I've been meaning to try this place and today I finally had the opportunity since my power was out (and a huge line at barefoot coffee). Luckily there was no line and I drove right up. I ordered a flat white. It's very small, probably a little bit less than a cappuccino size. It tasted OK, there was no burnt after taste, which was a huge plus. However, it's not as smooth and creamy as my to-go to places. In a pinch it worked though, since I couldn't make coffee today. I paid about $6 after tip. To be honest, for the same price point, I'd rather go to better quality coffee houses, but it worked for this morning. Just a FYI, the pastries are apparently from Costco, according to the worker. So I definitely skipped those.

Warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do, the customer service alone makes you want to come back. Now let's talk about the drinks. The premium matcha is top-tier--smooth, vibrant, and perfectly balanced, not bitter or watered down like so many places get wrong. And my personal favorite: the vanilla iced latte. It's consistently flawless--rich espresso, creamy, lightly sweet, and incredibly refreshing. You can tell real care goes into every cup. This is one of those spots where quality, consistency, and genuine hospitality all come together. Whether you're a daily coffee drinker or just treating yourself, Coffee Shack delivers every time. Easily one of my go-to coffee spots in Campbell. Highly recommend.

The Coffee Shack is great coffee place with a Maker's Market every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It is a cart/truck service but I believe there is some outdoor seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The outdoor event was amazing with live music.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I ordered the Green Hot tea with honey, which was delicious! The service was really nice and quick. I enjoy their marketing and information about the events around Coffee Shack. Also if anyone knows this vendor from my photo, please let me know!! I would love to buy more stuff from her.

This place always hits for me, and has for years even back in Pink Pantherz days. This time I got the bacon breakfast burrito, it's a good simple egg, bacon, and potato burrito. It's not a frozen microwave burrito at all. I was pleasantly surprised by the size. I also tried their iced banana matcha as well as their beans, rice, and cheese burrito last month and forgot to write a review + post photos. This one is smaller than the breakfast burrito, it's still pretty filling from the beans and rice though. Their banana matcha is earthy but also sweet and has a mild banana sweetness too. Their service is always great and this fun little casual drive up spot is a good place for cafe treats.

Stopped by the Coffee Shack for the first time. Stopped by in the afternoon with no wait. Super easy to drive up to the window and place your order. They also have an online ordering system if you need to order ahead. The worker was very friendly and fast with service. I went with the iced vanilla latte and it was great! Perfect pebble ice inside and loved that they offer straws (a lot of coffee spots don't for some reason nowadays). This drink honestly reminded me of the coffees I get when visiting Hawaii. The pricing is also very fair, $5.50. Lastly they offer to go packs of their drinks and also serve hot food. I will definitely be coming back.

I had been meaning to try this place for a while and I'm so glad I finally did! I've been twice already and the first time I got the iced salted caramel latte (recommended to me by a worker) which I really enjoyed. A perfect caramel taste that wasn't too sweet and the espresso was quality. The second time I got the seasonal iced vanilla coconut latte with vanilla cold foam. YUM. The cold foam was delicious and not too sweet and the light coconut flavor with the coconut topping was great! I am looking forward to trying the other drinks and exploring the menu more!

Stopped by here after the dog grooming. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a tiny shack, with two picnic tables outside. It was very sunny, but they had big umbrellas.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Ample parking space. I ordered: -Flat White, and asked them if they can make it iced. They happily said yes. it came out really good, not too strong. -Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap. very flavorful, small but filling. The employee, Esteban, was energetic and happy to serve people. And he offered to give my dog a pup cup. Will definitely stop by soon again.

The Coffee Shack serves a good reminder as to why I use yelp - to support small businesses! This is my 2nd time ordering via doordash and both times were perfect to my tastes! Their nutty treat latte may be sweet to some but I think it's the perfect sweetness. I wanted to try the strawberry cold foam add-on but was skeptical if it would go well with the nutty treat latte, but it totally did! Added a nice subtle taste of strawberry that didn't overpower the flavor overall. Both times the bagel is perfectly soft with a nice bite, and they are generous with the cream cheese! Great little gem.

The Coffee Shack at 788 W Hamilton Ave, Campbell, CA 95008, is a newer small stand alone drive thru coffee and tea place also offering food items. Across the way is a large Starbucks, so The Coffee Shack has to do things better, which they do. The coffee and tea drinks really are great. If your hungry, no problem. Breakfast burritos, bagels, bagel dogs (my favorite), chocolate muffins, ice cream, and other items. The nicest part of this experience are the people working there. Friendly, polite and always willing to adjust any order to your liking. They also run a monthly craft fair which is really great I enjoy going here as much as possible. They open at 7 AM, daily. You can do order ahead and they have a rewards program. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this coffee spot.

