Throughout the inside of the restaurant the mantel is adorned with all sorts of beautiful things. The staff here are friendly, but the few times we have ordered here they actually speak "Spanish." Our language of speaking Spanish is not very good. So we have eaten items here normally we would not have because of the language barrier. Beware the chicken is very hot. And when we ordered this item, it was too hot at times. The taste was great but cooked hot. Now for us that want an option for vegetarian they off that choice as well. The vegan version is also available. These variations are well planned out and actually part of the menu. Now the spooky season is available each time that you visit here. It seems if you're in a different area when you dine in here . The best places are often off the beaten path. We happened to stumbled onto this one during Taco Tuesday. Make sure and have dessert. The churro sticks and caramel sauce are deliciously divine.

But not much in seasoning. The sauteed onions they were served with definitely helped! Now the chile relleno may be on me. Is this something that travels well for delivery? Probably not. There was an odd taste, possibly from going into the to-go container with a plastic top piping hot? I know that produce, like peppers, take on flavors from containers easily. The corn tortillas were semi- hard and oily. So much oil we needed several napkins to wipe the oil from our fingers. The guacamole was fine, probably the best thing of the meal, for those who eat cheese, the cheese looked fine but the salsa verde was extremely watered down. The margarita, thankfully was not sweet but less than desirable. Much like the salsa verde it was watered down and flavorless. The woman who took our order was pleasant, helpful and professional. Waitress took care of the hurt employee, one other person trying to take care of everything else (the kitchen, the customers, etc). Asked for our check, no refills and went to the bar to ask for the to go box. While leaving, drove around the square to see the hurt employee, dart out behind a vehicle leaving, telling us to get the f*** out of her way. Really hard to say we will be back any time soon.
