    Carne asada taco salad

Food is always good here. They're open until like 2 am as well. Located in the Stater Bros shopping center. Lots of parking.

Every time I've came to this restaurant they always give great service. I love that they're open until 2 AM. The workers are always very respectful and kind. I've never had an issue with their service. The food is always amazing and they're always willing to guarantee your satisfaction. If you do not like something about the food they served. I've done phone orders. I've dined in and I've also did takeout and every time the food is up to par. The food is always fresh. And their new habanero sauce is so good. There's salsa are made from hand. My personal favorites are the avocado salsa, and the habanero. Add a good amount of heat to your food. The prices are very good, especially for the size of the portions that you get. That burrito weighs over a pound easily. And the side fries are always loaded up to the top. Five stars all the way.

I went to the one on Bear Valley in Victorville and order their shredded beef tacos. It was so good and delicious lots of meat, cheese, lettuce the taco shells were big.went to the one here( phelan)and those were the worst shredded beef tacos I've ever had. I wasted almost 8 dollars for 2,The tacos looked like Jack-in-the-Box tacos. . Will never go there again.

    Burnt meat in taco

Horrible burnt taco, looks like Jack in the Box skinny tacos. No comparison to other Mexican food restaurants in the area. Burritos were skinny too, not worth the money.

I've always enjoyed the burritos at Los Alazanes, and they've never let me down. This location is usually pretty quiet, which makes for a nice atmosphere. However, on a recent visit, I decided to try the shrimp cocktail due to the heat, and I was extremely disappointed. The cocktail tasted off--almost raunchy. When the server came by and asked how it was, we let him know it wasn't good, but he didn't offer to replace it or remove it from the table. It just sat there untouched. I'll stick to the burritos in the future, but this experience was a real letdown. Their agua Fresca are amazing.

    taco shop

best chilaquiles in town and price is restaurant is very clean they're very fast 10/10 recommend

    Dry fries

This location is nothing compared to the location on bear valley. Very disappointed with the carna azada fries. Theres like very little cream or guacamole. The meat was dark like burned and the cheese didn't even melt on my food. Very dry all around.

    Hair in food

Noticed a hair in our enchiladas. I asked for a refund and they said they can't only replace the food they can't refund it. Why would I want more food from them? Completely lost my appetite.

    a burrito wrapped in paper
    Karl A.

Third time I've ordered from here and it gets wrapped with like half a sheet of paper who knows what else it was touching at this point I'm so done with eating here they definitely need to wrap their food better cause this is not okay for what they charge. Food is alright most days but this is getting very annoying

Super burrito to the left Regular burrito to the left. Same size.

I had a green chili carnitas burrito and it was proper. Some roasted chili salsa made a memorable meal!

The mountain sat there, green…read moreand dry, collecting nothing, and the little village at its base did what mountain towns do in snowless years: it waited. The shops stayed open. The Raccoon Saloon poured drinks. The hikers came instead of the skiers, which is a different energy entirely -- quieter, soberer, less likely to require a boot dryer. You adjust. And you eat at Mexico Lindo, because Mexico Lindo is the kind of restaurant that every small California mountain town has, or should have, or once had before someone replaced it with a gastropub. You know this place. You've been eating at this place your entire life, in different buildings under different names in every town from Big Bear to Idyllwild to Tehachapi. The booths are deep. The menu is laminated and enormous -- four pages, maybe five, covering every permutation of tortilla, protein, cheese, and sauce that the Mexican-American restaurant tradition has produced over the past sixty years. Combo plates with rice and beans. Enchiladas. Burritos. Fajitas that arrive on a sizzling cast iron plate with the requisite theatrics of smoke and noise. A molcajete. A seafood section that the name promises and the menu delivers. A margarita list long enough to suggest that someone here takes tequila seriously, or at least takes the selling of it seriously, which for your purposes amounts to the same thing. This is not the Mexican food that gets written about. Nobody is driving up the 2 from La Cañada to evaluate the mole or compare the tortillas to what you'd find in Oaxaca or even Boyle Heights. That is not the assignment. The assignment, when you are in Wrightwood on a warm weekend that should have been cold, with hiking dust on your boots and nowhere to be, is to sit in a booth and eat a combo plate and drink a margarita and feel the particular comfort of food that isn't trying to impress you. Mexico Lindo is not trying to impress you. It is trying to feed you, which is a different and in some ways more generous ambition. The service is warm and unhurried. The portions are large. They brought a sombrero out for the birthday girl in our group, which is the kind of thing that would be corny if it weren't so obviously sincere, and sincerity is hard to fake when you're placing a giant hat on a stranger's head and getting the whole restaurant to sing. They have Mexican candy shots, which you should order because you are in a mountain town and the rules are different here. Every small town in California needs a Mexico Lindo. Most of them have one. This one is good at being what it is, and what it is -- comforting, familiar, unpretentious, the kind of place that's been copy-and-pasted across the state for decades with minor variations -- is enough. In a winter without snow, in a ski town running on hiking and hope, you could do a lot worse than a booth, a plate, and a margarita the size of your head.