Campbell's latest drive-thru coffee shack is making its round by serving all day breakfast and lunch bagels/sandwiches along with cool refreshments. Their menu is very extensive and prices far cheaper than at a coffee shop which is why we were so excited and the drive'thru cashier was so sweet friendly as we took our time what to order. I chose one of the energy drink surf rider a mixed of blue rashberry, coconut and lime bro chose the Italian soda with cherry flavor added heavy cream. Both were so refreshing a real click me up. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Best part they have outdoor seating with pop-up umbrellas set up for those who liked to relax and chilled out.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There were hardly any people around and business are still closed though we got here around 8:30 on a Saturday morning lots of empty parking space[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] would definitely be back and highly recommend to my friends and co-workers.

Seen this spot had become something new so had to try it. So many different things from coffee to Italian soda on the menu and they even have food. I've ordered the matcha green tea latte and added strawberry which was so good. Also tried the surf rider and added ice cream and also the pink princess. The energy craft sodas were good but very tart so the ice cream addition was a good touch. I wanted to the their orange creamsicle but I'll have to come back one day since they were out of a syrup for it. Customer service is great you can either drive up or walk up. I'm allergic to dairy, one of my friends is vegan, and another has no dietary restrictions, yet every single one of us found drinks and food we absolutely loved. The Nutty Treat Latte was outstanding. I ordered it with toffee instead of macadamia nut, and it was rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. The toffee flavor added a warm caramel sweetness without being overpowering, making it feel like a comforting treat in a cup. My friend's flat white was beautifully crafted, with a velvety texture and bold espresso flavor that wasn't bitter. The classic latte was equally impressive--creamy, smooth, and showcasing the quality of the coffee itself. We also tried the blueberry pancake, which was incredible. It was fluffy and tender with bursts of sweet blueberries throughout, making it feel both indulgent and homemade. We sampled several other menu items as well, and every single one was delicious. Burnt, acrid coffee. Maybe enough cream and sugar can cover that up, but I doubt it. The sodas tasted like off the shelf syrups, closer to robitussin than something you'd drink for fun. Added one star because I saw them making a breakfast burrito and it looked pretty good. Maybe they are more focused on that part of their menu. read more

Delicious coffee and super friendly employees! I placed an order online to pick up and it was done right as I got there, super fast and perfect timing. My mom always raves about a brown butter coffee she had in Washington, so when I saw this one I had to try it. I got mine iced and hers hot and they were both delicious. The breakfast Croissants here are absolutely delicious!! I get the turkey, egg and cheese as I do not eat pork. It is so satisfying and filling. 10/10, I bought one for my son this morning and he is still talking about it! Will be back soon for another. Service is always great! read more

I got the nutty treat latte. The drink was still fairly sweet even after I asked for less sweet. What can I say, maybe they're just emulating the sweetness of the employees that work here! I will definitely come back to try something unsweetened, and I also had a lot of fun at the makers market (which I believe is monthly?). read more

Here is my two cents on the quality Quantity and taste of my order? It was delivered by GrubHub in a very timely manner.. and left in the appropriate place. Kudos to GrubHub.. I ordered a 20 ounce HOT americano, coffee with three shots and whipped cream on top. I also ordered a croissant sandwich with ham and egg on it..( see picture) What I got instead was so totally wrong totally . They gave me an unsweetened 20 ounce iced coffee along with two packages of brown raw sugar.. Number one I would never use raw brown sugar in a coffee .. number two I double check my order to make sure I did not make a mistake. And I did not it was supposed to be hot coffee... Plus, my croissant sandwich was not made to order .. I could tell it was not hot up upon my arrival it was just barely barely warm. And you could tell by how the croissant had loss if puffiness . I am truly disappointed. I will never be going back to this place again. . All they do is coffee and sandwiches and my order was very simple to follow and if they can't follow their own menu and it is a waste to even go here. About the only thing I can suggest that the price was appropriate . Though the sandwich was cold the ham and egg tasted pretty good. read more

