You have to love a small family owned and operated place. Great service. The food is always good. The owner has a lot of good local history (Manager of Johnny McGuires sandwich shop) they do incredible Mexican food and some awesome Sub sandwiches as well.

Los Cazadores was neat, attractive, and we had fine service.

Wife and I stopped in accidentally as we missed the closing hour at Breakfast in America next door. We had a very friendly and attentive waitress; could not have been better. The menu is large and includes American hoagies and burgers but with cute Mexican names. The extensive Mexican food runs heavily toward seafood, but we got lunch burritos which are huge. No side dishes, but none needed as the rice and beans are inside the burrito. Wife got chicken, lots of meat, and she enjoyed it. I got the veggie, beans, rice, peppers, mushrooms, and others, quite tasty. I did not find their hottest sauce very hot, but was told they can make it hotter on request. There is a guacamole sauce and two other choices brought to the table. Wife liked the chips and salsa, just spicy enough, not too much garlic. I can't comment on other dishes, but we would go back if in the area again.

Number one fans of this place! And the nachos!

Got expensive seafood fajitas but I would definitely recommend the lower priced Mexican dishes on the menu.

I had "The Regular" burger with a side of sweet potato fries, and it was so good. The fries and burger were excellent. My friend ordered two big beers and really enjoyed them. We got good service from a teenager who was kind of awkward but very attentive. I didn't bring this up because I didn't want to bother him, but the menu clearly says that you can add cheese, mushrooms, and avocado for $1, but they charged $3 for it. I was wondering if I had somehow misread it, and that they charge $1 for each extra topping, but the receipt said the avocado was $2 and cheese + mushrooms was $1. I do not like a misleading menu and price discrepancies. It ended up being around $28 after tip, which was pricey for just a burger and fries at a casual bar.

It is warm, unpretentious, and packed with the kind of local energy you can not fake. The burger with sweet potato fries is the move, the fish and chips delivers, and the menu hits that rare sweet spot of comfort food you actually crave after a long day. The real reason we will be back is the service. Chloe and Kendall were the stars of the show, sharp, welcoming, and genuinely on point without ever hovering. If you want a place with honest food, a solid pour, and a staff that makes you feel like you belong, Brick Pony just earned a customer for life.

In my opinion this is not medium rare. It's close but overcooked.

We started with a couple drinks and an appetizer from the happy hour menu. She was nice enough to let us order a second round before happy hour ended but waited until we finished our first drinks to make them. The fried green tomatoes were absolutely delicious and probably some of the best I've ever had. She said they pickle the tomatoes before they fry them. For dinner, I had the gumbo with a side of mac and cheese. It was fantastic and the perfect portion size. My colleague had the ribs with sides of a biscuit, coleslaw, and brussel sprouts. I was able to take a few bites and it was all great. We didn't have a single complaint throughout our meal. Overall, cute restaurant right off the main road from Aspen to Glenwood Springs. Plenty of parking, small clean dining area, and a beautiful small bar with a TV. We will definitely be back!
