SHE BUTCHERED MY HAIR! Ana gave the worst experience I've ever had at a "professional" hair salon. I received uneven lines from blending all the at to lining up the back of my head. She didn't listen to anything I was uncomfortable about and continued to talk to me about vacations?!? SHE NEEDS TO PAY ATTENTION AND PROBABLY GO BACK TO SCHOOL (maybe try another field of work!) I had to go to a second place to fix my hair after she didn't listen to anything and didn't fix anything just made it worse.
