We weren't sure what to get while we were in town, figured we would try this place since we tried to other Latin cuisine in town and we were not disappointed. They started us off with chips and salsa and the food was delicious, also came out in less than 5 minutes from when we ordered so they are on it. I love Los Arcos!! I don't understand the other reviews?! I've been here many times - with huge groups or just my husband and myself. Every time I have been here they are super accommodating and quick...AND they don't mind if you linger around just continuing to have margaritas! (BTW...this is the only place you can get a drink the other mexican restaurant doesn't serve - This is where we sinners go!! HAHAHA) Try the Salsa Verde!!! OMG delish! I could drink it... love it with my chips or mixing it with the cheese sauce or putting it on my chicken! They were busy (when are they not???) but we were seating right away and had a HUGE margarita within 3 mins! I ordered the Pollo Loco and I love it!! The red sauce is just the right amount of spiciness :) and I have left overs for probably 2 more meals. My husband had the Poblano Pepper and loved it and ate every bite! Please give Los Arcos a try...it is really worth the visit! I love the fact that you can hang out with friends and have a great meal! I love all the servers they are all super friendly!! read more

This place is wonderful ! Been going here for many years with my family and we have never left unsatisfied . My personal favorites are the shrimp chimichanga and shrimp fajitas. Service is always amazing , the staff checks in quite frequently to make sure if you need anything . And wait time is not unreasonable. Overall I highly recommend this place ! read more

It had been several years since I ate there when we tried it Sunday night. It was even worse than the last time! I guess the drinks must be awesome because the food sure isn't. My chicken quesadilla was very plain with nothing but the chicken and a flour tortilla that was pasty and not cooked. Rice was barely warm. The food was very sparse with no taste. My friend had a taco with nothing but warmed over beef a little cheese and a few strings of lettuce. The salsa was like bland tomato sauce and chips were stale and not even a full basket for four people. The only thing that was good was the cheese sauce. The other big Mexican restaurant in the shopping mall is much better; even if they don't serve alcohol!! read more

Don't believe in the fake reviews put up by the owners. This is the worst Mexican restaurant. The food quality is bad and the manager is rude. He will proudly tell you that he doesn't pay wages to servers, so we should mandatorily tip, or else he will add a surcharge to your bill and yell and shame you on the counter. Been stopping by here since they opened but after tonight I will never be back. The service was absolutely terrible. The food wasn't fit to send to starving animals. We ordered chicken nuggets for our 3 year old and they were so hard I couldn't even break it in half. Single eat in dinner, 5:30 pm. Asked immediately for food order, said it was first visit so I'd need to view menu first, and was made to wait 20 minutes before anther offer to take food order was offered. My server was generous in pushing beers, but never did bring the water I had originally asked for. Ordered the enchilada plate off the filthy, food stained menu, it arrived 55 minutes after being first seated. Resturant had adequate Wait and Kitchen staff, and was not busy. Food arrived with HOT plate warning, plate not hot, enchiladas hard frozen in middle with warm sauce poured over them. Sections that were edible seemed tasty, beans and rice about mid grade. Have had better and worse in frozen dinners. Could not return frozen plate of food, because no waiter would acknowledge my existence. Easily 20 minutes after pushing plate, napkins, beer bottle to edge of table, waiter arrived were I insisted on the bill. Anyone can have an off day, but Los Arcos in Arab was intentionally marginal, I will not eat here again and cannot recommend. read more

Tasty yet basic Mexican. It's not special, but the food comes fast and is good. The salsa is basic (no cilantro, no onions) and mild, but fresh and as addictive as most other salsa). I enjoy the pechuga plates. Their pico de gallo is okay, but I'm picky. Good standard fare for every day eating. read more
