lighting in this cafe. They also sell other merchandise. One unisex restroom. The service was welcoming and thoughtful. I picked up a TGTG Surprise Bag which contained three pastries (a plain croissant, fruit pastry, and a sugar twist pastry). Support your local business.

what a cute place! long line but quick wait. Staff were very sweet. Lots of open tables and was pretty clean. Merch was adorable! Got a lavender honey matcha and it tasted delicious! Would come back!

Tried the iced hibiscus tea at Lookout Coffee and really enjoyed it. It was refreshing, light, and had a nice tart flavor without being too sweet. The bright color made it feel extra fun and perfect for a warm day. The cafe itself has a clean, cozy vibe that makes it a nice spot to pause and relax for a bit. A good local stop if you want something refreshing beyond the usual coffee order. Would come back to try more drinks next time.

Came here to meet a friend and it was poppin' off! The line was lengthy, but it moved very fast. Rolan took my order and he was so kind. His genuine personality really shined through in the brief moment of our interaction. I ordered an almond croissant and it was so fresh. They warmed it up and it was perfect. Had to get a matcha latte with oat milk and added a little bit of brown sugar syrup. Loved it! They have lots of seating, but no outside patio. Love the live plants inside.

A lovely study spot, nice interior and family friendly. Lots of tables, with windows and benches with outlets. The coffee is made with care but not too many frills/flavors.

Wanted to try something new on a hot day so popped into Lookout. The cashier was super friendly and patient with me as I took a moment to figure out what I wanted. Place gave very cozy vibes. It was a mixed crowd with some people working solo, people on dates, and small families, I ordered the Orange Creamsicle Latte: House-made simple syrup with Orange blossom water. What was interesting is that it was very orange forward, not delicate like orange blossom. It almost tasted like orange peel/rind, but I didn't mind. I really enjoyed the flavors and the coffee - I could actually taste the coffee, not just sweet syrups. The pastries and snacks looked amazing, but I had to pass. Just a side note for the business: I recommend to probably clean the display glass soon. I wanted to take some photos and realized how streaky/dirty the glass was.

Another great experience at Lookout! Unique seasonal offerings and cozy interior. I finally tried their coconut honey latte and it was delicious. The flavors were prominent, not too sweet, and refreshing as an iced drink. Service is friendly and the wait was short despite the busy house.

In line on a Saturday morning at 11ish

This is a cute coffee shop, I went on a Saturday at around 11 and was lucky to get a spot in the parking lot! It is a tight lot but if I can do it, you can too. There was Chippidee cookie pop up today and the place was crowded!!! All the tables filled and a huge long line. Even though the line was long, it moved quickly. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I just got a cold brew with half n half and it was good quality. I do wish they carried heavy cream, I feel like it's so rare for local coffee shops to carry and I never know why no one ever wants heavy cream except for me?!?!? Def will be back here, there's food options as well that looked delish but I got like 8 cookies so I had to hold back.

We wanted to try a coffee shop that we have never been to today and happily found Lookout coffee. This coffee shop is located in the corner of a street. You can park on the street or there's a small parking lot in the back. We came around noon on a Sunday and it was packed! Vibes were great. There was a lot of open space for people to sit and talk etc... We ended up getting a coconut honey latte and an americano. Both were pretty decent, but not as strong as we typically drink. The pastries looked yummy, but we didn't get to try this time around! I will next time!

Love this place! I have been several times and it is always a great experience. The cafe itself is a decent size with amole seating. There is a small lot just behind the building. I will mention that when I have gone on weekends they tend to be fairly busy. Seems to be a popular spot for catching up with friends, studying/working. The aesthetic itself is a clean, modern, hip but comfortable sort of vibe. The baristas are great. Very friendly, skilled, and helpful. In terms of the coffee itself - it is wonderful! Whether you are a diehard looking for that next best pour over or prefer something more sweet/flavored, they have a great selection and usually have seasonal specials on offer. The pastries are very good too.

