Caution: Colossal Waste of Money plus Damage Done! My microblading experience with Cindy was money ill spent on a very overpriced procedure which did not meet any level of expectations and continues to be a source of aggravating disappointment months later. The brow design, even though I stressed that I did not want oversized Kardashian brows, did not follow my thinner natural brow. I ended up with two caterpillars over my eyes with the right brow placed well above the natural brow line simply inked on my forehead skin in an overly high arch out of alignment with the left brow so that I was left with an unnatural and perpetual cockeyed and surprised look. When I called to exclaim my dismay about my appearance she indicated that it was due to swelling and that it would go down over time, obviously unwilling to admit she had screwed up even though I sent her photos which could not deny the issue. This problem could not be corrected in the 4 week follow-up appointment as you cannot erase tattooing and Cindy still could not admit that the brows were out of alignment. Additionally there was a bald spot visible at the beginning of the brow line that I asked to be filled in trying to make the best use of my follow-up appointment. Cindy could not correct that issue either, I discovered when I returned home. She claimed when I called in later to tell her the spot was still bald, that some areas of older skin are not receptive to microblading. That was not information provided in the initial consultation nor did I find it in any of my research that I read beforehand. I asked that she waive the follow up fee that she charges for a six to eight month touch up of $125 still hoping for some correction, but she refused. Beyond being gravely disappointed about paying $450 for a 1-hour and 20-minute treatment in which I was used as a teaching model for a student, my microblading result did not reflect the precise or professional photos she presented to me in the first consult appointment as examples of her work. Since this debacle, I have had to use a brow pencil more regularly then I ever have in my life in order to cover over the bald spot and to fill in the shadow of ink above the right brow. Which defeated the entire purpose of microblading-- to have brows that did not need brow pencil application on a daily basis. I can only hope that the residual, misplaced shadow of ink above my right brow will eventually completely fade away so I don't have to wear assymmetrical brows permanently. I am sickened that I spent my hard-earned money on this clownish and continually aggravating outcome. read more

Let me just start off by saying i LOVE Christina!! I've been seeing her once every two weeks for about 2.5 months now and I could NOT be any happier. I went in wanting a drastic change (from super long, thick, dark hair to very short pink hair) and she is killing it! She has taken the time on my hair and went in depth on how to take care of my hair once dyed. Still have a few more sessions to achieve the color I want but we are soooo close! I bought a groupon for lashes and had been wanting to try this place out. Upon scheduling I was given to sara. On the day of my actual appt, she pushed my appt back by an hour. Figured no big deal. Lashes were done decently and I scheduled my fill in before leaving. Again. On the day of, sara cancelled on me then offered me a discount on my free fill-in. I'm only off weekends so it's critical to get in within two weeks, so my lash shed isn't too great. Never got a call back from sara or the manager about rescheduling me . Super unprofessional . Any ideas how hard it was for a single mom of twins to find a babysitter during a pandemic for sara to cancel on the day of my appointment ? Stupid HARD. I purchased a Groupon for a facial with Destiny today. Though she took her time and did a good job, I could only give 3 stars due to the level of noise throughout what should have been a relaxing experience. The room I was in must have been on the other side of the break room because it sounded like the same women were talking loudly the entire time. I really didn't want to hear about the rancid items that someone had to throw away at Thanksgiving. This was on top of the echoing sounds coming from the main salon area. Sound dampening is badly needed if you want patrons to be relaxed for day spa treatments. read more

Horrible experience with them. I bought a Groupon for eyelash extensions and scheduled about a month out. They rescheduled my appointment three times, which I should have taken as a sign that good things were not coming. Then as I was DRIVING to my appointment, they called me and said they need to reschedule again for the fourth time!!!! They clearly have no respect for their customers' time. It's dirty (ex. there's hair on some of the "clean" robes you're supposed to change into! seems like they don't really clean/wash them...). IDK what hair color/dying products they use...but it smelled like the stuff you could buy from the drugstore. Should have done that in the first place..ended up coloring over the highlights (which were supposed to be a nice caramely color, looked more orangey/cooper) a couple weeks later. read more

My service at Lorenzo's Was terrible experience. I went in for a lash lift. Kristy the women doing my treatment wasnt prepared left the room several times. Leaving me unattended. So she over processed my lashes . They fell off, one eye and those at were left were destroyed by her Negligence . I still waiting for there lash serum . Christina did a great job at getting all of the brass out of my hair. I went to 3 different salons over a 4 month period trying to achieve this but I continued to end up with brassy hair. She took her time, was very thorough. I saw that she was offering a groupon but ended up booking it directly through the salon instead. Was really impressed at her level of color knowledge, especially since my hair is really brass resistant. Took 3 hours but was totally worth it. Was under 100.00 for all the product and time for processing which is super reasonable, I paid much more than that at Tony and Guy. Even outside of the groupon special I inquired about partial highlights and they charge 55.00 for a partial highlight. I will be back, I'm glad I found someone that knows color. read more

Definitely a five-star experience! Today I had a manicure with Kim, who is an experienced nail tech but new to Lorenco's, and she was FABULOUS! She filed my nails perfectly in the shape I like best. The hand massage was stellar, and she didn't miss with the nail polish. I would give Kim my highest recommendation. I have had my hair cut and colored there before with pleasant results as well, and I just think everyone working there is on the top of their game. Additionally, the new shop is fantastic; it is clean and beautifully decorated with so many excellent services. The atmosphere is light and pleasant, and everyone appeared happy. I made an appointment for color and cut on-line. I was called the day before to confirm the appointment. so far so good. I arrived about 25 minutes before the appointment and there were two people ahead of me to check in. we waited about 10 minutes for the first woman to finish her life's story to the receptionist. the second person was known so she got a head nod that she was checked in. I sat down to wait for an opportunity to check in. two more people came before I had a chance to check in and, of course, a repeat of the chatty life story ensued. the receptionist knew I was there, looked at me a couple if times but I was never asked if she could be of assistance or if I had an appointment. finally 15 minutes past my appointment time (and she was free from the encumberment of other customers or at loose ends stylists) I went up told her my name and then canceled the appointment. the receptionist needs lessons in how to greet and take care of customers. a salon is a service industry and who greets customers sets the stage for a positive, professional experience. I would have thought seeing me sitting there for an extended period she would ask if I needed assistance rather than the other way around. it is a shame since there are a couple of great stylists at this salon. also, someone needs to tell the receptionist, who is an attractive woman, to ditch the 80's spiral perm. read more
