Came here last weekend with a friend before church, and I didn't even realize this was in Campbell! Parking was easy with a parking lot right behind the shop plus street parking. The space is really spacious with tons of indoor seating- mix of regular tables and a section that feels like a cozy living room with accent chair and stools. Great spot to work, catch up with friends, or hang with your kids. The workers were really friendly and took the time to explain some of their specialty drinks. They also have tons of merch to browse while waiting for your order. Enjoyed their cortado + butter croissant, but the ginger molasses cookie.... must try YUMMMM. Will be back! read more

This place is nothing special at all, the ambience is the best thing at this business. The staff members were very monotone. The coffee was nothing special. It was very mediocre. I had very high hopes for this place, but I was very disappointed, especially with how much it cost. A small coffee equivalent to a tall at Starbucks was $6.25. This is extremely overpriced. Wow wow wow! I honestly do not know why I didn't come to Lookout coffee sooner!!!! Living room is already one of my go to spots and this coffee place is right down the road!!! Interior: open, spacious, decent amount of seating/work areas. Good lighting! Service: super friendly staff and drinks didn't take too long to come out. Drinks!!!!! I got the hot seasonal gingersnap latte with oat milk and OH MY! Have you ever taken a sip of something and you're instantly floored and you just think to yourself "yup, this is it"? Because that was me. The latte was so incredibly smooth, perfect perfect perfect consistency, not watery or overly bitter. The sweetness was PERFECT. the flavors of the cinnamon and all that fun stuff was not overwhelming and complemented the coffee flavor so well. I think... this is the best latte I've had in the recent months. Ok and for the espresso tonic - also very good. The blueberry syrup was v yummy and v blueberry, but it did make the drink a little too sweet for our tastes and we actually liked the drink when we sipped before stirring and it was just espresso and tonic. They have a small parking lot and they're located near downtown Campbell. Seems to be often crowded, so you might not be able to find a seat if you want to meet up with friends or work. Who orders a pot of tea at a coffee house. Well, I love tea, so I did. I was rewarded with English Breakfast Tea in a pot with proper sieve and a proper teacup in a tray. The barista knew how to serve tea too. Then, another day I had the house coffee and it was nice medium roast with good fragrance. Difficult to find a parking spot when the lot was full and street parking was also busy. Long line right inside the door, but it moved pretty fast and the barista was very friendly - running the espresso machine and helping take our order. They have a lot of fun craft coffee items to select from and the pastry case looked amazing. I tried the everything cheddar biscuit, slightly warmed. It was a little dry, but the flavors were spot on. No real place to sit and hardly a place to stand. Nitro cold brew was thick and dark with a perfect nitro top. A little more earthy than I prefer, but I would rather it be that then super watered down and flavorless. read more

I stopped by here for a quick bite in the late morning on a weekday - there was no wait. The cheese pastry was soo good.. I almost had to get another. The sesame drink was almost too beautiful to drink but was definitely the highlight. It had a fragrant aroma and wasn't sweet which was exactly what I was looking for. Came here early Friday morning around 9 AM. There's parking in the back and it was easy to find a spot at that time, but I did see it fill up quickly. My friend and I were intrigued by their seasonal and specialty drinks. I decided to get the Lemongrass Latte, which is said to have hints of fruit loops flavor. It was creamy and buttery - quite good but didn't really blow my mind. My friend got the blueberry espresso tonic and was extremely pleased by it. We also got chocolate croissants, which were flakey and buttery. I do wish there was more chocolate in it, as it felt a bit too much pastry, not enough filling. There's seating inside, but they get taken quite fast and it's hard to find a spot. My friend and I managed to nab a spot after standing for about 10 minutes. I think this a cute cafe and one I can see myself getting work done in. Staff are nice, and coffee is decent. I'd love to try their espresso tonics next time, given how pleasantly surprised my friend was with his drink. read more

