They quoted me for treatment without telling me the quote was based on no insurance coverage, even though I provided my insurance information. Later, I found out the charges were way higher than what my plan allows. To make matters worse, they pressured me into signing up for a loan on the spot. When I filed a grievance with my insurance company, the office immediately sent me to collections. This is completely unethical. Always verify with your insurance BEFORE agreeing to any treatment here, because they do not make it clear. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

She constantly spoke over me, interrupted me mid-sentence, and showed zero interest in actually helping or letting me finish my questions. The communication was cold, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. Because of this treatment, I cancelled my appointment altogether and chose another dental office. Management and the clinic's leadership should take these repeated complaints seriously.
