The Strawpile lager I had first was a light copper color with subtle caramel-y flavor and a very smooth finish. Had the Pilsner before, which was perfectly crisp. Fun, friendly atmosphere right in the brewing room, and I heard there's a sister facility in Basalt (I'll stop in) AND something coming for downtown Carbondale. They're doing a ton of great community outreach, too - look for their taps at SkiCo and at non-profit events.

The food was absolutely amazing! Every dish was delicious, and there was not a single complaint at the table. The drinks were fabulous as well, perfectly crafted and enjoyable.