Maple biscuit of my dreams! ;)

A simple sandwich order at 9:20 is not ready until 9:45. Lesson learned, come at opening time and order all at once. Cortado & latte, 5/5. Hot, smooth, strong. Orchid acai bowl ($14, sub in mango for mulberry, add coconut dust): 5/5. so good. Palmetto superfoods is my go-to in the SJ area for acai bowls, this was better despite not as many topping options. Their bases are smoother and creamier, no ice crystals here. Also liked that the fruit was chopped smaller. BAE sandwich ($12): 4/5. good, but definitely not worth a 25 min wait. Textures, freshness were great, but it was missing salt/pepper & spices. The sauce helped, but still underwhelming given how good it looks. Recommend having salt & pepper packets & a bottle of hot sauce available to customers. Cinnamon roll ($5.75): as a cinnamon roll, 3/5. As a morning bun type thing, 4.5/5. This is a case of mistaken identity. It's got a slight crunch, light sweetness, fluffy (not dense). When I order a cinnamon roll, I'm more expecting decadent dessert-for-breakfast laden with sugar & butter, yknow? Loved their dining area, loved how beautifully presented all items were, loved how everything was served at optimal temperature (hot espresso, thoroughly warmed pastry, etc), loved the variety of menu items (I can get an acai bowl and bf can get a sandwich or pastry). Will definitely return at 9 am sharp on weekends, and not order anything after about 9:10!

We're talking ube coffee, avocado coffee, banana condensed milk coffee, plus a whole lineup of matcha drinks. Definitely more creative than your typical neighborhood coffee shop! I went with the ube coffee with almond milk. The ube base was a little too sweet for my taste, but once everything was mixed together, the overall sweetness actually balanced out pretty nicely. The espresso also packs a punch -- you get 2 shots with your coffee order, so no complaints there. ‍ The ambience is definitely a highlight. The space is super cute and spacious, and they even have this mini staircase seating area that would be perfect for hanging out with friends. It also has plenty of room for a work-from-café situation The only downside was the service, which felt a bit slow for my liking. That said, they did give customers a heads-up that half of their espresso machine was under maintenance, so I'll give them some grace on that one! Overall: 3.5/5 Giving them an extra +0.5 just for the ambience because the space is genuinely adorable. I'd definitely come back to try their pastries and açaí bowl next time!

The cake itself was dry and hard and the texture was oh so wrong. I don't know if it was old, frozen for too long, or some odd ingredients? But for $65 for a small 6", it was very disappointing. Then as she was making the drink, she had mine sitting at the counter for a good few minutes without calling my name because she was busy chatting it up with a customer, handing him a note, talking about travel plans, etc. When I asked where my drink was and that I had been waiting for a while the other barista proceeded to say that they've just been busy. No, barista making my drink was just not serving each customer kindly and equally. Ordered: Dark Iced Chocolate Mocha and Nitro Cold Brew Bathroom: Yes WiFi: Yes This was our second time visiting and while we went into it with high expectations because of how much we enjoyed our visit (2 years ago), we did notice a dip in customer service and beverage quality. The espresso shot used in the iced mocha was not fully dialed to hit that balanced note that we are used to. The cold brew tasted more muddy than the previous time. Overall, the customer service seemed more like us inconveniencing the team, as opposed to being welcomed into the space. We noticed after we ordered our drinks, a line formed, and no one was available to take orders for customers due to behind the counter conversations that seemed more important than serving customers. There were two gentlemen who had been there approximately 10 minutes before us, and went to the pick up station three times to see if their orders were ready (multiple customers got their coffee and tea drinks before them). A quick note on the customer service - as someone who worked in food service for a number of years, I could empathize with teams that deal with high volume of customers. However, what separates good from great customer service is the ability to communicate with your customer when times are busy, as opposed to ignoring them. There are seated areas but fill up quickly, and they do have an outdoor space to hangout as well. If I'm in the plaza area and need a coffee, after this experience, we would debate before going.