I've been here a couple of times and I really like the atmosphere, the crowd, and the coffee! The space is very open and they have a lot of windows so it's nice and bright. They have their own parking lot (it's usually packed but I haven't had to wait long before someone pulls out). There's great seating options and the staff are really friendly. Their coffee is great and they have a few pastries to select from but the few I've tried have been ok! They also have one bathroom but it's maintained fairly well. I definitely recommend this place if you're wanting to socialize and hangout with friends/family. I love coming here and reading with my family. 10/10 recommend. read more

This has been my favorite coffee shop since they opened. With that said, the last three times I've gone the coffee has been really mediocre, very little flavor, and the seasonal offerings don't really taste like the notes and ingredients listed. Additionally, they had an option for 30% tip which is insane, and on the side where normally the smaller tip is, so I def in my haste, I left a 30% tip on my coffee and pastry which is honestly so ridiculous of them to put on the ipad, especially considering they don't provide any special service whatsoever. Latte art is always cute, but not 30% tip cute. Got the seasonal lemongrass latte, and the black sesame chai most recently, neither tasted like very much at all. Guess the search for a consistently good coffee shop continues. Chocolate croissant was forgotten by the barista/cashier, had to ask for it 10 min after our coffee, and it was def a bit stale. Really great coffee shop in the area that always seems to be packed with people. I love trying their seasonal drinks and like the wide variety of drinks they have. I do feel like the coffee size feels a bit small for the price but the caffeine is definitely strong. They do have a parking lot but I find it pretty hard to find a spot especially on the weekend. I really enjoyed the earl grey latte, black sesame chai, and the honey lavender. The drinks were made and served in under 10 minutes. The coffee shop itself is very spacious, and I liked how there was a lot of space between seats/tables. For a Saturday afternoon, it wasn't very busy. Liked that Lookout offers a 1:1 which is an espresso shot split into 2 drinks. The inside is spacious and roomy. I tried the espresso tonic and enjoyed it. The parking lot behind the store is small but there is plenty of street parking in the residential area. What better way to reward yourself after a barre class at the nearby SaltLab Studio then a sweet treat at Lookout Coffee? The beautifully but minimally decorated cafe was packed at 11am on a Sunday, and I barely grabbed a seat to people watch while I enjoyed my treats. I ordered an everything seasoning and cheddar scone, which had perfect buttery layers. They even warmed up the scone for me! Note that the pastries offered were almost sold out by 11am, though it looks like the cafe offers made to order ham breakfast sandwiches as well. I also ordered a seasonal drink of black sesame chai with oat milk. I was a little dissapointed in this - the black sesame flavor wasn't apparent until the dregs, it mostly just tasted like cinnamon clove milk (no tea flavor either!). But I have high standards for chai. I'll have to come back some time to try one of their season coffee drinks, as they seem serious about their espresso. Lookout Coffee is definitely one of the best coffee shops I've been to since moving to the Bay Area. Their selection of food is great, the drinks are quite good, there's plenty of space to sit and hang out, and they make a mean breakfast sandwich. I really only have one complaint, and that's the price point. The size of the drink was a bit tiny for the price. Especially for a drink with ice. That said, I'd gladly come back (and plan to very soon). You should definitely give it a try if you're in the area. Be sure to grab a Nutella filled chocolate chip cookie and a breakfast sandwich. Love the aesthetics and icons of the coffee shop. The plants in vases look great. They have lots of tables that would be spacious to work at but the downside is that it was impossible to nab a table on a weekday morning because everything was taken. Came here on a Saturday in the late morning for some coffee and pastries. This place gets busy! And I can totally see why. We ordered: 1. ham and cheese croissant: it was good. One of the better ones I've had in this area. 2. goat cheese pretzel: the pretzel was delicious and paired very well with the goat cheese. It had a good consistency, with a soft interior and a good crust. I do wish there was a tad bit more cheese in it but otherwise, great option. For what it's worth, it's the reason we chose to try this place and it did not disappoint. 3. everything scone: probably my least favorite item. Nothing to do with the scone, just the flavor. If you like everything bagel, you'll love this. 4. chai latter (oat milk): nothing to write home about. It was inoffensive and did the trick. The service here, despite it not being your traditional service, is excellent. The workers were great, good spirit, helpful and just all around great. Top marks. The ambiance is good.
