In fact, they have a separate "build your own" old-fashioned menu where you can pick your ingredients according to your preference. The food is pretty decent, too. I had their hummus dish once, and it had plenty of variety and tasted fine (how can you go wrong with hummus and raw veggies?). The chicken tenders were decent and the mac & cheese taste and looks like Krafts (if your kid only prefers boxed macaroni). The garlic bread was flavorful but it's paired with vodka sauce (weird). They opened back in January, and although we meant to visit sooner, life got in the way. I can honestly say it was worth the wait. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful, the service was exceptional, and the food was outstanding. We both ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, which comes with a Caesar salad made with shaved Parmesan and homemade croutons, along with fresh homemade bread served with butter, roasted garlic, and the most incredible dipping oil. Do yourself a favor and spread that roasted garlic on the bread and dip it in the oil. To die for! Honestly, the bread and salad alone would have made me happy. But then the homemade pasta arrived, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The Alfredo sauce was rich and creamy without being overly heavy, and the chicken was perfectly seasoned and cooked. This isn't your typical chain Italian restaurant. It's authentic Italian cuisine prepared with care, and you can taste the difference. The attention to detail extends far beyond the food.