I've been curious for so long and was not disappointed. Momma and I ordered the iced chocolate mocha latte. The guy was friendly and chill, and dude's a talented barista! The espresso wasn't burned or bitter, and the flavors are nicely balanced. I definitely prefer here over the Starbucks across the street. French Vanilla Latte: 10/10! Mom said it was better than the Starbucks Caramel Macchiato! Smoothie: Sweet but not too sweet! I think it's water based, doesn't taste milky (not mad at it) Matcha: Very sweet! But super yummy, and very pretty. Service: When I arrived there were 2 cars ahead of me in the drive thru, but considering there was only one person working... it wasn't a long wait time! Maybe 10-15 minutes. Tried The Coffee Shack again today since following their IG and hearing they've made lots of changes recently. I feel that updating my review to reflect my updated experience is very important. I met the owner Evin and had the pleasure of him making my drinks today. Not only was he super nice, sweet and personable, but our coffee drinks (and my boyfriend's caramel apple energy drink) were very delicious! I could feel the caffeine doing it's thing before I even left! My last experience wasn't a nice one but with the changes that have been made to the staff, my visit today was amazing! If you had a bad experience in the past, I really recommend that you give them another try. I'm glad that I did! They have a great selection of drinks and the toasted marshmallow latte was AMAZING! The toasted marshmallow fluff really took it over the top and I was able to customize it to be less sweet which is always a plus! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The energy and vibe of the place was very different this time and felt like a coffee place should feel![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] You can tell he's passionate about his craft and establishment and I honestly can't wait to see what holidays drinks roll out here soon. It was my first time visiting and I ordered online & customized my sandwich order not realizing they were limited. Luckily the owner accommodated me. He ran to the store and purchased the items I asked for on my sandwich just for my order. He kindly shared their limitations but gladly assisted me this time. Great coffee, reasonable prices and super friendly staff and owner! I am not sure why anyone bothers going to Starbucks across the street. Coffee lovers should be coming here instead! They have so many coffee options! I usually order a Cortado, which not many shops have, but they're always willing to accommodate my ask even when it's not on the menu. The owner Evan is so friendly, he shakes your hand and tries to remember customer names. Can't beat that kind of service. I wish them well! read more

As someone who recently moved to CA from the PNW, my standards for coffee shops is high. I was extremely satisfied with my drink today. This small coffee drive thru is having its soft opening and giving 10% off any drink. It was the location of the "controversial" Pink Pantherz coffee drive thru. The girl that helped me was very nice and friendly, made my coffee fast with a smile. The menu offered seasonal lattes, so instead of an iced mocha I got the iced nutty treat seasonal latte. I think it tasted good, I drank it all so I have no complaints. Even the straw color was cute, it was teal. If you're in the area I would definitely try it. read more

Just stopped here with my daughter. I'm soooooo glad I did. The kindest staff. I met the owner and he was so friendly and accommodating. It's kind of a relief that it was switched from what it used to be, being 2 blocks from an elementary school. I wanted to give the owner a congressional Medal of Honor or something just for making it the other place go away lol But this place is great. We will definitely be back. It's important to support small businesses. The quaintness and charm is worth it. The drink I ordered was great. Matcha and strawberry purée-I'm sold. First time trying The Coffee Shack and was not disappointed. The shack is really cute and small with plenty of parking, seating and benches on the outside. We were greeted with a smile by the employee working there who was really friendly. Both the nutty treat and floral bliss seasonal lattes had great flavor, you could definitely taste the toffee in one and lavender in the other without it being too subtle of a mystery of what flavor it is. They weren't overly sweet but perfect for those that prefer a creamier/sweeter coffee. Support this place than the Starbucks across the street! They also have 10% off during their soft opening which is another great reason to check this place out. read more

My family and I tried this place for the first time today and we'll definitely be back! The beautiful young lady working the window was so welcoming and kind even though we arrived just a few minutes before closing. I ordered the caramel apple energy soda and it was absolutely delicious! It tasted just like a caramel apple lollipop and they use the good ice! This is a great alternative to Starbucks. read more

The Coffee Shack is such a gem in Campbell! The owner is incredibly friendly. He went out of the way to be accommodating and make me a coffee when they were closing. Their eggnog lattes are hands down the best around--perfectly made and absolutely delicious. The menu has so many tasty options that there's something for everyone. Just never got around to working a review before. Went early on a Saturday evening recently and was surprised to not have to wait. We split a Bibb lettuce salad that was simple, refreshing and perfect. A tiny pea fritter was the very definition of a small bite, and while it wasn't what I expected, it was crisp and tender. Grilled artichoke was one of the best I have ever had. (Just wish they had been explicit on the menu that it was a half a grilled artichoke). Cocktails were up to their usual high standard -- rye Manhattan for the BF and clarified milk punch for me. I don't get out much these days and I rarely drink alcohol, but is $20 a lot for a cocktail? Or is that normal now? They were great though. BF got the ribeye with morels, which was perfectly cooked and unbelievably tender. I had the burger, which was more exciting than it sounds, dressed with a wild combo of veggies, cheese and bacon while still managing to be harmonious and fresh tasting. Side of fries were crisp and tasty, though not as perfectly hot as I would ideally wish. Because the burger was late coming out, or server (Bernardo I think?) comped us an amazing little dish of vanilla soft serve ice cream with olive oil and sea salt, along with the butterscotch pudding that we ordered. The pudding didn't have the strong butterscotch flavor that I hoped for, but the vanilla ice cream stole the dessert show. OCK isn't a place I can afford often, but I still really like it. I appreciate the creativity of the dishes, the quality ingredients, and the bar. And the old-school shopping center vibe of the Pruneyard is low key festive and garden-like. The interior of the restaurant is kind of standard-industrial modern, but nicely so. Oh, and their glassware is super nice.

All dishes were sub standard save for the squash flower fritters. Milk punch and other cocktails are still worth the visit. Additionally the patio space at night is unmatched in terms of a cozy and perfectly intimate dinner experience. Our server Katherine N was outright hostile and messed up our order on top of having a really rude and unprofessional attitude. Bummer. This used to be the best dining in Pruneyard but its sister restaurant Be.steak.a, as well as Luna and Marafuku Ramen make OCK's bib gourmand look more than undeserved. The rest of the wait staff is lovely, and we look forward to some improvements in the menu intentionality and execution as well as said outlier staff member, as this restaurant has been a favorite in our family for over five years.

They're also flavorless including the salsa, as someone else mentioned in the reviews. Parking also sucks as well. I didn't think it was worth the headache at all. I definitely won't come back.

I ended up getting a chicken salad that was surprisingly tasty. The chicken was tender and moist while there were enough textures and flavors in the salad to keep it interesting. Service is friendly and got my friend and I situated pretty quickly. There does look to be a pretty well stocked bar so it seems like this place could be good place to get cocktails.

It is the perfect amount of sweetness and the barista's are very consistent in making the drink. The inside is small but cozy, refreshing to be in after all the new coffee shops are super modern. They have three bigger tables that you can work at, as well as a skinny long table in the back. I love to come here to get my work done with some good coffee, as I will never be disappointed in finding a seat or having a bad experience. They also have good food, I have tried their salmon and avocado toast. Both are good and filling. They also have yummy pastries that usually sell out in the morning. Then as she was making the drink, she had mine sitting at the counter for a good few minutes without calling my name because she was busy chatting it up with a customer, handing him a note, talking about travel plans, etc. When I asked where my drink was and that I had been waiting for a while the other barista proceeded to say that they've just been busy. No, barista making my drink was just not serving each customer kindly and equally. I've come here for years and have had good experiences, but based on my last visit, I'd come back for the quality coffee but not with a high expectation for the service and if I had a lot of time between grabbing coffee and the next thing - I was here for over 20 mins before I got my drink

This is one of my top choices for farmers markets in the South Bay. Always the freshest of produce, vendors are generous and friendly and allow you to sample prior to buying and the flowers are always top notch and one of a kind! It's not overly massive and located in quaint downtown Campbell. Pop into Manresa Bread too for a caffeine kick and delicious pastry before/after you feast your eyes, get your bags of produce goodies and start your Sunday off the right way! Tried the Toasted Marshmallow Latte and the Dirty Chai Latte for my first visit, and both were fantastic. The nugget ice is a bonus and my favorite type. The Toasted Marshmallow Latte is the star. They torch the marshmallow right in front of you, and it's light, fluffy, and perfectly crispy. The drink tastes like a s'mores-inspired latte without the graham cracker, with a smooth chocolate note that blends beautifully with the freshly roasted coffee. Not too sweet, just perfect. It's a limited-time drink, so grab it while you can. The Dirty Chai Latte was also a hit. Strong cinnamon aroma, great flavor, and a soothing aftertaste. The temperature and presentation were spot on, and it has a homemade feel that sets it apart. They offer it iced too, which I can only imagine is just as good. The shop itself is an adorable mom and pop spot. The owner is incredibly kind, and the custom cups and matching straws are such a cute touch. There's a walk-up window/ a drive-through, which is super convenient. This place is a hidden gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional coffee. I have been awaiting the day when this little drive thru venue would become a coffee place I could connect with and enjoy again (since many moons ago when it used to be a Caffino and then it closed) It is safe to say the wait was worth it because The Coffee Shack is even better than any of its predecessors. Every barista and manager I have encountered is friendly and patient with my "specialized" orders, the drinks are delicious, and the atmosphere is exactly what we need, a local and connective feel. Coffee Shack is an absolute gem! I tried their banana matcha, and wow, it was perfection. The matcha to banana ratio was spot-on, making it a truly delicious drink. The shack itself is adorable, tucked away in a parking lot with charming outdoor seating. Their menu is super fun, and I can't wait to go back and try everything! Definitely a must-visit coffee spot.
